Detta hem är en 3 våning, över 4200 kvadratmeter hem med ytterligare 1000 + kvadratmeter balkonger och verandor. Du kommer att älska så fort du går i ytterdörren. Fönstret har en tre vånings flytande trappa med en 30 fot tak. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made us feel at home.Its excellent location offered easy beach access, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful views-perfect for relaxing and spending time with family.Check-in was seamless, and the friendly, responsive host was helpful throughout our stay.Guests traveling with small children or dogs should note that the stairs are not child- or small-pet-friendly and require extra care.Overall, this was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend the beach house for a peaceful, convenient coastal getaway.

Our family (8 adults, 3 teenagers/pre-teen, and dog) enjoyed our week stay. The house was in a great location, short walk to beach, golf cart ride to restaurants. Everyone had plenty of space, and the theater/game room with a pool table was a huge hit with our family! Excellent communication with the host. Discounted golf carts were a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property, approximately a block from the beach! We had a party of 13 and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time in the pool and theatre room. Definitely would recommend getting a golf cart and renting the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Owners and team were very attentive to any questions.

Location was outstanding! However, there were a number of maintenance issues that had not been addressed prior to our stay (leaky faucet, toilets that ran all day/night, floor thresholds that were detached in a number of locations, a hole in a wall in a bunk room, stains on ceiling in eating area, torn curtains/drapes, broken blind slats in bedroom, stained and worn rug in living area, etc.) We would stay at this location again, but are hopeful some repairs are made for the betterment of this beautiful property!

Great house short walk to beach. Family really enjoyed the stay and the house is very large with a good floor plan. Pool was perfect size for the kids to play and cool off at anytime. Thanks for the memories.

Perfect amenities and location to enjoy the beach

Great location, just a short walk to the beach from the back walk through gate. Alvin's Island is across the street, as well as Pompano Joe which has a great beach bar. Dairy Queen, Bad Ass Coffee, shopping. Home was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our family time together.

Perfect Location! Beautiful House!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for a larger family or multiple families. The location is the best - a very quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and I would absolutely rent again!!

Friends and family spring break

The house was great for multiple families with kids! Our kids loved the pool and having a bunk bed room allowing them to sleep with their friends. The location was close to the beach and easily accessible to walk to restaurants near by! The host were quick to respond and were able to offer discounts to beach chairs and golf cart rentals.

Great Family House

Celebrated Christmas with 3 generations and there was enough room for everyone to be together and also to separate when needed - naps for young ones and space for teens. Great set up with 3 floors. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great and although it was chilly during the time we went, the heated pool made up for it!

Amazing stay!

The property was amazing along with the location, the house was very ckean and was massive. The pool stayed heated without issue and we didnt have to contact the property managers once for anything, everything was in order. The hosts were incredible and answered any questions we had and were very helpful i would definatly come back here or use the same host.

Great location, very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone!

We had 4 families staying with 19 people. The kids ranged from 7 to 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great with very easy walking distance to beach access. Beds were comfortable, house in general very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and pool toys. The management company was very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Visit cut short

We had to cut our stay short due to some issues, but Michael was gracious enough to help us out. The house is gorgeous and location is great. Perfect for a large group. Once all issues are resolved, we would gladly stay again!

Best Friends Vacation

Weeks vacation with our best friends and wives. This is a great location if you enjoy the beach. It was oue second time staying here. There has been some nice upgrades to the house. The host is fantastic to work with. We will be back.

Excellent Experience in a Beautiful House

My family of 16 stayed in Emerald Breeze for a week and had a perfect experience! The house was beautiful and so spacious. It was well stocked and only a half block from the private beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and did an excellent job in giving us thorough and clear instructions.We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was wonderful and very comfortable for all our family15 of us! No issues- our questions were answered quickly and promptly. Minor problem getting golf cart charged was quickly handled and replacement cart brought to us. A wonderful family time with space for everyone!!

The house was wonderful. The pool was small, but all we needed after a day at the beach. Plenty of pool & beach toys as well as chairs & umbrellas. The property around the house is in need of some cleanup. Great location for the beach and shopping and would consider staying in this house again in the future.
