Tillgång till allmän strand är en kort promenad till Bogue Sound och finns också på Atlantic Beach, en 10 minuters bilresa bort.

Morehead City Historic Home

Our second time staying here. Another enjoyable trip. Very well located historical home with some upgrades. Comfortable inside. Wonderful morning shaded two story porches. Bring your books. Private courtyard in the back. The owner maintains the southern coastal charm with the landscaping. The house is well equipped inside and out. 4 bikes are in the garage. Easy walk to downtown-less than 10 minutes. Country gift store around the corner. Breakfast diner and wine/beer bar across the street.

Sweet little town

Overall lovely home near everything

Older home with plenty of charm and very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful back yard, porch and front porch to relax and enjoy. Furniture and layout of home was all very comfortable. The only reason I did not give it a five was due to a couple of areas needing improvement such as one ceiling spot in need of patching and repair. Owner was very responsive!

Wonderful home!

Win - win! The house was perfect for us. Being just blocks from the waterfront made for a beautiful breeze whenever using the outdoor seating. I am slightly handicapped and the master bath provided just what I needed. Nice kitchen and plenty of seating for all who are staying. 2 thumbs up. I will return.

Morehead City Historic Home

Comfortable house within 5 min walking distance to restaurants and historic downtown. Historic home with some renovations. Lots of porch space. The courtyard in the back of the house is a wonderful retreat. The bikes provided made for an enjoyable family activity. A great stay.

Visit with Marine son

We had a wonderful time with our son and the other family that shared the house with us. House has areas for people to spread out into and do different things. Beds are very comfortable and the backyard is great for grilling out. The town is just a few steps around the corner. Highly recommend. Owner easy to communicate with.

Had a great time, took advantage of the bicycles, went to the beach every day.

First time staying in Morehead and not on the beach, but close enough to everything. The beach, Fort Macon, shopping, restaurants, had a great time. Thank you.

My family had a great experience with this house. The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The house is in the perfect location. It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the Morehead City waterfront restaurants. We are already planning our next trip... thank you for everything!

Very pleasant stay with great central location

Our group really enjoyed the house in morehead city. It was a short drive to Atlantic beach one direction and also a short drive to Beaufort in the other direction. We utilized the nice backyard space for cooking out and road the provided bikes around the neighbor enjoying local shops and food. Highly recommend the corner store up the street they were very nice and had good ice cream. Overall a lovely and accommodating stay.
