Beautiful setting in Sun City

The home was easy to find. Very clean with lots of towels, games, kitchen equipment and quiet. The sun room was a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee. The home needs some updating since some of the decor is still 1980’s including the sun lamp/heather in the master bathroom.

Location, location!

This was a great home in a perfect location for us visiting friends in Sun City West and family in Surprise. It was exceptionally furnished and both the owner and site manager were quickly available for our minor questions. Every day we felt right at home and really comfortable with our surroundings. Groceries and restaurants were nearby and the neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. We enthusiastically recommend this home away from home!

Awesome Long Weekend

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Casa de Cyndee. We were exploring the area for a possible future winter retirement location. Everything was fantastic! Lovely, clean home with attention to detail. The process was smooth and easy beginning to end. We highly recommend.

Home away from home

Comfort and convenience

This is our third one week stay at this house in 3 years, which likely says it all. Very convenient for us when visiting family in nearby Peoria. Just plain well organized, clean, and comfortable.

Great Place for a Ten Day Golf Holiday

My wife, her cousin, and I visit the Sun City area each year for a ten day golf holiday. This is the first time we've had a VRBO in Sun City West where some of our friends live. The house was magnificent and very clean. We've stayed in some nice VRBOs over the years, but this was by far the best. It is also located close to our friends and many of the golf courses that we play. We would definitely try to rent this house next year if it is available.

This is a lovely home. It is well equipped with little extra’s that pamper the guests. We highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend, a work trip or any time you want more than a motel room.

Lovely SCW home

Really enjoyed our time at the house and in AZ. Very comfortable, very clean, great location, very well stocked in every way. We hosted family from both Sun City & Sun City West for coffee and pastries one morning and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxed time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay!

Even though we had a small issue when we arrived, it was still a wonderful stay, The homeowner was very attentive. Great location and the home is extremely well kept and stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This house is on the eastern edge of Sun City West. It is very quiet and in a nice neighborhood close to 303 and Bell Road. The house is well stocked with paper products and supplies and has lots of room. There is a nice patio area. The house was very clean and in good repair. It requires some coordination with the owner to gain access to the SCW amenities but she was responsive and worked with us to get that accomplished. The internet was a bit slow at times which affected the TV streaming and my VPN connection, but nothing significant. All in all it was a positive experience and we would stay there again.

This was our second (annual) one week stay at this rental, which serves us just perfectly when we are in the Phoenix area visiting family and celebrating a grandchild’s birthday. Very convenient, quiet, and well maintained.

A great stay!

Our stay was everything we expected. Safe and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for the two of us. Really liked the comfortable bed and direct TV with ability to record shows. Only hiccup was we did not receive any check in information so had to call to acquire. Would stay again.

Very nice property.

This was a very nice home. Clean and convenient to golf, shopping, restaurants, etc. Check in was smooth. Kitchen was well stocked. The one suggestion that I would make would be to replace the bedroom tv with a larger one and connected to Directv like the one in the living room.

Everything you need

This spacious, lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to many activities in the West Valley. In the evenings, I enjoyed sitting on the screened patio and listening to the sounds of nightfall in the desert. The home is exceptionally well stocked with things most vacation rentals don’t provide
spices, coffee and tea, cooking oil, laundry detergent and much more. I highly recommend this property.

It is also close to my family that lives in Las Vegas Nevada - rumor has it that by the time I
get there the new 3-hour highway will be in place!
