Perfect Location

Ron was AMAZING!! His kindness and hospitality made our trip the best trip to Nashville we have ever had. We usually take a trip to Nashville every 2 years. This rental was perfectly located in between all the different areas of Nashville and perfect for our gathering of friends. The house was comfortable and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend! Wonderful Place

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in and out of. The only thing my group was thrown off by was the amount of rooms. VRBO shows the property as having 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and there were only 3 rooms with 3 beds. Not a big deal for our group but it could be for others!

Good Stay at a Cute Place

We had a good stay and I recommend this place. My only complaint is that I think there were dirty towels and the place could have used a bit more tidying before we arrived.

It was comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to farmer’s market which is one of the stops for the on and off trolly, $10 cab ride to broadway. Id recommend . Overall pleasant stay.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our group! Uber ride to downtown was 5 to 10 minutes, which was perfect for us! Ron was available with any questions. If you need a house for a large group this is it!

Ron is very welcoming. House is great and the backyard is perfect to hangout in. Plenty of bed space as well as a comfy couch and air mattresses!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Wonderfully decorated. Good location, clean, and host is very responsive. I felt very comfortable almost like i was at home. Will definitely stay again.

This is no spartan rental property. It has everything your home has and then some. Blenders , juicer , mixer, crock pots , toaster oven , 200 watt stereo with sub-woofer , bluetooth , accent lighting , umbrellas , guest book to share your experience , tourist information , outside living areas. Inside of Downtown Nashville. Liquor store 1 minute walk away. The list is extensive and goes on and on.

Downtown... fenced in front and back yard for child and pet. 1500 sq ft.. Close enough to to walk to most of the hot spots but just far enough away from all the craziness for a peaceful night's rest.
