Enkel Ätkomst bara 1 kvarter frÄn Hwy 66 i Sevierville! Bara 5 miles utanför I-40! 1. 5 miles till Sevierville Golf Club, Sevierville Convention Center & Wilderness i Smokies! Great Smoky Mtn National Park Àr ca 20 miles, Pigeon Forge & Dollywood 8 miles, Tanger Outlets 5 miles!

Njut av den lugna lugna miljön i det hÀr gamla hemmet som har blivit modernt! Jag vÀckte min son i detta hem och Ätnjöt underhÄllande vÀnner. NÀr min son gick in pÄ grundskolan pÄ UT blev hemmet lite för stort för mig och min lilla hund sÄ jag har minskat och bestÀmt mig för att öppna denna skönhet för gÀsterna för att göra minnen, kÀnna sig hemma och njut av atmosfÀren i omrÄdet!

Hemmet ligger pÄ Little Pigeon River. Du fÄr fiska frÄn bankerna med rÀtt licens som krÀvs av staten TN.

Hemmet har 4 sovrum och 2 badrum pÄ övervÄningen. Det finns 2 vardagsrum nere, ett med en utdragbar bÀddsoffa. Det finns ocksÄ ett badrum pÄ huvudnivÄn.

Jag bor fortfarande i det hÀr omrÄdet. Jag njuter av nÀrheten av Great Smoky Mtn National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge och downtown Knoxville. Det finns sÄ mÄnga kul saker att göra i omrÄdet som denna plats ger dig möjlighet att flytta med lÀtthet i alla riktningar! Och om du bara gillar att fÄ andan pÄ verandan med utsikt över floden, ja, jag tror inte att det finns nÄgon bÀttre plats Àn i verandan swing!

Short stay

Very nice house. Lots of room. We were there for a wedding so we didn't have much time there to enjoy the porch and firepit.

First of all, the photos did not do the house Justice. This house was charming and spacious and comfortable. Our kids were delighted to see the arcade room!! The property also had a two-car garage we could park in when it rained. The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend. Within minutes, we could be in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. My favorite part was the hot tub after a long day of walking through Gatlinburg and Anakeesta!! Out of 15 years of travel with our family, this has to be one of our all-time favorite houses. Thank you for helping us make some great memories!

Big fun in the big pink house

Came from NY with my sister and friend. We love the house. It’s huge! It is perfect for large groups. The location was convenient to Pifeon Forge and Gatlinburg, both just about 20 minute away. Plenty of stuff close by the house. Go to Tony’s BBQ! Had great communication with owner. Asked about a blender and she brought it over within minutes! Would definitely stay again.

I was happy with the accomodations and the thought that went in the preparation. The house trim could use some attention and the beds could be updated. Overall very nice sitting on the back deck and watching the river flow by. Please let me know when the security deposit will be returned as we treated the house as our own and met all the checkout requirements.

Fantastic Place Extremely Close To ALL Attractions

Great, cozy place! Went to Dollywood, Legacy Zipline, Jayell Ranch, Horseback riding, Extreme go carts, Mini golf, Lazertag, Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shop, fishing, & a mountain roller coaster all in 5 days.

Relaxing on the porch

Amazing rooms, comfort, the back porch was our favorite place. Very affordable, easy check in/out. Easy access to town. The hostess was very quick to respond to our questions. Front steps could use a rail. Thanks for having us. Will highly recommend location.

Thanksgiving in Sevierville

Absolutely loved my stay. The house is in a great location. Close to all the attractions but not so close that you're bothered by the noise and lights. The wraparound porch with it's view of the river was perfect for morning coffee and sitting and talking after dinner. We had our Thanksgiving catered from Apple Barn and ordered too much and the owners were nice enough to help us donate what we had to the First Responders. We also and another very small problem and they came right over to help. This will not be my first and last visit to the Pink Majestic Lady. I can't wait to come back next year.

We were bot far from all the activities we had planned. We had a little issue and the property manager was there the next morning to take care of it.

Pink Majestic is Amazing

Loved staying at the Pink Majestic. Very roomy, clean, and great location. We loved staying there. It was close to Pigeon Forge but far enough away to make you feel like you aren’t surrounded. The boys fished in the river and caught a bass. Plenty of room to spread out but also enough room for everyone to have dinner together too. Loved our stay!!

Wonderful rental

Been coming to pigeon forge for rod run last 5 years. This has been one of my favorite rentals. Clean, spacious, convenient, and it had so much charm. Lots of parking. Close to strip but still a very peaceful scenery next to river. Will be booking again.

I moved to East TN to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. My parents relocated to Gatlinburg while I was getting my degree. I have traveled extensively throughout the continental US & honestly feel there is no where like our Great Smoky Mountains! I love the lifestyle & the people!

I have been a full time real estate broker & own my own company. I work with buyers and sellers who are relocating, upsizing, downsizing, investing or buying thier first home. I work with a lot of people from across the country that enjoy what our area had to offer.

I actively volunteer in the community & am involved in the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador in both cities. I also serve on the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors & the Sevierville Housing Authority Board of Directors.

I occupied the Smoky Mtn Pink Majestic Lady for the last 6.5 years. My son & I made a lot of memories refurbishing the property & celebrating holidays, birthdays & friendships. When my son decided to move to Knoxville to attend grad school at UT, I decided I needed to downsize & have moved to a smaller home with my dog Honey just down the street. I love the neighborhood and the convenient location! I thought it would be nice to open the Pink Majestic Lady to guests visiting the area so they can make memories in a comfortable environment.

I love living in the Smoky Mountains! I embrace its beauty & LOVE hiking or just taking a drive on one of the many scenic highways! There is as much to do in this area as you wish or I invite you to kick back om the back porch swing or rocking chair porch & enjoy the peaceful atmosphere overlooking the river. You may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle flying over the river or a fantastic colorful sunset!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

In my opinion the Pink Majestic Lady is a comfortable home in an awesome location that affords you to utilize back roads around some of the more heavily congested highways. You are close enough to the action but far enough away to catch a breath & relax. No steep winding mountainous roads to this beauty. Its conveniently located off Hwy 66. Once you are on the back porch overlooking the river, you don't even realize that the busy highway is just a block away!
