Great view and screened porches

We loved spending our family time on the back screened porches. The view of the Smoky Mountains was beautiful and restorative. There was plenty of room for everyone and games to play. The driveway was steep and we knew that from previous guests and were prepared. It was a great week for our big family and we could easily drive back and forth to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Beautiful view, lots of space.

When we first pulled up we were very surprised to see how steep the driveway was. I don't think a regular vehicle would have been able to get up that driveway. When we walked into the house we quickly noticed that the crib that is shown in the photos and the cabin description was not there. But the next day they did drop off a pack and play which is not a crib but it was better than the alternative of having to co-sleep with our one year old. Also the hot tub was extremely dirty. There was a film on the water and the smell was less than inviting. I would definitely recommend being a chlorine tablet if you want to use the hot tub. Also the baby gate that is provided is broken and it is impossible to gate off the stairs leading to the basement. But overall it was great for a big family and the view was beautiful.

Family trip to Pigeon Forge

The stay was fantastic. The cabin was everything it stated and more. From the relaxing screened porches to the breath taking views. Loved by all members if the family. And will definitely be back.

The water in the bathtubs gets cold too quickly, the game room does not have a bathroom so you have to go up 2 floors to go to the bathroom.

Family vacation

We all loved the view in the morning and night from one of the two decks and not being bothered by bugs. Close to town and anything you need. Great roads getting to the cabin. Would have liked to see the drive way before getting there due to the steep in and out of the driveway. Had two motorcycles there and both were able to make it in and out of it.

Lovely Cabin

The cabin was great for our whole family including 2 babies! We all loved it! The kids all had fun playing ping pong, pool, board games, movies and poker. We were a little concerned when we read the reviews but it ended up being great!

Lovely cabin

Screen porch was great but a lil hard too see the mountains. The outside was a lil dirty but the place was great!!! Would stay there again!

Fab14 Anniversary Trip

Everyone enjoyed the house. Our least favorite thing was the roads to the place and the driveway. But, overall it’s a FABULOUS GET-a-WAY!

Just ok

The cabin has potential but needs updating and maintenance driveway is very steep and because of gravel build up our car struggled to get back out we spun our tires. Our biggest problem was beds not made and no linens management responded and offered to have us move to another cabin which ment reloading all our luggage , food etc we opted to stay they came out next day and made beds Cleaning was not completed counters dirty Fireplace did not work. However they came out the next day and fixed it We were offered a partial refund. Which I have not yet seen This seems to be a chronic problem with this property I typically do not read the comments from other travelers. Just go by the star rating but have learned a lesson to read. This property is just ok.

Nice place to stay

Close to the strip but still far enough away to feel some what secluded. The driveway is the worst part, it's straight down. Make sure you bring extra trash bags.

Cabin was very dirty

Roof leaked game tables didn’t work. Had to go but our own ping pong balls. Cobb web’s everywhere. Jacuzzi tubs didn’t work. Cabin was so dusty and we had someone’s nasty socks under the couch. Garbage under all beds. Pool table pockets broken. Outside doors would not stay shut. Driveway sucks. Kitchen cabinets doors loose. Doors broke off coffee table. Hot tub was not at all hot. Kids bunk beds the black cloth under the mattress was pulled apart. Overall experience would never rent from this place again

Could be great

The views are beautiful, the home is large enough for multiple families, the location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home however needs repairs and a thorough cleaning. The arcade game was broken, the hot tub was underfilled, luke warm, and the top was broken and difficult to open. The jets in the upper tub did not work. The home was dirty with soda cans under the bed, bugs in the sheets, black mold in the showers, corrosion in the bath tubs and cobwebs through out the home. The driveway is very steep but manageable.

Making memories in TN

The entire crew loved the views… breathtaking. Great location close enough to everything. Steep driveway to parking however the parking was plentiful. The home’s layout was perfect for meeting up with friends but still having privacy if wanted. I was looking forward to taking a bath in the jet tub with a fire and was unable to do so due to the residue at each jet and near drain.. just didn’t feel clean. My friends said they had the same in their bathrooms. I also didn’t use the hot tub due to algae/cleanliness. The kitchen and rest of the house was clean. We had an amazing time making awesome memories with great friends. We all loved the porch and when we were at the cabin its where we all spent our time! We all enjoyed the Teddy Bear Cabin, it did not disappoint!
