Detta Àr ett helt nytt hem - precis avslutat i maj!

Vi kan rymma 10 personer bekvÀmt i huvudbyggnaden, vi har ocksÄ en ytterligare 30 fottrailer pÄ plats med ett sovrum och utdragbar soffa som rymmer ytterligare 4 gÀster.

Hemmet Àr fullt möblerat med alla helt nya bekvÀmligheter och möbler i hela, inklusive tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare, nytt kylskÄp med krossad is och vattenanlÀggningar, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, fullfylld bestick och porslin (extra pappersplattor / koppar etc) och en stor plattskÀrmad TV.

Det stora sovrummet har ett separat badrum med en stor hörn badkar för att du ska njuta och separera stÄende dusch. Det finns ocksÄ 2 andra badrum i hemmet med badkar / duschar i varje.

Fastigheten Àr helt sÀker med en elektrisk grind (kod tillgÀnglig före ankomst) Observera att körvÀgen kurvor runt fastigheten sÄ att baksidan Àr vÀnd mot vÀgsidan och ytterdörren in mot bakre staketet.

Bara 30 miles ner Bell Vista Rd till Death Valley. Lokala attraktioner inkluderar vingÄrden och racerbanan.

Very enjoyable, the house is very comfortable, ample space also plenty of parking and the most likely that each room is private with their own exit door. Kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space. If i have to come back to pahrump I will choose this beautiful spacious home. I will recommended to my family and friends. David the host was very helpful and responded to my messages quick and gave me the exact instrucciones for our arrival . Over all we love the the house and recomed to stay there.

Great house about 30 minutes from Staccato Vegas. We've stayed here multiple times. This time it was just my husband and I, other times we've filled all the bedrooms. The house works well for small and large groups.

Great value & location

This is the fourth time that I've rented this house. It is convenient to Staccato Vegas. The house is well stocked and maintained. David, the owner, is great to work with and very responsive.

Very convenient location for my visit

Huge house, lots of beds, very tidy and driveway and parking very secure. I enjoyed my stay. This is a great gateway location for visiting Death Valley, especially if you have a large group. Plenty of parking for several vehicles.

Awesome Place to Stay

Our family loves this place. It’s a mobile home but really spacious. Owner David a his two dogs (a Husky and a Rottweiler) live right outside on the property, but they are all super nice and even our kids played with his dogs! We will be back for sure if available when we decide to come back!

Property is clean and spacious. It is peaceful and quiet, as long as you have no issues with the early morning rooster. The location has you at right about an hour away from Las Vegas, Red Rocks, and Death Valley. This makes for a good base camp location to visit those areas. And gas is also cheaper in Pahrump than in Death Valley or Vegas.

Very clean and spacious, great owner.

The wife and I stayed here while competing in a Chili Cook-off over the weekend. The owner was very prompt in all correspondence. We added some friend of ours and their 7 month old at the last minute and owner quickly accommodated our need with the added people and nights. The home was very spacious and easily gave us all the space we needed with comfort. I would highly recommend this property if you need the space.

Deceptively lovely house

This place looks rundown from the outside but is truely lovely on the inside. It's an enormous house with lots of nice fluffy towels and good beds. It's fairly isolated but less then 10 minutes to drive to a supermarket, so it's nice and quiet

Beautiful home! My kids and grandkids, 9 total came to dinner and visit, there was plenty of room. The bed was comfy and towels were soft!! Found everything I needed to cook and bake cookies❀The owner was very nice too. We will be back!!!

Amazing place to stay! David was really nice, the properly squeaky clean and so spacious! We really enjoyed the space and the area which was very calm. Also a great location to get to death valley (30mins to an hour, as close as it gets!) Highly recommend and would stay again!

Clean Eclectic Spacious

We booked a last minute stay for a couple of nights in Pahrump and this property popped up. It is a little out of the way and in a rural-ish setting but don't let the outside fool you. This house is large, clean and comfortable. Our host, Dave, made sure we were comfortable and introduced us to his two dogs (who are optionally loose at the customer's preference). Overall, I recommend this property, especially if you have a larger group. Oh, and the price is right!!

This Was a Great Stay For Us!

Very nice accomodations. There were 3 of us but we could have had 3 times that many & been comfortable. Newly renovated, extremely comfortable. Many extras provided. David is a very thoughtful host & a nice guy; the dogs Keiko & Naki are charming too tootooñtoochcharming too charming
