We custom designed and built Super Grouper—along with two of our other homes—with one clear goal: to create the ideal vacation retreat for families and groups of friends traveling together. Every detail of this home reflects our passion for hospitality and our deep understanding of what makes a vacation home truly exceptional. And we used our own high standards as our bench mark.

Super Grouper features five equally luxurious master suites, each thoughtfully furnished and spacious enough to offer privacy and comfort for couples or adult groups. No one gets the "short straw" here—every bedroom is a suite, complete with its own bathroom, wine fridge, coffee station, and private outdoor sitting area.

We know how important it is to balance time together with space to unwind, so we designed expansive indoor and outdoor living areas perfect for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. The open great room is ideal for shared meals and conversation, while the shaded poolside lounge—with its outdoor kitchen, big-screen TV, and daybed—is everyone’s favorite spot to unwind.

This home was built not just to accommodate guests, but to elevate their vacation experience. From the elevator and office space to the fishing-friendly dock, bait freezer, and ice maker, we’ve anticipated your needs so you can simply relax and enjoy the Keys.

For guests who need to stay connected, Super Grouper also includes a dedicated private office, outfitted with a desk, chairs, and natural light—ideal for remote work without distraction.

For guests bringing their own boats, one of the most valuable amenities is our private boat ramp, available exclusively to guests of our six homes and our family. It’s a rare and convenient feature that saves time and enhances your boating experience from the moment you arrive.

The extra-wide dock is another standout. It’s not only great for safely and comfortably boarding and disembarking, but also a perfect spot for relaxing by the water, casting a fishing line, or spotting manatees and dolphins. With a fish cleaning station, water hookup, and the gear storage, bait freezer, and commercial ice machine are just steps away, everything a serious angler needs is already here.

The large, west-facing pool is positioned to capture golden afternoon light and sunset views, flanked by a shaded lounge area that creates a resort-style atmosphere you won’t want to leave. It’s ideal for both sunny days and cool evening swims.
