Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I bought this property because I have always wanted to own my own property. When I bought the property, I was very specific with what I was looking for. I wanted a property with a cottage / apartment. over the years the cottage was lying idle and empty.
I was very uncomfortable and did not want to have tenants staying for a very long time as the chances of people staying too long causes problems for the landlord.
The area means a lot to me as it is situated near the British Embassy, the EU Delegatesâ offices, UN offices and an International School. It is one of the prime areas in Harare and is very quiet.
About 500 meters from the property, is an upmarket shopping complex with restaurants and coffee shops.
I was very uncomfortable and did not want to have tenants staying for a very long time as the chances of people staying too long causes problems for the landlord.
The area means a lot to me as it is situated near the British Embassy, the EU Delegatesâ offices, UN offices and an International School. It is one of the prime areas in Harare and is very quiet.

The views from the patio outside the cottage are another beautiful feature of the property.
I love the sounds of the birds that sing every morning. It truly is an enjoyable moment which
should be experienced by my guests.
