Excellent place to stay.

The apartment was fabulous, spacious and clean. It was equipped with everything. I would book again for sure.

The name says it all!

As described in the listing, this truly is the perfect little apartment. Comfy couches, parking space, washer and dryer, full bathroom, and kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy and the property manager was very communicative. The apartment was even ready a few hours early! Great location, whether walking to downtown St John's or taking a day trip out of the city. We hope to stay here on future trips to St John's!

Belle découverte de la région de Terre Neuve en voiture, à pieds lors de randonnées ,1500 kms sillonnés : la péninsule de Bonavista et le Park national de Terra Nova, péninsule d'Avallon, St John's et ses environs avec le Cap Spear, la pointe la plus à l'est du Canada. Tout était très beau

Great little unit!

Very clean and quiet. Lots of hot water and having a washing machine was a real bonus.

your stair risers going up to the apartment are uneaven. you should have a smoke detector in the sleeping rooms.

Clean place

We spent a few nights here. The place was clean and the pictures were accurate. The area isn't great, but it's not bad either. We never felt unsafe or anything. Overall, a very good stay.

Labour Day weekend stay

We spent four nights at this apartment and it was very nice. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. It is a nice walk down to the harbour from the apartment. The only drawback was that it was a bit tricky backing out of the parking space into the road because the parked cars on the street hid oncoming traffic, but that is just a function of where it is located- you would have that in many places in downtown St. John's.

Highly recommended

Great central location, quiet. Lots of room. Having a dedicated parking spot(covered). Having a washer and dryer was great. Our only suggestion would be bigger towels.

Great location

Location is great. You will be 5 min driving from downtown (about 20 minutes walking if you don’t mind the hills), 15-20 minutes from the Costco and other supermarkets. Place has a parking, which is pretty convenient and fairly quiet. Kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, and basic utensils for cooking. Overall, location is the best, would recommend.

Bel appartement près du centre ville.

The perfect little apartment was perfect

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the perfect little apartment. It was a nice size, reasonably priced and enabled each of us to enjoy our own space with the two bedrooms. Victor and Andra were wonderful and were even flexible with the check-in time which was super convenient. While we weren’t located in the downtown area, we were a short walk or Uber ride away. It was great to have laundry facilities, and while there wasn’t air conditioning, there were many fans we could access. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation & location

Lovely apartment for our stay in St. John’s. Easy to get to & easy to access as there was a keypad entry - great since we were very delayed in our arrival & arrived after midnight. It had everything we needed while we visited St.John’s & area.

Amazing property

We stayed for 2 days at this lovely location. We have a truck and was able to fit it in the allotted parking space. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again.
