Wonderful stay

Our Cabin was just as it was pictured. Everything was nice and clean. Great location & close to everything. The staff was super nice and made sure that we had everything that was needed.

Over all noise, people slamming doors, kids from 1206 through egg and cheese over on my balcony, people below me decide to have xxx outside at 3:30AM and smoking dope. Should of waited one more day then I could have a cabin. It was nice that I can walk to the shows and eat out at the restaurant with out driving. This is the 3rd condo that I rented and 2out of 3 had black mold. I seen the stand up shower in the main bathroom and around the main door jam inside when you enter from outside. Out of 23 cabins I stayed at I never seen black mold anywhere, You need more inspection on your rental. The condo in Ocean City had Black mold growing up the wall where the air intake for the AC, the curtain was blocking air flow and they had a dish drainer in front of the vent everything was black. Either the states need more inspectors or you people need the do more inspections.

Nice Place, Terrible Toilet!!!

The property is really close to attractions. Getting there required some serious navigation. The rental was a nice 2 BR, 2 BA condo, just as advertised. It had many obvious upkeep issues (guest bedroom threshold loose, pictures in frames falling, curtain rods sagging, etc.). There were 2 main concerns we had. One, the cleaning left much to be desired in certain areas. The small couch had not been moved to clean in Lord knows how long. There was a squished, dead roach in the sink. Second, and most important, the master bathroom toilet was TERRIBLE!!! The seat was lose and missing bumpers on the underside, and the toilet did not flush adequately. I believe it was a problem with the float in the tank. We had 5 people and NEEDED the convenience of a second working toilet. That thing was more of an aggravation than it was worth. The guest bathroom was better, but still lacked the ability to flush appropriately. Point to note, we contacted Eden Crest about the maintenance issues. They taped down the threshold with blue painters tape. They went into the bathroom (dirty footprints) but they did nothing to fix the problem. It was a really nice place, but I think we will avoid coming back in the future.

My first impression of the condo was not bad it was clean, spacious, and located in the right spot to see all the attractions. The only problem I had was the mattress in the master bedroom was too big for the bed.

Quick stay-cation

Our daughter had a 4 day dance competition in Gatlinburg, so instead of driving over from Knoxville every day we stayed in Pigeon Forge. The condo was in a good location. The wifi was a little slow, and on Friday with everyone checking in was too slow to watch streaming.

These condos are a nice place to stay.

The condos are close to everything on the strip and are clean with nice indoor and outdoor pool. Host is helpful and quick to answer questions.

VRBO never disappoints! I was pleased with the Condo. It was clean, plenty of towels & wash cloths, great location! The mattress needs turning as it was a dip on the side I slept. Handicap or taller toilets with bars would be helpful. Coffee on the balcony was enjoyable.

Fall Break with the Grandkids❀

Fantastic facilities for our group! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the on site playground, basketball goal and corn hole games. We didn’t realize there was an indoor pool, but it looked really nice! The kitchen worked out so well for our group! We would much rather prepare our own food, than to have long waits with hungry kiddos at restaurants! The kids could play at the playground while I fixed dinner. Win, win! The condo location was also perfect for us. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. So much fun! Great vacation! The only problem was it was too darn short!!!! 😎

We enjoyed the location. Furniture was comfortable with the exception of the beds. They were very uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. As we were leaving we were told by a group coming in that they were unable to check in on time due to bed bugs. It was a little concerning although we did not find any evidence in our unit.

We enjoyed the Condo. It was clean and spacious and fit our needs because we wanted to cook our own meals as opposed to going out to eat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. It was also close to all of the attractions. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the stairways and elevator. There was some trash that was there our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful condo

The condo was roomy and very welcoming. We loved having Alexa and laundry inside the condo. Beds were a little too soft. Toilet in master bathroom didnt flush very well, it took several flushes to finally flush, toilet seat was loose. The AC vent was also closed in there, but we did get it to open. Black out curtains would have been nice in the master bdrm. Pots and pans could have been better quality bc everything stuck to them. Sofa and love seat sunk in so my parents werent able to sit on them bc they wouldnt be able to get up, stains on both furniture. So they sat at the kitchen table the entire time. Other than that we didnt have any problems, loved the keyless entry. Definitely would come back next yr, but may try to find a pet friendly one. Christmas Decorations in June was hilarious!
