The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you.

Great location, We loved it!!!

Spent 2 nights of our 8 night trip here, and it was great. Close to get to most places, awesome views and a great pool and picnic area. Covered parking as long as you don't have a high truck or SUV. We will definitely be back!

Quiet condo with great view

This condo is the perfect location situated on the Atlantic Ocean. Great views and the pool, beach and courtyard are very well maintained

Excellent unit in a great location

This was the perfect place for my crew and me to recover from the Keys 100 race. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the large balcony and swimming in the pristine pool. It was easy to scooter or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Been to 1800 Atlantic condos many times. Atlantic Parrot condo was excellent as we expected.Would have liked to have one more key fob, two wasn't enough as we had each of us going in different directions daily.

Great location and amenities

Unit was dated but kept up. Felt a little sterile with things missing like Kleenex and area rugs. Wish there had been some instructions on how to access pool and recommendations/map on things nearby. It was clean but we did find two random pills on the floor. Had to drive downtown to get keys. It’s a nice space with the deck and two bedrooms and baths. Appreciated the provided coffee. Beach chairs quite worn.

Pleasant Stay

The unit is comfortable and offers plenty of space to enjoy. The pool and beach areas are very nice and looks they were recently updated.It would help if the unit provided a binder/brochures of things to do. This is expected when we stay at a VRBO site. Overall it was an enjoyable time.

60th Birthday Celebration

Very nice condo, nice views, good location, very quiet. Pool and hot tub area were more than we ever expected. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Key West.

Wedding Trip

The condo is very dated. We had a lot of flashing of light fixtures and switches not working. It is on a very busy street so sitting on the balcony was very loud. The hallway must have flooded at some point because it was very smelly, damp and musty.they finally got a handle on that by bringing in some drying machines. The fire alarms went off a couple times. The pool area is very nice.

Great stay

We had two couples in our group and the condo was as spacious enough for all of us. Love the location to the beach and walking along the ocean. Pool and hot tub was great and never busy. Will definitely book again

There is a nice view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. It is in a quiet building a short Uber ride from all the action downtown.

The pool and garden were amazing!! and the ocean view from the pool area is great. Condo was big enough for the two couples that went. Does need a little updating and a good cleaning. But overall, the outside made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Atlantic Parrot

The unit was very clean and the ocean views were impressive as you can see the Atlantic from the Living Room and both Bedrooms. We liked being far enough away, but also close enough to Duval St., etc. to make it very accessible without hearing the partying that typically happens there.

Clean & well equipped

Unit was neat, clean and equipped. Living room furniture is older and one sofa is not comfortable but we managed. Beds are comfy, AC and appliances work great. The gardens and pool area are very nice and relaxing. We would stay here to spend more time at the pool, if ever in KW again.

Amazing pool

The house has plenty of space. Big rooms and a great room. The pool is amazing, goes up to 9 feet. Close enough to walk to Duval street.

The property was great and the condo was super cute. The issue was with the management company. We were given the wrong keys to enter the building and only was able to enter once another tenant was walking out and held the door for us. We tried to contact management several times to let them know our keys didn’t work, and were not able to reach anyone to resolve it. Due to the fact we had no keys, we were not able to leave the property for food or do activities because we wouldn’t be able to get back in. We also were not able to use the amenities at the condo because we needed the proper keys.

We like that it was very spacious with 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We liked the kitchen was stocked and that we found a cooler and some older beach chairs to use. We liked the deck. The pool was nice. The water isn't swimmable.
