Katmandu är en ny byggnad; färdigställd i mars 2019. Detta fantastiska nya hem är klart för din strand semester. Ligger vid norra änden av Kap; Det är en kort promenad till St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, och bara 200 steg till sanden och vattnet. Simma, kajak, paddleboard och leka i Gulf och Bay.

Bottenvåningen har parkering för upp till 4 bilar, en stor utomhusdusch och en uteplats med gasgrill och sittplatser. Det finns en privat master svit med egen ingång, dedikerad dusch och en våt bar med kylskåp och Keurig. Hemmet ligger i ett lugnt område med privat tillgång till stranden. Landskapet är naturligt och avslappnat med en kort promenad till vattnet.

Den andra nivån inkluderar huvud vardagsrum med kök, matsal, familj och tvättstuga och tre sovrum. Det finns en king master svit som innehåller en stor walk-in kakel dusch och kvarts fåfänga. De två rummen delar ett vackert inrett bad med kakel / dusch och kvarts fåfänga. Ett rum har en king size-säng och den andra har två tvillingar.

Ryggdäcket ger plats för avkoppling och utsikt i viken. Matbordet sittplatser 8. Köket är laddat med prep och serverar bekvämligheter, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, utbud och gott om kvarts diskutrymme. Hemmet innehåller en HDTV i vardagsrummet och alla sovrum. Kabelprogrammering och wifi ingår.

Feels like home

We had a wonderful week in the Katmandu house. It is even bigger than it appears on the pictures and nicely decorated.It was so clean that you could literally eat of the floor and well stocked with essentials for the stay as well as a good variety of books and games.The booking process was easy and communication very fast.We hope that we can stay again at some point.Thank you for having us!

Beautiful house and location

I rarely leave reviews, but this is the best house I've ever booked through VRBO. It was beautiful and impeccably clean. Absolutely loved and would stay again.

We rented a golf cart and will always desire a location near the public access to the beach! One of out group wouldn’t have been able to walk to the beach as many times, had we not had the golf cart. We were close to restaurants and just a hop and shop to st Joe shrimp co, my favorite place to get lunch. We will most likely stay here every time we come. Donna at BeOurGuest was there when we had a question. Loved all of our stay!

The home, the view, the beach and activities in the area were perfect for us. The host was great to work with and went out of her way to accommodate our last minute reservation request (sameday). If you're looking for a quiet area with white sand beaches I don't think you can go wrong at Katmandu.

The home was in impeccable condition when we arrived, and had plenty of space for our family. The house was a very short walk to the beach and we loved how private it felt. We were there after Christmas, so it was cold but worth it. On Cape San Blas there are a few restaurants and a market to get some groceries. Port St Joe is about 20 minutes away, which has a cute downtown area for eating and shopping. Apalachicola is about 45 minutes away and has the best seafood! I highly recommend going and getting some Oysters. We hope to come back and make this our new vacation location.

Spacious, clean home close to beach

This property was much roomier than it appeared in the listing and very clean. It's located about 3 houses from beach, so a short walk, and close to the state park for boat ramp. There is plenty of room in the driveway for additional cars or boat. Kitchen was well stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay and the beach in this area is beautiful with clear water. The AC did struggle to cool in warm afternoons, but we left blinds closed and this helped. I would suggest door mats and broom/dust pan to help keep sand off floors. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this house, everything was even better in person. The house is very close to the beach which was perfect because we wanted to stay somewhere that had a good view and didn’t require a car to get to the beach. The house was well equipped with usual house needs, and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Everything was very clean, and the house had a great beachy vibe to it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at katmandu!

Perfect vacation home!

I love Cape San Blas and this beautiful home. Kathmandu was nothing short of perfect for our family. The views of the gulf and peaceful neighborhood were so relaxing. We walked to dinner, took a short drive to the community store and launched the kayaks all within 5 minutes of the home. Thank you for sharing your home!

Dream Vacation!

Our place was immaculate upon arrival this year. The welcome card and flowers are such a nice touch. Brian worked with me last year on a few minor issues with AC and. cable which were promptly handled within hours. He also went out of his way to handle an issue with a neighboring property that was not in his control.. This your everything was absolutely perfect. Brian delivered a new propane tank upon request and he even showed up to the property twice a week to take trash to curb and deliver back the next day. Thoroughly impressed with Be Our Guest. We will be back for years to come! Thank you Brian and Donna!

Nice property steps from the beach

The property is very nice and well stocked. The location is literally steps from the beach. We spent time sitting on both the front and back porches after our days at the beach. The kitchen is a good size for cooking meals for a family. We had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we have is that, although the house was clean, it was very dusty upon our arrival.

Perfect for our family

Kitchen was stocked with more necessary items and utensils than any place we’ve ever stayed.Housekeeping was spotless, all bedrooms were large and well appointed. The downstairs suite was just right for Nana and Papa’s “hideaway”.The under house carport area was great for kids games,beach gear storage, and adults grilling/cooking/tall story-telling. The outdoor shower was just icing on the cake.We had an A/C issue one night. I emailed Donna at 8:30 P.M. At 10:30 same night a maintenance man showed up ,fixed our problem immediately, and we “slept cool “.I cannot recommend this property and mgt. service highly enough .
