Minnesvärda 6: e våningen 2 sovrum / 2 bad lägenhet med en av ett slag dekor & främre och bakre balkong med utsikt över 3 vattendrag - viken, OLE floden och bukten! Denna charmör har lokala konstverk och roliga inredning som tilltalar unga och gamla i Förutom fantastisk utsikt!

Flod balkong möjliggör delfinsafari och har utsikt över PÅ PLATS MARINA och stor pool över Ono Island och i Bay- ta med din båt eller jet ski, kajaker eller Paddleboards. Beachside balkongen ser över gatan till viken (mycket kort promenad, mindre än 200 meter).

Befälhavaren har extremt bekväma king size-säng och en egen inträde till balkongen, perfekt för månbelysta nätter med utsikt över vattnet och några av de bästa solnedgångar du se! Det finns också en stor tv. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och tillgång i rummet till det andra badet.

Magical spring break experience

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for our family of 5. My boys loved watching the dolphins swim by and the sliding doors where the perfect views for the small lightning storm we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone going to either pensacola or orange beach. Also if you do, shell beach was one of our favorite stops.

Great trip!

We had a great time staying in Perdido Key. Condo was perfect and was nice being in the same complex as more of our family. Condo had all needed amenities and even some most wouldn't think to include. Thanks for allowing us to rent this condo at a great rate.

Beautiful property

The condo was exactly as listed! The inside decor is beautiful! Our mornings were spent on the back balcony having coffee and watching for dolphins. We saw them almost every morning!! We loved both pools and spent lots of time at the pool that the condo overlooked. The walk to the beach is a bit more than we anticipated, especially with two little ones, but we were able to drive over and park in the beachside property lot. We didn’t have a beach wagon and the walk over would have been much more doable if we had one. The only true issue we had was with the beds in the second bedroom. Twins were great, but the mattresses seemed older, seemed unstable and were not very comfortable. The owners were out of town, but gave us a contact and he was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again in the fall or early spring. Thanks Anne for being a wonderful hostess!!

Great location/beautiful views

Spacious and beautiful condo on the sixth floor. On the Ole river side with awesome views. Saw dolphins every day of our stay. Enjoyed the river traffic of the ole river. Across the river is Ono Island with beautiful River homes. Has a nice clean pool on the river side. Across the street there is another pool on the ocean that you can utilize along with a private section of the beach. We love listening to live music and the Florabama is just 3/4 mile away. The condo has all the amenities you will need and is furnished nicely. There are many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Gulf shores and foley are just a short drive away and have many activities and great restaurants around. Pensacola is just east of us. You can see the thunderbirds practice and visit the air museum. The zoo is just 30 miles and located in foley. We did not have any issues accessing the condo or any issues during our stay. It was seamless. The condo is located in a fairly quiet location. The only exception is the mullet toss happened during the first weekend of our vacation. Traffic was a mess, mainly on Saturday. Other than that everything was fantastic. We will definitely try to use this condo again.

Balcony envy

We have always stayed ocean front but absolutely loved the back balcony and having the river view. The daybed on the balcony was the icing on the cake. When not on the beach, you could find us on the riverside balcony.

Fall getaway 2023

Absolutely love this location. We cooked breakfast every morning. (The skillets might have there better days). The Point was our favorite spot for dinner and Doc's seafood. The twin bedroom good use some blackout curtains(there is a bright light outside the bedroom window). The 2 twin beds were very squeaky, they may have also seen there better days. The shower in the master had a slow drain. Overall we love this condo🙂

Much needed relaxing

Loved the unit and this area. It’s nice to sit on the balcony and watch the bay. And easy beach access. Our trip was short but much needed and relaxing. It’s a hidden gem along the gulf in my opinion.

Family vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony overlooking the river was very nice! Watched all the boats and saw dolphins! The condo was very nice clean and comfortable. We also visited the pool almost every day and it was never really crowded. I would highly recommend staying here!

An awesome vacation rental

This was an awesome vacation condo in Perdido Key. The condo was very well decorated and clean. The location was great. We spent a lot of time at the larger pool close by and enjoyed the beach and smaller pool across the street everyday. The beach was not very crowded but it was still an accessible drive to shopping and restaurants. The balcony overlooking the old river was wonderful. Our family enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins go by. Our only suggestion is to replace the master bed. It dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Much needed getaway!

My good friends and I have been going to the Florida panhandle area for a week in May for the last 20 years. We have always stayed ocean front but decided to give this condo a try since it was still on the water, just not ocean. We were pleasantly surprised. It's unique decorating theme made me feel like Jack Sparrow had a hand in it. Kind of like the captains quarters on a pirate ship. Very interesting. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean. The pool was great! We enjoyed watching the boats on the river - and people who brought their dogs to fetch off the dock - that was very entertaining. All in all it was a much needed getaway - and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Great Vacation

We had a GREAT time staying here. No negatives to say at all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (it is decorated very nicely as well.). The views are amazing and it is a quick walk to the beach. The beach side facilities are very nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Anniversary!

My husband and I were here for our anniversary. We got married in Perdido Key and have stayed in a few locations. This condo was sooooo wonderful! We loved the location to enjoy BOTH the Ole River AND the Gulf. The pictures don't do it justice. I loved the decor...very tasteful with a bit of whimsy! Super clean...easy access and just perfect for us. We didn't need to contact Anne for anything (that's a good thing) so I really didn't get to correspond with Anne while there. So a BIG Thank you for the awesome stay in your condo Anne! Lori and Paul

Great time and location

The location was excellent in close range of everything. The only hiccup we had was cable outage. We called the provider and they ran a diagnostic test and was able to resolve. Like I said minor issue. The property was warm and inviting and the host remained in communication with us. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you,

Jim and I, and our grown kids, Britt and Molly, have been coming to Perdido for 25 years. It all started with renting a home on Ono Island on Ole River and we've been hooked ever since. Our kids grew up coming to this area, and now they both come with their spouses. Jim is retired from the biotech industry and I am in real estate in the Atlanta area (Kennesaw for those that know where that is!) We decided years ago, since we can't be here all the time, to make it available, and try to keep it reasonable, for families to visit the best kept secret on the Gulf!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Laid back setting, but close enough to the hustle and bustle to be in the middle of upscale dining or deep sea fishing in 10 minutes or less. The views off our balcony over the river, across exclusive Ono Island and into the bay are fabulous with regular dolphin sitings right off our balcony. Walking distance to the world famous Flora-Bama if you want to party the night away. Two-thirds of Perdido Key is designated park land and can't be developed, so none of the overcrowded beaches you have in nearby areas. You'll be surprised what the river side has to offer, and still just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The best of all worlds in our own little Perdido Key Paradise!

2/3's of Perdido Key is designated to remain undeveloped, so the wildlife and laid back, uncrowded feeling is unique to the area. Still less than 5 minutes to get off the island and to all the attractions! Shipwatch features an on-site boat ramp - very rare on the key and convenient since it's a very short boat ride to restaurants in either direction.
