Verkligen anpassade 7 sovrum, 5 bad viken frÀmre hem med privat pool, 3 upphöjda dÀck och marmor pool dÀck. Handplanade fartyg och dekor frÄn hela vÀrlden med mÄnga unika slag. TvÄ master sviter med king size-sÀngar och privat spa som badrum. Tre gÀst sovrum (tvÄ med drottningar och ett med tvÄ enkelsÀngar och omrÄdena coolaste vÄningssÀng rum med tre anpassade drottning sÀngar och tvÄ dubbelsÀngar och upphöjd loft med handgjord körsbÀr trappa. Hemmet har importerade italienska 30x30 keramiska plattor, tre unika vardagsrum och underhÄllande utrymmen, vÄt bar med kylskÄp och flera Subzero-kylskÄp. Köket var designat för underhÄllning med en 14 fot lÄng centrumö med utsikt över bukten, Wolfe-sortimentet och huven och gott om sittplatser för stora och smÄ fester. Det handgjorda anpassade matrumsbordet i det öppna konceptet kök och hÀrdrummet Àr unikt. Om du föredrar uteservering kan du koppla av pÄ Ipe-trÀdÀcket pÄ 600 kvadratmeter och Àta pÄ en 9 fot teak och ett konkret matbord utomhus med utsikt över vattnet. Sola pÄ det upphöjda soldÀcket eller koppla av pÄ 3: e vÄningen pÄ övre dÀck med utomhusdelar soffa med utsikt över Dog Island med bÀsta utsikten pÄ punkten. Ta ett dopp i den privata anpassade poolen vid viken eller njut av strÄlarna pÄ den privata stranden.

Our family had the most perfect week at The Blue Heron. The listing is even better than the pictures show - so spacious, clean, and can see the ocean from every room. Alligator Point is a hidden gem & we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations/host!

Blue Heron/ family vacation 2025

Very nice and spacious home. The house is nicely decorated and is open, bright and cheerful with lots of big windows for enjoying the ocean and bay views. There are also, lots of spacious comfortable bedrooms and multiple porches which were so nice for dining and getting out of the sun. The pool was a nice perk too for taking a break from the beach. We would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone.

The Sound of the Waves!

The location is superb! The house is right on the beach and across the street from more water. Every window you look out has a calming view! There was plenty of space for us 9 adults and 8 kids (what an awesome bunk room!) We really enjoyed the back porch with loads of seating. We were also worried about enough room to store food for the entire weekend - but the fridge and storage spaces are huge. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home away from everything

Home was very clean and plenty of room for our big family. We enjoyed feeling like we had our own private beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, adults enjoyed a game of cornhole on the beach and the teenage boys enjoyed fishing all day long on the beach and/or suggested dock across the street. Host Josh was very nice and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this home. May be a little far from any kind of Dollar General or grocery store but for us, we enjoyed not being near anything at all. True vacation with lots of great memories.

Great Family Stay!

Big thing about this place was SPACE. We loved our stay at Josh's place, there was 20 of us of all ages and there was so many different spaces inside and out. We loved our stay and will defiantly be back!

Amazing place for all ages!!!

We had a family vacation ages zero- 86 Everyone loved it!!! Dolphins were so close and we were able to kayak right up to them!! House was amazing- plenty of room for everyone!!

Relaxing Vacation, Beautiful Home

Despite a little disruption by Hurricane Debby, we had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, clean, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed fishing, collecting sea shells, and spending time on the beach! Josh was a great host!

Amazing house, ideal location, perfect setup for our families!!

This house, location and setup provided everything we were hoping for! The house is amazing - beautiful inside, huge kitchen with plenty of space and cooking equipment, lots of different spaces to hang out, lots of super cute bedrooms/bathrooms, amazing decks with plenty of outdoor furniture, and a great pool!! Our crew especially loved the bunk room and looking out over the pool and ocean from all decks! The location is pretty far out but wonderful - we loved that it was set apart from the hustle and bustle but be sure to stock up on groceries/supplies ahead of time. We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves! Fabulous beach with sugary soft sand, plenty of seashells, and dolphins just offshore! All felt super safe and calm. Perfect spot for families/friends looking to get away and enjoy a quiet beach vacation together :) So thankful to our hosts for being attentive and providing such a beautiful vacay spot. We’ll be back for sure!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out with multiple sitting areas and tables for games. Loved the pool and all of the porches. We had everything we needed and more.

Wonderful, Large House for a Large Family Gathering!

It's pretty amazing to find a house that will fit our entire family (11 Adults + 5 Kids) - it was the perfect place to host a celebration for my parent's 40th Wedding Anniversary. The host was super responsive and helpful each step of the way!

Wonderful beach home and fun family vacation!

This beach home was the perfect vacation home for our big family vacation! It was absolutely gorgeous, clean and everyone loved how spacious it was! Pictures do not do this place justice! Communication with the owner was great! He answered all our questions/needs in a timely manner and was great to get to know! Would highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Great large family retreat

We had 17 people including kids of all ages staying here for 5 days. Our only complaint was we didn’t book for longer. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked. Location was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, safe, right on the beach. ***bring black garbage bags to put over bedroom windows. no curtains or blinds, which made the east facing rooms very bright by 7 AM.

Everything was PERFECT! Mr. Simmons was fabulous to deal with from beginning to end. He is so courteous, friendly and informative. The house was even better than the description. Large house with lots of room

The property was perfect for our large family party. Best bunk room I've ever seen for the kids (5 little girls) with room for the 3 boys elsewhere. It is FAR to a grocery store and we should have done it on the way, but that is not an issue with the lovely house.

Welcome to our beach house! This home was custom built over a 2 year period, many custom touches to be the best house on the gulf. Too many features to include online. Built to exceed hurricane standards and leave nothing to be desired in a relaxing beach vacation.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Once you've stayed with us, all other vacation rentals pale by comparison. You won't find a better house on the gulf. After years on the gulf, having lived in and owned a dozen beach houses, this house was conceived and designed by the owner/builder to incorporate all the best features. Combined with an amazing gulf to bay setting with beautiful wide beaches and surrounded by water, it doesn't get any better. The house was designed to bring large groups and families together yet have areas to retreat for privacy and relaxation. When you're not on the private beach enjoying the gulf or headed to your boat moored on the bay in front of the property, sneak away to the 3rd floor porch and relax on the outdoor sectional sofa and enjoy the sea breeze, make a splash in the pool, soak in the sun on the composite raised decks or cool off in the shade on the 600 sq foot ipe deck.
