Denna lägenhet ligger i hjärtat av centrala Sitka intill St. Michael's Cathedral på gångavstånd från allt du behöver; restauranger, shopping, barer, hamnar, livsmedelsbutik, bibliotek, vandringsleder och Sitka Fine Arts Campus. Tvärs över gatan kan du besöka Sitka-biblioteket eller Harrigan Centennial Hall, där du kan se de ryska dansarna uppträda under sommarmånaderna, besöka Sitka Historical Museum eller delta i en föreställning av Summer Music Festival.

Lägenheten ligger på den andra nivån i ett kommersiellt / bostadshus i centrum. På bottenvåningen finns en kaffefryst yoghurtbar, en sändningsbutik och på lägsta nivå en mexikansk amerikansk restaurang. Den andra nivån är en kombination av långtidsbostäder och semesterbostäder. Byggnaden är låst på kvällen och nås med en passnyckel. Byggnaden har en hiss för hyresgäster och gäster.

Lägenheten har allt du behöver för att vara bekväm och känna dig som hemma. Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att förbereda en måltid, bara ta med maten. Vi tillhandahåller grundläggande kryddor, kaffe och te. Lägenheten har en fängslande utsikt över de omgivande bergen, havet och Crescent Harbor. Det finns kabel-tv med en DVD-spelare och ett litet urval av filmer att välja mellan. Och om du behöver det är trådlöst internet tillgängligt.

Excellent choice to explore Sitka. All four directions were easy walking distance to interesting sites. The harbor area across the street was beautiful with eagles and sea lions within spotting distance. Restaurants were good with the Mean Queen bar just around the corner offering an exceptional breakfast. Lodging was as advertised. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the whole process was seamless.

We just loved our stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-stocked with kitchenware and basic cooking supplies- perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful harbour and mountain view from the LR windows, spacious, and centrally located to make everything in downtown Sitka and surrounds easily walkable, including a grocery store. Wish there had been a window in the main bedroom but no big deal. Our hosts were super communicative and made everything easy and clear. We wish we’d had more time there and dream of coming back someday. Thank you for a great experience in Sitka!

First time to Alaska and this property was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. It’s within easy walking distance to so much. The views were great from the unit as well & we enjoyed watching the bald eagles that would fly by the windows. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful apartment for our stay in Sitka. The unit had everything we needed and the hosts were helpful. The location is very central and great for walking to most points of interest in Sitka. The extra bedroom for my kids was great and we would recommend this place to anyone

The stay at Katy and Jack's was awesome. The location was in the middle of town and within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. I will definately stay here again!

We stayed for two nights before heading to our fishing lodge. It was super easy to find and right in the heart of town. We loved the views of the ocean and the mountains. Very well kept and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location!

It's hard to find a better location to stay in Sitka than this! Incredibly convenient to everything, especially the harbor and restaurants. The inside is simple but sufficient, and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated the flexibility from the owners.
