Denna härliga 3 BR 2 BA radhus ligger bara 1/2 kvarter till stranden och är det perfekta stället för dig nästa semester! Nyligen köpt, har de nya ägarna gjort många uppdateringar inklusive tillägg av nya möbler, TV, diskbänkar, målade skåp och golv. Hemmet har ett fullt utrustat kök och har allt du behöver för att laga lite pengar att spara mat hemma. Det finns en diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, central luftkonditionering, TV i varje rum och naturligtvis gratis Wi-Fi. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det finns två enkelsängar i vardera av de andra två sovrummen. En drottning bäddsoffa finns i vardagsrummet. Denna 2-nivå hem ger dig gott om utrymme att sprida ut!

Centralt beläget på 75th Street, erbjuder detta hem bekväm tillgång till allt som Ocean City har att erbjuda, inklusive tillgång till väg 90 för resor till West OC, Berlin och Salisbury. Det finns många bra restauranger / barer, minigolf, go-carts, paddle boards och jets skidor ligger inom gångavstånd eller bara en kort bilresa bort.

I cannot say enough about how FANTASTIC our stay was!!! Everything was just as it shows in the pictures (even better), it was clean, it was easy to get in and out, there were thoughtful little touches, and it was truly the highlight of our trip! The description says half block to the beach but it’s more like right “at” the beach! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! I was with one other adult and 5 16 & 17 year olds who are hard to please. I HIGHLY recommend and hope to return to the same property next year. The management company is very nice, responsive and super easy to communicate with. They made everything a breeze and being my first time using VRBO, this would be a hard experience and property to top. 5 stars and high recommendation

Great location

We Had our teenage kids and it was perfect distance to the beach and centrally located. Well kept place and I appreciate the noise machines in the bedrooms and that hand soaps and shampoos were available to use.

Awesome location

Our entire family loved the location of this property. The balcony was great. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside together. We were also very close to many great restaurants and amenities. The main living area was alittle small but would definitely consider staying in this property again.

Great time in OC!

Thie location and amenities had everything our family needed. So close to beach access and the two levels were perfect for my husband and I with four teenage girl’s! Already talking about booking again next year!

Perfect location

Perfect location, 1/2 block from the beach, 2 parking spots! Quality beach chairs and umbrella for use. My only complaint not really a complaint is the softness of the bed. Soft is not my preference. Will consider again for next year!

There was plenty of room in this property. However it could use some updating. The carpeting especially on the stairs is very stained. The furniture in the living room is very difficult to sit on. Basic cleanliness is lacking

Needs a refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed our stay, the house could use a little touching up. The carpets are very stained, the walls are also stained. The couch had rips in it. I also inquired about the outlet in the bathroom not working. I did get an initial response, but no follow up and it was not attempted to be fixed during our stay. It was not convenient for 6 people to get showered and ready when the outlet didn't work.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice unit in a lovely building. Parking is convenient and beach access is quick and easy. We also liked how many shopping and dining options were easily walkable. It has the feel of a classic beach condo while still having some nice updates. Beds were comfortable and in good repair. We loved the convenience of the keyless entry, the ground level storage for beach supplies, and the hose for washing off sand from the beach. The kitchen is small but functional for basic meals. We appreciated the extra storage in the bar unit that has been added since the photos.

Nice place to stay worked out well.

Needed a place to stay for a few days and was able to rent this place last minute. Close to the beach and found a new place to eat right across the street at Saltwater 75.

Property as advertised

The proper is in a great location and as advertised. The electronic door lock is a great idea and was the best “check in” process. Unit was clean and well kept. Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The storage unit in the parking space for beach items was great and it was a pleasant surprise to find multiple items to use on the beach. I will be saving this listing and plan to rent again.

Perfect property

This property is perfect for a family of 5 adults. Everything is well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Beach access is great and the location is nice and quiet. The outside storage unit is a bonus...save on lugging things to the beach every day.

Storage closet was a major plus!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Teal 4. The property is a bit more run down that the photos imply but it looks like they are updating a little at a time which is great. The entrance through the courtyard was great since it felt a bit safer than having your entrance face a public road. There is also a storage unit for all of your beach gear so that you don't have to lug it up to the condo or keep it in your car - this was our first year with that (our family has come to OC every year for 30 years) and it was a MAJOR plus in our books. Kept the condo from getting cluttered and the car from getting smelly. There was a mix up with the code to get in when we arrived but the property manager was able to help us get that figured out. There didn't seem to be a process for a lost storage unit key (we found it before we left - lol) so that was a bit stressful. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for a beach week.

CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR BEACH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place: PROS- well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, AC worked well, storage for 4 bikes & beach stuff, easy access to beach, outside shower. CONS- kitchen trash can very dirty, the back of the kitchen sink/faucet was very dirty, the A/C vents & filters very dirty (we cleaned them the best that we could), bathroom carpets should be washed, tubs had body oil films, a dining room chair needs to be glued, Comcast doesn't work in twin room, very creaky floors upstairs & staircase, umbrella in storage was broken, the vacuum is very smelly and needs new filter. Trash pick up is right outside the upstairs window every morning. Would be nice to have HBO, or access to renting movies. We cooked our own food or had carry out every day. If you don't mind cleaning when you arrive I recommend it.
