A very pleasant stay and true to its description in every way. This is what every VRBO experience needs to be. Immaculate accommodations. Friendly hosts happy to help if needed but otherwise leaving you to your vacation time. If you’re looking for a nice place in the Chic’s Beach area, this is it.

Lots of space, huge deck, all the amenities you need. Walking distance to a beautiful park near the Chesapeake Bay Foundation Brock Environmental Center where you’ll find nice views of the bay.

This was our fourth time coming back to the Kim’s house. We love the places. We had our coffee on the deck in the mornings and hit Chic beach, one of the best places to sun, fish or swim or biked to First Landing State Park. Kim’s house has everything one needs to make the vacation perfect in every way. Kim is a great host and got back to us immediately if we had any questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was a fantastic stay! Walking distance to the beach and an awesome cafe right on the corner. Even people in the area were nice and welcoming. The host were amazing at walking us through some things and were super fast and helpful when a question was asked. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is absolutely beautiful! We were thrilled with how close we were to the beach, and all of the amenities. The house was clean and comfortable. By far the nicest place I have ever stayed at in Virginia Beach! The neighborhood is quiet and we were here over Fourth of July weekend. We are already talking about dates for next year and hope to book the treehouse again!

The location of this property in relation to the beach is very convenient. It is very spacious and exceptionally clean. As someone who spent over 25 years working in hospitality I appreciated the attention to detail from the placing of the hand towels to the way the beds were made to the fact that when we pulled the trash, new bags were in the trash can ready to be replaced. We found ourselves needing several items on this trip such as a wine bottle opener, batteries and a small tool kit. We found it all very easily. The whole place was set up in a way that just made sense and made locating items in someone else's home almost intuitive. Having access to a washer/dryer allowed us all to go home with our luggage full of clean clothes. Every need was anticipated and it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Great location for several short day trips seemed like we were about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Zoo, aquarium, boardwalk and several state parks. It was about 50 minutes to the eastern shore and Cape Charles. We enjoyed walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunshine.

Kim’s house was the perfect stay for my family and me. The pictures truly don’t do it justice the space felt even larger and more inviting in person. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking.The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to easily walk to the beach, the playground, and several great nearby restaurants. Communication with Kim was seamless throughout our stay, and all instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow.We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Great place!

Thank you for a great place to stay for our friend's wedding. Awesome location central in VB- have to try American brew, walking distance (like 3 minutes walk). Would stay again!

The house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation! We had a couple maintenance things that the owner responded to right away, so we were well taken care of.

Great location to beach and family friendly restaurants

Very comfortable and clean house. Had everything we needed to feel at home and be at the beach. The owner was very responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. Loved the area and proximity to marinas and restaurants. Would stay again.

Wonderful location and stay

This is a beautiful home that is so well located. We were able to get to Norfolk and the Eastern shore easily and very much enjoyed coming back to this home each day. It’s beautifully decorated and well appointed. The decks and windows were such beautiful features. We would definitely come back.

Perfect stay for a long weekend and marathon!

My family stayed here for a long weekend so I could run the Shamrock Marathon. The location was perfect — quiet street, north of the more touristy area but with plenty of walkable/short drive options for food and nightlife. Our host was wonderful with communication, and the property had everything we needed!

Wonderful location

Lovely deck for eating and sitting outside, close to the beach and parks - great for walking, biking, lounging! Far enough from "city" to feel rural, but close enough to grocery, restaurants, entertainment!

We really enjoyed staying at the Treehouse. The unit was clean and well stocked with extra towels, and clean sheets. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was clean and stocked with blenders and all sorts of items that you'd need. Although the unit was next door to another unit - it's a duplex - the other owners were quiet and kind. We would stay again!
