Ron is a great host and responds to messages very quickly! So if you have a question when planning or need something during your stay, he is there for you! We greatly enjoyed his house! It’s in a quiet, convenient location right outside of all the action. There are cameras outside that help you feel safe as a guest. The open layout downstairs is perfect for gathering together, and the bedrooms are just enough space. The 2.5 baths were lovely as well! We would certainly stay at Ron’s place again!

Location was near trolley stops and convenient to walk to. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen looked stocked enough if we had planned to make meals there. Residence was clean.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved relaxing on the back deck. Quiet neighborhood, but still not far from downtown attractions. Host was very friendly and accomodating. Provided excellent communications House was stocked with everything we needed.

This property is a good value in a fine location for a long Nashville weekend. House is quiet, slept 7 adults comfortably in good beds, with extra linens, toiletries, a fully appointed kitchen, and a nice room for gathering. Thank you Ron!

Perfect Location

Ron was AMAZING!! His kindness and hospitality made our trip the best trip to Nashville we have ever had. We usually take a trip to Nashville every 2 years. This rental was perfectly located in between all the different areas of Nashville and perfect for our gathering of friends. The house was comfortable and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend! It was perfect for us!

Very happy with our stay in this cute Nashville home! Ron was very communicative from start to finish and we truly had no issues whatsoever! Under $10 Uber rides to anywhere we wanted to go and felt very safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely come back here and stay again!

Wonderful Place

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in and out of. The only thing my group was thrown off by was the amount of rooms. VRBO shows the property as having 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and there were only 3 rooms with 3 beds. Not a big deal for our group but it could be for others!

It was comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to farmer’s market which is one of the stops for the on and off trolly, $10 cab ride to broadway. Id recommend . Overall pleasant stay.

The house was good. Comfortable and pleasant. However there were bugs so the cleaning needs to be better. Also it is not as close of a walk to downtown as I would have liked.

Was disappointed with the inaccuracy of the posting. Posting said it slept 9 with a hide a bed. Does not have a hide a bed. Posting says gym but again nothing. Location was okay. The yard left a lot to be desired. Overall house was clean but closets are full and cluttered.

Great host/great location/nice home

The host was great, I think the listing could use some clarity. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. I don’t count blow up beds or futons as part of sleeping arrangements. The house is nice and yard is great, very well decorated and felt homey. The sheets/towels were left and were clean and nice. Location is great to Uber. To walk the nearly mile to Broadway you need to walk thru an industrial area across train tracks- not ideal unless you are a group of men. Uber was cheap- $6-9- sometimes we ordered 2 Uber’s for the 6 of us and it was still affordable. I highly recommend this host and this property.

loved, Loved, LOVED our stay!

Within the past year or so, three of us, who finished college in the late 1970's, retired. We decided to go to Nashville for a few days to celebrate. 'Downtown Haven' was great and I highly recommend it, so much so, that we will probably stay there again. We drove to and from downtown but that was not a drawback. The home was in great condition, we felt safe in the neighborhood. Ron met us there when we arrived (earlied than expected) and showed us the home. Great place, great landlord, great time!

Friends getaway

Group of 9 adults rented this house because the description stated that it would sleep 9 and was walkable to downtown. It does not sleep 9 adults unless you want to sleep on air mattresses and the couch, with really no room to set up the air mattresses. Is not walkable to downtown. Two nights in a row a air mattress went flat which Ron replaced the next day. House had lots of personal items around, it seemed like the owners just walked out prior to our arrival. We also felt that the house was not very clean. Food items were left in the refrigerator/freezer with no idea how long they had been there. With a professional cleaning (inside & out) and removal of personal items this house would be a good rental for a group of 6.

This is no spartan rental property. It has everything your home has and then some. Blenders , juicer , mixer, crock pots , toaster oven , 200 watt stereo with sub-woofer , bluetooth , accent lighting , umbrellas , guest book to share your experience , tourist information , outside living areas. Inside of Downtown Nashville. Liquor store 1 minute walk away. The list is extensive and goes on and on.

Downtown... fenced in front and back yard for child and pet. 1500 sq ft.. Close enough to to walk to most of the hot spots but just far enough away from all the craziness for a peaceful night's rest.
