Host, Rafael, Issue No Refund

Changed my stay from 9 to 8 nights. Host approved changes prior to the cut-off date for cancelation/changes, but never issued 155 credit/refund. Beautful windows, dirty floors, towels, scratched pans and pots, and no toilet paper and no dish detergent.

Nice But needs a lot of TLC

There was no privacy separating the master to the living area. One had to be fully covered as my parents stayed with us. Looks like there used to be a shade for privacy but we saw it in the kitchen, broken. Lights throughout need to be replaced, there are so many that were out. Comforter was old, worn and torn with pet hair on it. There were no replacement trash bags or extra paper towels. TV in master bedroom had no remote and half the Tv was a black screen. Great views and property was really nice.

Amazing condo, Million dollar views!

This place first of all felt like a home. It is nicely appointed with nice touches such as decorations, bed lamps recessed lighting and really nice draw down curtains. The owner was very responsive, security was great and my 2 little four legged friends loved the grassy expanse above the beach! (the reason I came here is that it is pet friendly) The staff and securtiy here are very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the noise in the daytime from the highway, and I did adjust after the first day, as the ocean views absolutely make up for it and at night I left the door to the balcony open a crack to hear the waves all night! The unit is flooded with light, with views at every turn. From this unit (I got up every morning to see) you can see the sunrise and sunset. The sunlight actually warms this place so nicely, (it is February) I never had to turn on any heat. The bed was comfy with nice pillows. The unit was very clean and presentable. I was hesitant to write this great review as I'm afraid it will be so booked up in the future I won't be able to reserve it. I will absolutely come back and can live here for a month with no problem. This is only the second review I've ever written for a stay and would recommend this place to anyone that desires to stay in the Rosarito area.

Property, very beautiful view . Unfortunate are stayed in the Condo was a serious rainy week was very cold. The condo has two small inefficient heaters, sliding door is broken and a strong chill comes true, the guest bathroom light is broken Olso de host doesn't mention that the condo is in the 6 floor.

Great condo!

Stayed for a month and very happy with our stay. The condo is lovely, incredible view, comfortable beds and furniture, dishwasher got repaired. The only drawback in the unit for us was the traffic noise. Rafael was very responsive to our requests and Lalo, head of security, was super friendly and helpful the whole time. The grounds at Calafia are ideal for dog owners but it is worth noting that the tennis courts were not usable and the hot tub by the ocean was not heated. We felt welcomed and comfortable the whole time thanks to Rafael , the entire staff there and the other owners. I highly recommend this property.

The view was perfect but it got too hot no air conditioning Dishwasher didn’t work

This property was beautiful only need some TLC Owner gave us $400 credit for all the stuff that didn’t work I wish he would have spent the money to fix everything it would have make our 3 weeks stay more comfortable. We send him a list of all the stuff that needs to be fix I hope to stay there soon

Great getaway

Good stay use Google maps when you get close to Pull up slow . Great views . Bring firewood for the pit down below the pool area. The pool is private we were only ones there. Seen a seal and some crabs . Pool is pretty . The atvs are about 10 minutes south and puerto Nuevo the closest best spot. Also Mario the security chill and everyone on the premises

Beautiful setting BUT!

Great location and great apartment BUT if you want to use the kitchen (specially now with the Corona virus) you are in a bind: all the pots and pans were impossible to use (I personally bought a fried pan) NO Cork screw, NO colander to drain pasta , broken coffee maker, NO salad bowl, NOTHING!!! Also BROKEN garbage can , BROKEN side lamp , BROKEN toilet paper holder, etc,etc,etc......I think that for the price the management could do a BETTER JOB

The VIEW!

This condo has such an incredible view. We enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the balcony everyday. Whales and dolphins could be seen on several occasions. I am reluctant to give such a great review because I would like to book every year for a month. Communication with the owner was excellent. He responded to every inquiry quickly both before and during our stay.

Perfect Get-Away

The condo is exactly as described and very clean. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony and the endless ocean view from 6th floor. It is in a gated and well-maintained community. The dog park is one of the best features. The condo location is perfect. We're 10 minutes south of Playas de Rosarito and 10 minutes north of Pueblo Nuevo. We can easily access restaurants nearby but are not in a touristy area. We could hear highway noise during the day when the patio doors to the balcony are open, but at night the sound of the waves are the best lullaby. The communication with the condo owner is prompt and great. We really enjoyed our 4 weeks of stay here and highly recommend this condo!!!

its' one of the best places we've stayed at. Just beautiful. The wifi wasn't working but the owner really tried to get it fixed and we finally got wifi on the 3rd day. The owner Rafael is very fair and enjoyed dealing with him. We would come back and recommend the place to friends.

Fun in the Sun

It waz nice. The place needs a new coffee pot, doesnt work, coffee spilled from the unit. It would be nice tio have some chairs for the balcony, there was no where to sit to enjoy the view, besides that, overall it was great, clean, great view and centrally located
