Märk av en utväg utsmyckning expert som "bäst" hyra enhet hon utvärderas i Beaver Village bostadsrätt komplex. Helt ombyggt år 2007. Hand skrapade lönn trägolv installeras i sovrummen 2014. Två sovrum och 2 badrum. 6 sovplatser. Ljus och rymlig översta våningen lägenhet med 20 fot. Välvda tak och takfönster. Allt detta plus gratis hög hastighet trådlöst internet.
Vackert renoverade med nya björkköksluckor, granit bänkskivor, underbara travertin kakel, centrum ö med barstolar och alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Köket, vardagsrum och sovrum har trägolv. Korridoren och badrummen har skiffer golv. Badrummen, nyligen ombyggda, har lönnskåp och skiffer på golv och väggar. Badrummen har golvvärme. Vår lägenhet har ett golv till tak, sten, gas spis i vardagsrummet.
Vår lägenhet är inrett i varma färger och kvalité konstverk. Inredningen är av högsta kvalitet och nytt. Bara la !! 46 "platt-TV med HD DVD och surround-system. Sovrummen har t. v.s och dvd-spelare. Komplexet har dvd-skivor tillgängliga för gäster.
Vi har utsikt över bergen, skidorter och utsikt över skogen från 2 balkonger. Vi ligger i en trädbevuxen miljö, 2 miles från Winter Park skidorten bas och inom gångavstånd till centrum. Klubbhuset har en pool, 3 badtunnor, bastu, tvättstuga, dator för gäster, festlokal och spelrum. Gratis buss till centrum och resort stannar framför vår lägenhet.
Vår lägenhet är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver och du kommer att finna det i felfritt skick. Våra priser är 25-30% lägre än uthyrningsföretag. Ägar priser kommer att spara $$$$

Great place!

Very nice unit. It was clean and in great shape. Good location on the south end of downtown. The pool and hot tubs were gross but that's not why we chose this place so it didn't effect out stay.

Great accommodations and convenient location.

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable with plenty of circulation space. There is a bus to Winter Park that picks up directly in front of the condo building and gets you to the mountain in roughly 10 minutes. Great accommodations overall.

Cozy and Clean

Our stay was uneventful (the best kind). The condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our short stay in Winter Park. Location was perfectly situated between town and the slopes. We will definitely remember Raymond and this place, should we return to beautiful Winter Park.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Stay

This property has everything! We were so comfortable after each day of skiing. My family loved our stay. The communication with the owner, Raymond, was excellent. We loved the pool amenities; the shuttle to the ski area was on time and offered great service; the condo had everything you could want. Our family looks forward to returning!

Perfectly convenient

Stayed for a week with our family. Climb to the top floor was not an issue. Unit was a great size, well appointed and extremely comfortable for a family of 4. Ski shuttle is incredibly convenient (although rarely ran on published time table). Owner was responsive and great with communications. Would stay here again.

A lovely stay

Our stay was cut short due to inclement weather. Instead of spending two nights, we only spent one. We would have loved to have been able to stay both of our booked nights! The property is absolutely beautiful! Directions were easily seen, everything we needed was provided, and the heated floors were a nice perk!

Great Guys week

We had a great time at the place in Winter park. Honestly we spent most of our time skiing but the condo worked perfectly and I have to say the heated floors in the bathroom are AMAZING!! Everything worked as planned and the check in process was totally painless. Had plenty of space for the 3 of us and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family alike.

Wonderful Time

My girls and I went up to Winter Park for a weekend getaway. We had such a wonderful time and the condo was perfect! Very cute, very neat, and very convenient. The owners were extremely prompt with communicating with us. I have flagged this property as one I will look for in the future when I need a place there.

Great condo in great location

The condo is beautiful and offers numerous enhancements that are rarely found in short-term rentals. The bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled, and my wife particularly loved the double vanity in the master bathroom and the heated floors. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was very well-stocked with cookware and various cooking essentials, making meal preparation a breeze.I had to contact the condo owner twice, and he was very quick to respond and address our concerns. We were so impressed with the condo that we rebooked the same unit for our next ski trip. Additionally, the convenience of the ski shuttle picking up directly in front of the condo was a fantastic bonus.

Beaver Village ski trip

The condo was comfortable & well provisioned. The only downside was the Lift shuttle bus which did not adhere to the posted schedule. It either was very late or did not arrive at all. Many guests were stranded & waited so long they took their own cars

We live in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN. Ray is retired and Elaine is also retired, formerly a psychologist in private practice.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love downhill skiing and had taken annual trips to Colorado and Utah skiing for years before we decided to 'take the leap' and buy our condo. We chose Winter Park because we like the ambiance of this small resort town and liked its location close to family in Evergreen. The ski area, esp. since the expansion, is perfect for us as we are blue-blue/black skiers who want ski terrain variety.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We bought the condo for the skiing and now we have found that we LOVE the summers here. We especially enjoy the beauty of the flower gardens and the sculptures in the town. The wild flowers found on the hiking trails are spectacular. We enjoy the location of our condo because we are so close to downtown, yet it has the feel of being secluded.
