Vårt strand hem ligger i vackra "Chic's Beach", Virginia Beach. Fastigheten ligger bara några meter från Chesapeake Bay. Flera lokala bryggerier, The Mermaid Winery, och många restauranger är en hopp, hoppa över och hoppa bort från vår ytterdörr. Området är vänligt med vandrings- / cykelvägar med tillgång till Pleasure House Point Natural Area och Brock Environmental Center, Lynnhaven River, First Landing State Park, Lessner Bridge och Cape Henry Lighthouse. Lynnhaven Boat Ramp och Beach Facility är runt hörnet för paddleboarding, kajakpaddling, jet skidåkning och fiske i antingen Crab Creek eller Lynnhaven River. Eller bara spendera din tid koppla av på stranden. En bra finish till din roliga dag sitter på andra våningen däck med ett stort glas "något"!

För ännu fler äventyr är strandpromenaden en 9 mil cykeltur eller kör ner Shore Drive; Virginia Beach stadscentrum, amerikanska sjöbaser och downtown Norfolk ligger några minuter bort. På vägen finns det gott om stopp för shopping och restauranger.

Wonderful family vacation place!

The house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation! We had a couple maintenance things that the owner responded to right away, so we were well taken care of.

Family Football Weekend

The property is decorated very nicely with beach colors and accessories. We were able to walk across Shore Avenue and immediately be on the beach. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Only twenty minutes from Hampton where we were able to see the football game and visit grandchildren on campus.

10/10 would stay here again! The host was so helpful and responsive. Perfect location out of the busy tourist area, but close to beaches, restaurants, fishing, etc. So spacious and comfortable. Felt like home!

Perfect stay for a long weekend and marathon!

My family stayed here for a long weekend so I could run the Shamrock Marathon. The location was perfect — quiet street, north of the more touristy area but with plenty of walkable/short drive options for food and nightlife. Our host was wonderful with communication, and the property had everything we needed!

Great location to beach and family friendly restaurants

Very comfortable and clean house. Had everything we needed to feel at home and be at the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. Loved the area and proximity to marinas and restaurants. Would stay again.

Lovely deck for eating and sitting outside, close to the beach and parks - great for walking, biking, lounging! Far enough from "city" to feel rural, but close enough to grocery, restaurants, entertainment!

Family Stay

I rented the house for my sister and her family all 30 plus age wise. They found the house very inviting and very clean. The location was great for what we needed. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants.

It was spacious with attention to the little things, like sufficient supplies in the kitchen and bath. Size of balcony was an unexpected plus.

Enjoyable and Comfortable Vacation

My family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. It was conveniently located close to the public beach, which we visited every day. The host was quick to respond and obviously cares well for the home. The home was incredibly welcoming and we had access to everything we needed. We would certainly book this lovely home if we get the chance to visit Virginia Beach in the future.

The house is very cozy and close to the beach.

We came to visit our son who is stationed in Norfolk it was about a 25 minute drive to the base. Plenty of places to eat in the area and the house is in a quiet neighborhood would definitely book this home again. Thanks Kim

Beautiful place, great location

This place was tastefully decorated, well organized, accommodating, and perfectly located for our trip. Travelled to the VA Beach area for a wedding and found the Stratford Treehouse. Our family found this beach house to be very charming, quiet, and spacious. Plenty of activities within walking distance. Thanks for the memories.

My husband and I are in the medical field. We are both active, competing in water and road sports. The Chic's Beach area and surroundings is a perfect place for all sports and relaxing.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our home is one of the last authentic Chesapeake Bay Beach townhomes. The kitchen is ready for cooking, the 400 ft. deck is ready for hosting guests and entertaining, and the living area is ready for gatherings, game nights, or movie nights!

I happened upon my home one day while out for a run and I knew it was for me. I opened the front door to a beautiful wooden staircase leading to french doors at the top of the second floor. The open living area provides soothing natural views of live oak tree tops and a bay view to the east. Because of the view, my friends and neighbors refer to it as the "Tree House".

Tree top level living provides privacy, enabling open blinds and windows day or night. Light, airy and open floor plan ensures enough space for all. The kitchen opens into the dining area which flows into the spacious living area that accommodates multiple activities. Full service Marina 50 yards from our front door, boaters welcomed. Being treetop level amplifies privacy and a cozy feeling to your stay.
