David was a fantastic host and the property is well kept. All of my questions and requests were promptly answered and met to the greatest extent. There are many stores food options not far from the location. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are looking for a place to stay on James Island, especially if traveling with your dog.

We had an awesome time here during our trip to Charleston. The whole place was super clean, from the bedrooms and bathroom to the outside of the property. Everything was incredibly comfortable, too—especially the beds and the couch, which was perfect for winding down at the end of the day.We also really loved the gated setup and the fully fenced-in backyard, which gave us a ton of privacy and just made the place feel secure. Honestly, everything inside and out was spot on. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were clean and parking was adequate. Everything was good. The only drawback was only 4 sets of towels and face cloths. We had a party of 5.

Sorry about that. There are usually additional towels located in the built in cabinets but we apologize if there were not. We are always able to drop more off pretty quickly.

Great getaway, great location!

The cottage off the back of the main house was perfect for my daughter and I. Great host, thought of everything from beach gear to checking in with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we neeed!

Perfect getaway!

Lovely spot and great location on James Island. Perfect place to come back to after a day of beach and exploring Charleston. Super easy check in and check out process, and the hosts were proactively communicative and super friendly. Highly recommend!

Like the island location. Easy to travel around the area as close to Charleston downtown, beaches and other islands. Hosts were very helpful and responded immediately when needed.

Very Cozy

We loved our stay at this property! The beds were comfortable, it was clean, private and well stocked! It is located right between Charleston and Folly Beach—just a few minutes from either. There is so much to do in this area, and we hope to stay again!

Perfect in between

We loved this stay! It was the perfect spot in between Folly and Charleston. Although we didn't hang around the property too much due to a wedding, it was comfortable enough for 5 people and would have been a cool place to hang and cook dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to beach and city

Cozy and Clean
