Broadmoor location

Great location and short walk to Broadmoor Resort. Noisier than expected due to location on busy location. Great outdoor patio for relaxing or eating!

Absolutely wonderful! Only downside is we wish we could have stayed longer! The beds were super comfortable! That is very hard to find. We had a very gracious host. Responds quickly. The home is beautiful, and you can easily tell that it is loved, as the attention to detail was apparent in every room. Will definitely stay again and recommend! Hope to see you next year!

USAFA Graduation

Family of 12 stayed for USAFA Graduation. House was spacious enough for my large family. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and 20 minutes to USAFA. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The backyard was great with lots of seating, fire pit, hot tub, gas grill and fenced in. The host was great in communicating and check in and check out were seamless. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was well maintained and very well stocked! The neighborhood was lovely and we felt safe at all times. Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants were writhing a short drive. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed the patio area in the evening. We highly recommend this property.

Great House in a Great Location

The hosue is located in Broadmoor near the Broadmoor Retreat. it is close to many attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, the Zoo etc. We stayed there to attend the graduation of my sister (house is also close to Broadmoor World Arena). Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this property. We enjoyed watching some movies together in the nice cool basement (in the summer), speding time in the backyard in the jacuzzi and barbecuing and eating together in the large dining room. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook some meals at the house. Plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

Spacious house near The Braodmore Colorado Springs

Our group of seven adults had plenty of room to spread out—many rooms with TVs for watching golf, places to work, tables for playing Chronology, and couches for visiting. The neighborhood was safe for walking. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and grilling on the patio. When visiting Colo Springs, check out nearby attractions like The Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, and 7 Falls.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

This property was exactly what we were looking for and the online photos were very accurate. The house was in a great location, comfortably slept 11 of us and had a lot of space for gathering together.

Great Location, Lacking Customer Service

We had high hopes for this VRBO, it hit all of our checklist needs for our trip to Colorado Springs before Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location and was very spacious. We had an easy drive to all of our daily excursions, but we experienced two main issues with our stay. When we arrived at the house after a 7 hour drive, we were unable to enter the home. I called the contact numbers and sent messages via the VRBO app but received no response until I called VRBO customer service directly. We ended up having to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour in our cars before we were given a door code to enter the home. The second issue was that the hot tub was left uncovered for an undetermined amount of time. It had recently snowed in Colorado Springs and the hot tub was iced over and dirty. I messaged the contact through the VRBO app, but this was not addressed until the day before we were scheduled to leave (we stayed 5 nights!). Great house, but the attention to detail and customer service were lacking.
