Ett hus i ett lugnt område med enkel tillgång till stranden och bara några minuter från Historic Charleston, restauranger och nattliv - är sällsynt. Jag är säker på att du hittar Reel Välsignad är bäst av båda världarna!

Med en mycket kort promenad till stranden, havsutsikt och en djupt vatten brygga med privat brygga huvud och flytande docka, har Reel Blessed allt. Beläget i det populära området "Washout", ligger huset perfekt beläget på en av de smalaste delarna av ön med utsikt över havet, Morris Island Light House och Folly River. Inom några minuter när du anländer kan du sola på stranden, fiske eller crabbing från kajen eller njuta av de fantastiska solnedgångarna från däcket. Du kan också ta med din båt * eller jetski till din egen kul på vattnet. Dessutom är du bara 2 miles från Follys restauranger och nattliv och 20 minuter från det historiska Charleston centrum.

Huset har 3 sovrum och två badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, 32 "TV. Det andra sovrummet har två dubbelsängar och en 19 "TV. Dessa två sovrum är anslutna med ett Jack och Jill stil badrum med en keramisk kakel i dusch. Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng, med utsikt över floden Folly och ligger intill det andra badrummet. Ett rymligt vardagsrum med utsikt över Folly River och Morris Island Lighthouse och är utrustad med soffa, loveseat och en 32 "TV. Köket är fullt utrustat. Utanför har du ett däck strax utanför vardagsrummet med utsikt över Folly River, Morris Island Lighthouse och havet. Huset är förhöjt och det finns sittplatser under huset (en av våra favoritplatser att umgås). Vi erbjuder även trådlöst internet, kabel-TV och en gasgrill. Observera att detta är ägarens personliga hem och kommer endast att hyras till familjegrupper (8 personer eller mindre). Huspartier, bröllop och andra stora evenemang är inte tillåtna.

Reel Blessed ligger på en bäck strax utanför Folly River, 2 miles norr om Folly båt landning. Den flytande kajen är 10'x14 'och har ca 2' vatten vid lågvatten *. Docken är utrustad med färskt vatten och kraft. Vi kan ta emot båtar upp till 21 '(beroende på utkast).

This home was spotless. Everything we needed was available and our stay was amazing. Communication was immediate and friendly. Our check in was easy and all codes were sent to us in advance. I would recommend renting this home to anyone.

We loved the location of the house. While not right on the sandy beach, the dock and sunset views were beautiful. The dead-end road was quiet and an easy walk to the beach access. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic views, an amazing pier, plenty of room, and everything you need. There were a few things that could be repaired - one of the bedroom doors sticks and is separating, and there are noticeable stains on the main suite carpet, but overall a really wonderful place.

Work trip accomidations

We stayed during a recent work trip to the area. We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach as it was nice to be able to go our on the deck to hear the ocean after a long day of training. Would stay again.

Great place, great location

We love this house for it's proximity to the beach and the fishing/crabbing right off the back. Comfy living room. Would suggest providing beach towels and beach chairs.

Get away and visit Charleston, SC

Beautiful house in Folly Beach! Amazing view of the water out back with dock access. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets there! Walking distance to the beach. Loved the beach town vibe, great food and shopping. We will definitely return to this house!

Perfect Location & Super Clean

The house is well-appointed with linens, dishes, cookware and glasses. It was immaculately clean. The layout lends itself well to family gathering.The direct access to the marsh and 2 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable we enjoyed it immensely and would absolutely rent again.!

Really enjoyed this house. Great for fishing and crabbing on the Folly River and a very short walk to the beach. The house has a nicely appointed living room for guest to gather and visit. Would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful beach house with an amazing view over the sound and really beautiful sunsets. The place was extremely clean when we arrived with vacuum marks still visible in the carpet. Very nicely renovated with beautiful kitchen and open floor plan. Short walk to the beach and cool walk onto the pier in the backyard. Only a short drive up the beach to see the lighthouse too. We loved it and highly recommend.

Spring break with family

We had a wonderful time! Location was great and the place was exactly as we expected.A gas grill for Bbq and a couple of extra dining chairs would have been nice.But we enjoyed our stay very much. A visit from the rental company was surprisingly sweet.

Great Location, fishing pier a bonus!

We’ve stayed in many places and this is one of the cleanest. Some minor updating could be done, but it is well equipped and nice to have a DW. Overall we made the best of a rained out stay by fishing and using the games and puzzles provided.
