We stayed here for a week in November 2025. We really liked being on the 3rd floor because it’s close to the beach and you can hear the waves very well. Best of all we never got on an elevator. We saw dolphins almost every morning while drinking our coffee on the balcony. The place is very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was a little concerned about the bed being on the back close to the road, but we never heard anything. In fact, one morning we slept much later than we meant to. One big bonus is having our own reserved parking space right on the 3rd floor. I imagine that would be a big deal in the summer. Sally was very prompt in answering any questions I had and is a very nice host. We will defiantly be back, and this is probably our new go to for PCB.

We had a great time clean room it was perfect except the shower in the master bedroom needs a shower rod and a curtain that half glass of a door doesn’t keep the floor from getting wet it gets soaked so to keep from ruining the floor I would definitely put one up thank you for making my vacation amazing

The condo was perfect! Third story, 1 bedroom condo with full beachfront balcony. The reclining chairs and loveseat were a nice touch. It was clean with all modern, conveniences and appliances, including a brand new cuisinart coffee maker. The check-in process was somewhat confusing, but the security staff did a good job of helping us understand. The twin towers of 23 floors house a lot of people so the resort and the beach had a lot of activity, but didn't feel crowded. The condo includes reserved beachfront chairs and umbrella which is a very nice amenity; there's no need to rush down to the beach to reserve your spot. This place would be ideal for a couple of snowbirds to enjoy a few winter months.

We had a wonderful stay! Parking was easy and convenient, and check-in was smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and relaxing. Amazing condo! Perfect location. I’ve been coming to Panama for almost every summer vacation for the past 20 years now, and stayed in many different locations and this one was fabulous. Easy to access the beach from the condo. Never a wait on elevators, but stairwell was easy to use and only 2 flights. Simply amazing!

Great location and very convenient. We loved the reserved parking spot and being on the 3rd floor made it easy to access the beach and garage. Having reserved beach chairs was amazing. We definitely would stay here again.

Quick Getaway

The property was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that the curtains actually blocked the light out so we could sleep in a little. The only thing I wish we’d realized was the chair rental stand closed at 5:00 and didn’t want to give us chairs after our 4:00 pm check-in. Since we could only stay one night due to work, it was slightly disappointing but we still had a nice time. I would stay there again for sure and bring our own chairs.

Girls Trip

My friend and I stayed her for a girls trip. It was our first trip without our kids or husbands in ages. The host was always very responsive, everything was as pictured and cleanly. The location and amenities at Magestic were all nice. We loved the chair service and how close a lot of restaurants were. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy uour place. .

Beachfront property

Very nice unit. Clean and well-furnished. The free beach chair/umbrella rentals and easy access to reserved parking were great pluses! Our only disappointment was that the bedroom was not facing the water -- it was facing the hallway area. Owner was very accessible and helpful explaining the various access procedures.

My husband and I are both adventurous travelers. It has been harder to travel since we expanded our family from two to four. Instead of going places, we transitioned to wanting more comfort of a home with a nature setting, and it is exactly what this amazing beach condo provides. We want to share our little home to beach lovers. Love nature and love life. I hope you enjoy your vacation and our home. We have spent hours updating our condo and adding additional feature like free beach chairs to make enjoying the beach more carefree especially traveling with young children. We really want you to come visit with a great experience of Panama City Beach.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We really take care of our condo and keep it maintained well. Our cleaning staff, Joanna who has been with us for couple of years, takes pride in caring for our 2nd home. It is on the 3rd floor which is easily accessible and there is no need to take elevator. You will not need to wait for elevator line which can take some time during busy summer season.
This condo is close in proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. You can totally enjoy eating out and not worrying about cooking. Everything is within 15 minutes. There are also no needs to drive to the beach. Beach is right there. You will get to enjoy the magnificent view of the gulf and inhale in the sound of the waves every morning on the balcony. If you get lucky, you may have some see some sting rays or dolphins. The long stretch of the gulf will not hypnotize you into sleep because the excitement of the nearby beach goers will keep you interested by their actions. There is many places to go and shop as well, always something for everyone to do and have fun during your vacation.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The amenities of the Majestic Beach Tower, 5 pools, movie theatre, movie rentals, market downstairs for quick grabs, and the employees are very sweet to deal with. A RESERVED PARKING SPACE TO SAVE THE HASSLE OF FINDING A SPACE IN THE BUSY SEASON and we have go beachin season beach chair contract for 2024. This will make it so easy to go to the beach since you do not need to haul any beach chairs or clean up. Once you have this feature, it is hard to rent another condo without it.
