Family Vacation

The location and access to the beach was great. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it. Our place was clean and had everything we needed.

The property manager/host was very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. The location was perfect, as we went for a festival at gulf shores beach. All shopping and restaurants were within a 10 minute drive.

Great location!

Our stay was great! Location was perfect and views were great! The place was pretty and decorated so cute. Check in was weird because no one was at the counter for a long time. One of the beds was broken and was not fixed during our 3 night stay! House keeping could do a better job on the floors. We had to wear shoes the whole time the floors were not clean at all. But over all we had a blast and loved the balcony!!

Great Room

The room was spacious and had everything you needed for the week. The pool furniture was upgraded this year and very nice. Everything is in walking distance that’s nice so you don’t have to get vehicle out and find somewhere to park. A few of the not so good things

 The $50 to park is a little much and even then if no spaces in have park across the 4 lane street in the overflow lot. For the price on the condo the parking should be included. The pool area is extremely small. Yes I know it’s a beach vacation but the pool was packed with people every day. The weekend staff very rude and unfriendly. Weekday staff was great

Very nice, clean and comfy place to stay. Host was amazing answered very quickly with any questions and concerns we had. Definitely a 5 star from us! We highly recommend this place! We will definitely book our next stay here!

The property itself is in a prime location. This is my 3rd stay at San Carlos.

Room 703 needs some updating, the living room furniture is very uncomfortable primarily the sofa bed when sitting, we did not use for sleeping. The toilet in the main master is not level and rocks when you sit on it. The air condition is very noisy as it turns on and off. The cable is bare minimum. Overall not bad but does need some attention. We will continue to stay at the San Carlos. Thank you

Great stay in Gulf Shores

We loved the property. It was in such a great location and close to the beach. The only negative item was the pull out sofa. It was broken, but we managed with only one sleeper on it. We enjoyed it very much!
