I hjärtat av Caribou och norra Aroostook County!

Våra 3 sovrum, 1 badrum hus är en del av vårt Fellowship Farm nätverk och är bekvämt beläget i hjärtat av Aroostook County, i Caribou, Maine.

Vi ligger inom gångavstånd från skolor, banker, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger, köpcentrum i små städer, kyrkor, biografen, postkontoret och säkerhetscentret.

Vi är ungefär 1/2 miles från Cary Medical Center och en lätt 14 miles från Northern Light A. R. Gould Hospital på Presque Isle. Vi välkomnar resande medicinsk personal utan husdjur.

Detta är ett allergifria hem (inga husdjur, ingen rökning).

Vi välkomnar även snöskoter och andra vinterentusiaster samt sommarlovare.

Vi är en enkel resa till bra fiske, vandring, camping, kanot / kajakpaddling och forsränning för att nämna några aktiviteter. Vi är också nära skidåkning / nordiska centra och snöskoterbanan.

Sommarmässor och festivaler är ofta händelser i området, inklusive Northern Maine Fair och Crown of Maine Hot Air Balloon Festival.

Vi är mindre än en timmes bilresa till St. John River Valley och New Brunswick, Kanada.

Holidays in Caribou

Our little group, which consisted of my father, my mother, my fiancé and myself, all had a delightful day in Caribou thanks to James and Ellen. The house was spacious enough to host my daughter and her family for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day that we were there. James and Ellen were very responsive and were able to accommodate our late check out due to a change in flight times. We have definitely bookmarked this property for our next visit to Caribou.

Caribou, home again

My 2sisters and I had a wonderful stay in Caribou partly due to staying at this VRBO. The location allowed us to walk all over town on familiar and unfamiliar streets. Daily trips to Hannafords and of course to Holton Farms for that ice cream sundae. The weather was typical for August in the County, cold and rainy, hot and sunny! If we had more sunny weather, I would have missed having access to the outside, like a deck or sitting area. It is a pretty busy traffic area being near the entrance to route one. Having one bathroom and no dishwasher was an adjustment we easily made! We quickly made it our home. The owners were nice and attentive but the place was well stocked and explanatory so found little reason to contact them! Highly recommend it.

Great Stay in Caribou

Made reservation on line. Received instructions for access to entry and found a great property! We had all the amenities we needed and then some. The property features a large kitchen, dining area, living / TV room, large screen TV, bath room with shower, washer and dryer and some extra toiletries. The first floor master bedroom is fully furnished with Queen size bed, hanger for clothes, dresser and mirror. The large country kitchen is spacious with a large table in an adjoining area. There is are two bedrooms upstairs. Parking is spacious. Will stay there again!! Geo & Glenis

Excellent home-area

We stayed in the home for a couple nights while visiting family in the area. Had a wonderful time - house was clean and perfect location, safe and quiet area. Some traffic noise as next to major road, but enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Finding Fall

The house was a home! I felt comfortable immediately! All the supplies I needed were there! Didn’t expect that! It was clean and charming and perfect for the two of us. A perfect location for us to seek a real fall! Loved the cover blankets left out for us! I would stay again in a heartbeat!Thanks!!!

Caribou house

Great location for our needs with errands to run in the valley. Clean and plenty of household items to be able to cook and stay comfortably. Only downside is master bed needs a new mattress please. Otherwise all was good

A few more details in the listing would help

Served as a good base for our business tasks in Presque isle and fort Fairfield. Surprised to find the largest bed was a double. Wi-Fi was a plus. If you want to be able to see local/national news in the evening, bring your own streaming stick owners communicative and responsive.

Large house, amazing hosts!

When booking, I didn’t realize the size of this house, and boy was I shocked! The entire stay was completed when I accidentally booked the wrong weekend and didn’t realize until I was almost there, Ellen and James accommodated me, and managed to make it work, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Overall, it was very peaceful, and I will be booking again if I visit Maine

Homey in town caribou home

House reminded me of my grandparents house also in maine. Very clean, appliances were updated. Touches of old hardwood floors and antique bureaus and night stands. My mom has the same China closet in her pantry that was located in the living room. Walking distance to Hannaford and Dunkin’. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location if you are visiting caribou.

The winter storm

We stayed about 5 days and we had everything we needed at the house. Ms Ellen and her Husband were always ready to answer any questions we needed. The house was clean and the direction were spelled out on how to use everything. A big storm blew in and they had a plow come thru and take care of the driveway. Great people run this house and we would love to stay there again. The house is located next to the highway so travel to and from it is very easy. 5 stars
