Great getaway place for family and friends

This place was centrally located in Spokane. Easy downtown access. Plenty of sleeping space cleanly air conditioned nice quiet neighborhood. Will stay here again. Photos of your state I should put the photo in there.

Convenient and quiet location

Stayed two night while in the area for softball. The house is older but updates are visible and it was clean and perfect for watching movies and resting between games. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the main level was a plus as the stairs are consistent with a craftsman style home with steeper steps leading to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.

Nice experience

Plenty of off street parking. The kitchen was well furnished. Adequate seating in living room for five adults. Quiet neighborhood. Close by Audubon park.

Family member birthday, they live 1/2 mile from unit, very convenient for us to travel back and fort

Only negative was outlets in upstairs bedrooms, did not work. Might think about putting note on basement door that washing machine is down stairs. We were a group of senior adults, had to send one down to find the washer? Otherwise very clean and well stocked

Perfect for a family and centrally located

Great neighborhood and central location

We were very happy with location since we were doing activities in downtown Spokane some days and Riverside State Park other days. Also house is super close to Flying Goat and other restaurants.

Spokane 2024

Chose this property as was located in same neighborhood as family we were visiting. Property was very clean on our arrival. Kitchen nicely equipped. First floor bathroom small but functional. Plenty of towels for our group of 7. Washer and dryer on site was a definite plus. Upstairs bedrooms on the small side; bunk beds more appropriate for younger children, not teenagers. Several restaurants/cafes within walking distance which we made use of. House is older remodeled home and could use an electrical upgrade. Not enough outlets in many rooms. Jeff is a great host-communicates well and responds quickly.

Spokane

Here for a long weekend. We attended a play downtown and attended the NCAA tournament. We lyfted everywhere. This house was awesome for 2 of us. We walked around the pleasant neighborhood everyday. Favorite was the flying goat just 2 blocks away. Also the garden cafe was very pleasant for breakfast. The host was easy to work with- allowing me to check in early and a little late. The house is cute and has everything needed for a pleasant stay.thank you!!

A nice place to return “home to

The house is very cute and charming. There were some minor issues but the property manager was quick to respond. We were in town for a college event and were out of the house for the majority of the stay, but it was a nice place to return to after a long day. We are able-bodied and the stairs up to 2 of the bedrooms (one having two bunk beds) were not a hindrance but, if one can’t do stairs, there is one bedroom on the main floor. A great stay for what we needed.

Updated Home in Great Location!

The property owner is extremely attentive. Any question I had during my stay, he responded immediately. A+ Host!!!! For the price and the location, as well as the size of the home, I felt I got a very good deal. The house is setup perfectly for home away from home. I cooked and truly enjoyed all the amenities available. My daughter enjoyed the bunk beds and having her own bathroom, even her own level! I decided to extend my stay by a day, and again, the property manager gave me the same great rate, as well as emailed me back and forth late wt night to answer all my questions and assist me in adding a night to my stay. This house is a gem. I will definitely stay again.
