Beach Villas are located in the heart of the famous tourist area of Platanias. A combination of four villas with private swimming pools located directly on the sandy beach of Platanias just few steps of the blue crystal sea make an unforgettable and relaxing holiday.

Each villa has 3 bedrooms that fit comfortably up to 7 adults, living room, kitchen and 3 ensuite bathrooms. There are also equipped with air-condition, TV, microwave, fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and washing machine.

Beach villas have large balconies with view to the sea and the beach and outdoor furniture for relax time. Enjoy also the magnificent sunset view at the evening.

Ground Floor:
There are a large open plan living area with comfortable soft seating, dining area for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave and espresso/filter coffee machine etc. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (or 2 single beds) and a ensuite bathroom with shower.

First Floor:
There are a bedroom with large double bed (or 2 single beds) and an en suite bathroom with shower cabin. There is also a private balcony with stunning views.

Basement:
There are one more bedroom with a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom Villa 3 can accommodate up to 8 persons with one double bed and 1 single bed in this level.

Outdoor:
Each villa has a private pool and a private pool area with sunbeds and parasols, so you can relax in a private outdoor space.

The villa inside was ok but the pool area was a hazard broken tiles all around pool sun shade was broken we asked for new one and never had a response . Light bulbs went and we got 1 new one after 8 days then there was builders turning up at 7.30 am every day all day next door to villa we should of been notified when we booked this villa I have taken photographs of all of these complaints and will be taking this further

Fantastic holiday in Platanias

We had a wonderful stay at The Alexandra villa. It was lovely being right at the beach, with so many choices of restaurants. The rooms were all big, and the villa was well equipped. Barbara, the greeter/caretaker/cleaner was amazing. She kept our pool, patio area and villa clean, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We had no issues or problems during our three week stay and would love to stay here again.

Supervakantie!

Mooie en nette villa (nr. 1) met fijn zwembad op een prima locatie. Dichtbij het strand en dichtbij winkels, restaurants, enz. Barbara krijgt van ons een 10!

Disppointing

Our villa was a great disappointment as was the location. The location was via a lane in a spot behind a school and parking in a dusty spot (when parking was available) with a nearby a dumpster. Our villa was not what we anticipated. The villa had its own private pool but it was a stark area and certainly no privacy at all! Neighbouring hotel can stare down at you as can any passer by. Internally the kitchen was adequate. The air con was above the bed in the bedroom and not in the living room. To get to the beach you would need to cross a dirty sand area to get to an average beach area. To get the keys we had to go to a different location (the Alexandra Hotel) to get them. There was no wifi that and we were encouraged to log onto the wifi of surrounding hotels! Incredible! Now wifi is found everywhere, even on the beach taverns. I am a doctor and university professor and I had to prepare a congress and mail articles on eye surgery. I had to send them from the beaches! This is a serious and unthinkable place today. I would only give a good review to lady Barbara who cleaned every day and maintained the villas . I also do not make a habit of being overly critical but this was a let down. I am sorry but I will never come to your facility again. I'm not used to being teased. Even the photos on the web were manipulated. Never to see each other again

Best villa ever!

Look no further than this wonderful villa! Ideally located and with a wonderful caretaker Barbara who helps you with everything you need. Cannot say enough about how sweet and helpful she is in addition to providing first class service. Right on the beach with a great restaurant right next door to the left (in front of hotel) as you are looking at the beach. They have excellent food, service, and prices. Wish I could remember the name! We had Unit 1 which is right in front (there are 4 units). Awesome ocean view and a huge private pool. We were in heaven! Changed our plans to stay "home" two days the week we were there just to enjoy the pool and beach. Three bedrooms and three baths on three levels. Bottom floor is huge bedroom with bathroom, second floor has bedroom, bath, kitchen and Living room. Third floor is bedroom and bath with washer. Lots of space and everything you need. Quiet and close to shopping and food and beach activities. Groceries right down the street at LIDL. Parking on site with a lot of space. Everything was perfect. We are definitely coming back but are spending two weeks next time!

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

We stayed at the Magic Beach Villa during June. We were seven people and the villa was very spacious to accommodate all of us very comfortably! The location is excellent, very close to major restaurants and beach bars in Platanias and only a 15min drive to Chania. Also there is a beach bar right in front of the villa. The staff was very kind and the cleaning of the house was up to an excellent standard, you will be lucky if Barbara is doing the housekeeping during your stay, she is a true sweetheart and a real professional! Very good value for money, we totally recommend the villa!
