Family time perfection

Our stay was amazing. The property is close to parks and also offers a private pool and access to a water park for days when you need a break from the parks. My entire family enjoyed our experience and the kids did not want to leave!

Great property!

Great property, felt like a home away from home. My kids didn't want to leave. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. The private pool kept the kids busy for hours, and the on ground waterpark was an added bonus.

Excellent

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The property looked just like the pictures, and its location was excellent. It was so convenient to have all the theme parks, in 10-15 minute-drive away, and Walmart, Publix, and Target just a 2-minute drive away. Unfortunately the weather was really cold, so we could not use the pool, but everything else was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Not clean or sanitized

My son found someone’s left over medication underneath the bed and the managment never did anything about it. My son had to be taken to the hospital for a 24 hour observation. This place is not sanitized like they are advertising. There was other trash underneath the bed and old fingernails left on the nightstand. All they offered to do was wave the cleaning fee. Instead of being with my daughter for her cheer competition we had to sit at the hospital with our son to make sure he was okay and didn’t get ahold of anything serious.

Sanitized…is it

We were excited to find this. The pictures made it seem so clean and new but that was not the case. The couch had a big water stain. I feel like these cloth chairs need to be steamed between each family’s stay. I reached out to the ‘host’ who wanted pictures sent through the VRBO app but that wasn’t an option. I even reached out to VRBO for help and was told that sending pictures was not an option through the app. I informed the host and yet he kept insisting that it could be done. During the back and forth communication with the host I asked for an email since he wanted pictures. The reply back was a email that was not understandable, only a lot of dashes, it did not consist of letters. It didn’t smell sanitized. It would be nice if this was done the morning or two before check-in, if you are going to advertise it as such then it should smell like it. Upstairs set off allergies because of all of the dust on the wall fixtures/pictures, fans, vents in the bedrooms. Still not able to send pictures to host but I let him know what was going on by messaging him. Any other host would have made sure someone came in right away to correct the problem. Do better with communication and cleaning. It was disappointing for the money you spend to not have things done right. No, we will not be back for another stay in the future.

Enjoyed our stay

The unit was in a great location, it was very clean, and the community pool/slides etc. was great for the kids. Check in was easy, and overall we had a good stay. Also they provided a pack 'n play for the baby, and a high chair - which was awesome! I did have a few disappointments. This was a 4-bedroom unit that sleeps 8-10 people. Given that, I was a bit disappointed at just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and only 3 trash bags...we were only there for 5-days but still had to buy more. We had to buy laundry soap for the washer, as well as dishwasher soap. (A few pods for each machine would have been helpful). Also the tiny 2-cup coffee maker is maybe good for a dorm room, but kind of a joke for a 4-bedroom house - we had to buy our own filters for it and then run a full pot three times every morning.

Great time! Easy and close to everything!

Everything was great! Kitchen was set up well. It would have been nice to have basic ingredients available to use so we didn’t have to buy everything. Close to Disney (15-18 min), close to airport (35 min), and lots of shopping nearby. My kids loved the little pool. Couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors so you didn’t feel like there was a shared wall. The property manager was easy to work with and was on top of all of my concerns.
