Detta är en ombyggd 3 sovrum, 2 badrum villa med privat bakgård, privat uppvärmd pool och bara 75 meter till stranden! Vackra nya granit bänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror och kakel över hela hemmet. Hemmet har tv i varje rum, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet, kabel-tv, gratis WiFi och mycket mer! Det finns en utomhusdusch för att skölja av innan du hoppar i din egen privata pool efter en lång dag solbad på de vita sandstränderna i Anna Maria Island. Ha en utomhusbrygga med den medföljande gasgrillen och gå sedan in i pension för att upprepa igen nästa dag! Du kommer inte vilja lämna när du upplever ditt eget lilla paradis och öliv. Hyr båda sidor, Beach Retreat 204 och Beach Retreat 206 för en familj och vänner semester för 6 sovrum totalt och det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of beach towels/chairs and you can’t beat the location!

AMI Siunset

We Had a small issue with a light bulb and a remote control. We texted the property manager and they sent someone out to resolve both issues. I was very impressed on how fast that they responded!! The property was very clean and well kept. I would definitely Use this company again.

Great house

Excellent location, right by the trolley stop and so close to the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms were huge. Definitely a very pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and clean. We had a great time.

Perfect Beach Vacation

I didn’t want to leave! This home was so well kept and inviting, I enjoyed every moment. It’s so close to the beach you can take morning walks or walk over to watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a beach getaway! It’s perfect!

Perfect house & location! Especially for families!

Very nice house all around. Everything you need for cooking. The private fenced in back yard/pool was so great since we had a 2 & 4 year old. The walk to the beach could not be easier .. basically right across the street. Plenty of sand toys, 2 beach wagons, umbrella and beach chairs. Loved the central location on the island as well.

Perfect for our family!

We struggled to find a beach house that could accommodate our large family of six and our two dogs for our short labor day getaway from Tampa. This place was perfect. It was big enough and very clean with all the conveniences of home. It was great to have the pool right out the door as well. The beach was a short walk down the street and was calm and peaceful. Overall, a perfect place for all of us.

Nice house

The house offered everything they said it would. The house was in a good location. There were only three washcloths per bathroom. The beach chair was outdated. Also the light in the pool would not turn on.

Comfortable and quiet

Enjoyed our stay here immensely....great open floor plan making it easy to relax. Located on quiet side street with a short walk to beach access path. We brought our own beach cart, chairs, umbrella etc but there was all of this already there ...the beach chairs did appear to have seen better days so I would bring some if you can. We enjoyed the fact that there was 2 parking places as we rented a golf cart for 3 days and explored the whole island! This is a very comfortable place stay and definitely recommend it for everyone wanting to enjoy the laid back island life.

Great week long visit

We rented this property for an early week in June. We were excited about the location of the listing but were unsure about the property itself in terms of size and condition. We were more than pleasantly surprised by the amount of room and the work AMI Locals had begun doing to spruce it up. It was everything we needed and more. The location is great, the beach is very close, easily walkable and everything else is couple of minutes away. Valerie and her team were very responsive, helpful, and interested in feedback. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it highly.

Almost Perfect

Great location, nice pool, roomy house with nice furniture and beds. Close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and 30 minute walk to Anna Maria. The master bedroom had no windows but did have what was once a front door (a bit odd). The window in the door was covered in a colored plastic but should have had a curtain to keep out the light. The washing machine worked well but was old and very noisy. The dishwasher did not work very well. We had to rewash some of the dishes. With a few updates the house could be a five star accomodation.

This was the perfect place for our family of four! So close to the beach, very quiet, our own pool and very roomy! We will be back and hopefully to this exact house. The only suggestion I have is the belt on the dryer was squeaky when drying clothes. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. Super stay!

Week at the beach

The smell from the garbage cans, even though garbage is picked up twice a week, was unbearable. You smelled it every time you left or arrived at the rental. There was no electric sweeper to vacuum up the dirt. The lack of parking on the island made for a difficult experience. Also the visit to the donut experiment shop on Pine Ave. felt very non welcoming to the tourists on AMI. They had a security guard who was very unwelcoming. We have enjoyed coming to AMI for many years. We will be considering other options for the future.

This is a fantastic place! Location is a 3 minute walk to beach. We loved the private pool and the openness of the house. The wagon and chairs for the beach were a great help. We can’t wait to come back.

Good place

We have a great visit to the beach and family. Nice space, open, good sized rooms close to some restaurants and quite neighborhood. Only suggestions are putting some directions for the ruku, blinds on the master window/door, would be nice and the pool needs to be resurfaced.

Close to the beach. Pool needs work

Three bedroom property very close to the beach. On arrival we were pleased with everything except the pool and the condition of the kitchen and living room furniture. The pump was not working properly and took several calls before someone was called to come and look at it. The pool has not been well maintained and is very discolored. There are several places on the bottom where the plaster has chipped of the surface making it rough. The cushions on the chairs are stained and need to be updated. Bedrooms and bathrooms where clean and updated. Nice kitchen. It was nice to have pool towels and pool floats for the kids. Pool pictures are misleading as you can’t see the problems. Pool needs to be replastered and then it would be great. Valerie was easy to work with and was helpful when we reached out to her.
