Just avslutade renoveringar i juni 2019. Fyra sovrum, två fulla badkar och en färdig källare med gott om plats för alla. Vardagsrum med platt-TV öppet mot köket. Alla formgivningsapparater i köket (6-brännare Wolff spis, kylskåp), med en ö. Köket erbjuder gott om utrymme för matlagning. Köket är fullt utrustat med köksredskap från Calphalon och en Weber-grill på däck utanför. Bonus Den med platt-tv och extra sittplatser.
Ett badrum och tre sovrum på bottenvåningen, inklusive en king size-säng, en queen size-säng och våningssängar med en rulla (4 sovplatser). Det finns också ett sovrum (full storlek säng) och badrum i källarplanet och en futon säng i vardagsrummet i källaren.
Helt ny 20x40 uppvärmd saltvatten gunite pool, nyanlagd trädgård med plats för spel och gräsmatta aktiviteter. Bluestone uteplats runt poolen och ett trädäck för middagar. Restaurering Hårdvara utomhusbord med stolar och solstolar. Beautiful, relaxing home

We loved this home. Its in a great neighborhood not far from the Village of Southampton and near the train station too. The pool is gorgeous, the beds comfortable and seems to be newly renovated. A great stay!

Comfortable Home and Close to All

Lovely newly renovated home in Southampton with an amazing pool in a beautiful backyard. Great amenities and super clean and comfortable. The owner offered prompt and helpful communication at all times. Our family had a really nice vacation here!

Fanastic

Great property. Open living area great for the family. Smart home devices all worked, sound system, TV etc. owners were super responsive and communicative when needed. Back yard was fantastic even in the dead of winter.

Great time! Great house. Great Hosts!

We really had a wonderful time at this home. It’s a perfect mix of heading into the village, going to the beach and just staying around the house and lounging by the pool. Clean and well-equipped and perfect for a family of five! We cooked and had everything we needed and the location is close to everything. They did a really nice job restoring this home to perfection! Most importantly, the service was wonderful and the hosts not only helped us with the recommendations for places to eat and where to go but they also took my call in the evening to figure out a hot water issue I was having and solved it right away. They even came out to the home to double check everything and help us figure it out. Great people, great house, Highly recommend!

Picture Perfect Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic week at this charming, bright, clean, and comfortable property. The pool area/backyard was absolute perfection and the household accommodations were state of the art and very comfortable. The owners were exceptional with their communication throughout the stay. GREAT Place for a group

I had a great time for the weekend and Chris was a great host as well. He was very responsive when we had problem and they were very few (we just didn't know where things were lol). I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a great place and will definitely try to book it again next time I go to Southampton.

Perfect Hamptons Beach House

We had an amazing time. The house was clean and even more beautiful in person. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 friends. The location was perfect for biking and walking to the town and beach. The house has everything you could need and the owners were very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

A great Southampton spot

This was a terrific getaway in Southampton. The owner was responsive and the property was exactly as outlined in the listing. Well appointed and room for the whole group (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs). A short trip to town and the beach make this a perfect location.

There were ants at the property but the manager indicated it must be because we left food out. We didn't The toilet backed up - we needed to call other friends for help to fix The furniture was poor quality and we were charged for a chip on a cabinent (that no one recalls) and someone put their foot on the coffee table and it split. Yet Another damage charge We are not drinkers, had no party, were watching netflix mostly in the evening, so hardly a rowdy bunch. We wouldn't recommend.

We are very sorry to read your review. We wish you would have reached out to us if you did have any of the issues you mentioned in your review. We are always available to our tenants and would have gladly assisted you if you did notify us of anything, but no one in your party reached out on any account. As we had indicated to you, we did NOT charge you for the damage your party did to the kitchen cabinet. We did however ask you to pay for a portion of the coffee table, as you mentioned, your party caused it to split in half and we need to replace it. It’s very disappointing to see someone write something that is untrue in a review, especially when we tried to be more than fair and understanding.

Great getaway for a week!

Couldn't say more about the week my wife, small dog and I had at this house. It was extremely clean with all of the amenities we could have asked for - including the big backyard, which our dog loved - and the owners were extremely communicative. Great location as well -- very close to the town itself. Would stay here again in a second!

Best Hampton House Ever!

The house is gorgeous and the property is huge! This place really has it all. My girlfriend and I and our dog stayed here for the weekend as a getaway from NYC. The owners are very communicative. Highly recommend it, we will be back!

Southampton is definately the "Gateway" to the South Fork of Long Island, located just under two hours away from New York City. Southampton Village is easily accessible by train via the Long Island Railroad, by bus or car.
The Village of Southampton is lovely and picturesque. It is also known for its upscale shops, boutique fitness studios, many new art galleries, and myriad of restaurants. Walk along the Village’s Main Street and Jobs and shop in high end stores such as Akris, Bandier, Intermix, Aerin, and many others.
Also on the list should be a trip to Cooper’s Beach and to Agawam Park for their weekly farmer’s market on Sunday afternoons. Cooper’s hosts drive-in movies and other events over the summer months. The drive to the beach will also allow you to view the dozens of sprawling mansions and estates that line the country streets.
Southampton Village is like no other!
