Super clean and great location!

Would definitely stay here again. It was very clean, exactly as described, and so close to downtown shopping and the lake- just perfect! Also great communication from the host.

Very nice! Great location and very clean.

This is the perfect place for walking to all of the main downtown attractions. Close drives to the wineries and very safe, clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very nice. We will definitely be back again!

Traverse City Condo in Great Location

Perfect location for experiencing Traverse City. Just south of the main downtown area. Extremely convenient and walkable to many great eating establishments and shopping. The condo was very clean, up to date and perfect for our family. Host was excellent to work with.

Clean, convenient location, parking can get expensive.

Our unit was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is great and we walked to the main downtown street in less than 10 minutes. The host was easy to reach and friendly. The only downside is that parking is very limited in the building lot and the parking garage next door can get expensive. The listing mentioned a $20 maximum/day, but I parked for 12 hours and got charged $25. Not sure if the rates increased since the listing. We would try walking to dinner when possible, or else the chance of finding free parking before bed was pretty slim.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to everything downtown, with fantastic restaurants and fun spots to explore a block away. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and the perfect size for a relaxing getaway.The bed was incredibly comfortable, every detail was taken care of, and the owners were fantastic with communication. Their check-in and check-out instructions were super clear and thorough, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will absolutely be back next time we're in Traverse City!

Winter stay

This condo is located in walking distance from downtown which is great in the summer (we also stayed in summer of 2021). We decided that it was a great location to for a winter stay due to great pricing. We drove to Boyne for a day and it an easy commute to neighboring areas you want to visit. Only tough part of this property is the parking but that is to be expected for any city location.

The condo was very clean and comfortable . The location was perfect- you can walk to Front Street, through the lovely neighborhoods and lots of wonderful restaurants. We come to TC frequently, and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Great Condo in Downtown TC

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my wife and I on a 4 night stay in Traverse City. The location is great and within walking distance of all that downtown Traverse City has to offer. The hosts were awesome and communicated everything we needed to know about the stay. Would definitely recommend this condo to a couple looking to stay in Traverse City.

Perfect Couples Trip

The apartment was just as pictured, clean comfortable, and with the perfect amenities. The living area was a little smaller than I pictured, but still totally fine for a couple. Great location for walking to shopping and dining downtown. Parking ramp was convenient and secure.

Great stay for a quick getaway

My husband and I were very happy with this condo. It was a short walk to downtown and there were a couple restaurants a very short walk away for a great meal (Firefly) or an outside drink (Parlour). Everything was newer and very clean. The bed was a very comfortable king. The only negative was we didn't find the couch comfortable at all, unless you were sitting right in the middle. Not a dealbreaker though since we were out a lot or collapsed in bed! Would definitely stay here again.

We are so excited to share our condo with you and help you explore the beautiful are we call home. We have a young daughter who keeps us on our toes. We love to go boating, camping, and skiing. We enjoy exploring new areas but our favorite places to travel are Mackinaw Island and the Caribbean! Traverse City used to be one of our favorite places to visit, so we moved here in 2006.

This is a brand new building in the heart of Traverse City. This city has been our home since 2006. We love the area and the changing seasons! It has so much to offer for our active lifestyle.
