Great House in a Great Location

The hosue is located in Broadmoor near the Broadmoor Retreat. it is close to many attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Zoo etc. We stayed there to attend the graduation of my sister (house is also close to Broadmoor World Arena). Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this property. We enjoyed watching some movies together in the nice cool basement (in the summer), speding time in the backyard in the jacuzzi and barbecuing and eating together in the large dining room. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook some meals at the house. Plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

Spacious house near The Braodmore Colorado Springs

Our group of seven adults had plenty of room to spread out—many rooms with TVs for watching golf, places to work, tables for playing Chronology, and couches for visiting. The neighborhood was safe for walking. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and grilling on the patio. When visiting Colo Springs, check out nearby attractions like The Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, and 7 Falls.

Family tripster

The property was well maintained and very well stocked! The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe at all times. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants were writhing a short drive. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed the patio area in the evening. We highly recommend this property.

Great Location

Perfect location for a quick weekend to visit friends and family. Easy check in. Decently appointed kitchen. Beds slept fine. Good temperature in the home. Plenty of space to spread out and lounge. Clean.

Great Location, Lacking Customer Service

We had high hopes for this VRBO, it hit all of our checklist needs for our trip to Colorado Springs before Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location and was very spacious. We had an easy drive to all of our daily excursions, but we experienced two main issues with our stay. When we arrived at the house after a 7 hour drive, we were unable to enter the home. I called the contact numbers and sent messages via the VRBO app but received no response until I called VRBO customer service directly. We ended up having to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour in our cars before we were given a door code to enter the home. The second issue was that the hot tub was left uncovered for an undetermined amount of time. It had recently snowed in Colorado Springs and the hot tub was iced over and dirty. I messaged the contact through the VRBO app, but this was not addressed until the day before we were scheduled to leave (we stayed 5 nights!). Great house, but the attention to detail and customer service were lacking.

Excellent, quiet location

This was a very clean, tidy, and well-appointed home. Ideally, we would have been there for lots of entertainment and get to use all the wonderful amenities like the grill and hot tub. But we were there for a conference at the Broadmoor, which was amazing because it was less expensive than staying at the resort, but was within an easy walking distance. I'd love to come back and have a friend's weekend or bring my kids/family for a holiday retreat. The zoo is really close by and there are lots of other great things to do. There was plenty of space and everything was comfortable, updated, and cozy.

Ultimate Comfort

Was a wonderful house. Spacious and full of everything you might need (towels, TP, paper towels, dishes, utensils, pots pans, etc). Clean as hell and the location was very quiet and bougie. Definitely staying here again next year!

Great family getaway

The property was just as described, with plenty of extra touches for families (games for kids, movies for kids on Apple TV). We were even able to grill and eat outside in the backyard, which was awesome!

House needs a LOT of updating

On our arrival night we sent TWO texts to the property manager because we could not get in the house with the code provided. Until today we have not heard back. We were able to get in the house after some time of trying and trying. The cleanliness of the kitchen area was very poor. The kitchen stove top was dirty, the oven had a lot of food crumbs as well as the inside doors were all splattered with grease, the outside grill was also dirty. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ALL clean.

Great location and home
