Beautiful house in a great location

The house is perfect for a family holiday. The pool is beautiful and there is everything you could need at the property. There was lots of parking and it was close to the town of Palmela which has a number of different supermarkets and a lovely castle. The house is not far from lovely beaches and it is also easy to get into Lisbon. All communications with the owner were dealt with promptly. 10:10 would stay again.

Great family house

We’ve had a wonderful time with our family and kids. The big pool was amazing! The location is also very nice, close to everything as beaches, restaurants and nice little villages. João is also a very helpful and kind host.

This house was perfect for our group. It’s quiet and rural yet still easy to travel out from.There were 4 supermarkets in easy reach and the nearby restaurant (moments) is fantastic.We were pleasantly surprised to get access early and the directions were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed in abundance, the rooms were clean (and refreshingly cool).Our group all LOVED the pool area and pool house and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. The host has been so friendly and helpful and I wish João all the best.

Amazing place to relax and unwind

Amazing - Ideal for a family holiday. We had a lovely time at Joao’s house. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 10 people. Supermarkets are close. We enjoyed relaxing together in the space and everyone (especially the children) loved the pool! Joao was great - communication with him was smooth and helpful and he really cared that we had a good time.

Good accomodation

We have stayed in Palmela for a week and were very pleased with this beautiful accomodation. The house is very spacious and the interior makes you feel at ease instantly, this is beacause the house is furnhed more like a living accomodation than a holiday accomodation. The house meets all the standards as descibed in the description. In the area we have enjoyed many restaurants and beautiful sites. We have had a wonderful week.

Perfect holiday stay!!

We were 7 girls (ages 21-22) and stayed for a week. The house and garden were literally perfect. The pool was beautiful and had a poolhouse next to it with an extra kitchen including everything you could need (a toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and dishes). The house was very spacious and clean. It’s about 40 minutes (with car) from Lisbon and a big supermarket was 3 minutes away. Uber and bolt were available for nights out and we rented two cars which was very nice. João was a good host. He was always available for questions. We very much enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this for a chill holiday!

Espectacular casa de campo con una ubicaciĂłn fantĂĄstica y en la que se respira tranquilidad. Lo mejor de todo la piscina y la casa junto a la piscina para poder comer. Joao muy amable y gran persona.

Holidays with the family

We had a great stay at this house. We were 9 people and there were plenty of space. We spent 10 days there. Really nice pool and area around the pool. Nice bathrooms. Very good communication with the owner before and during the stay. We would come again.

Your own little bit of paradise, on the doorstep of Lisbon.

Joao was the perfect host. He was always available on WhatsApp. And any questions were answered promptly. The house has a charming, rustic feel but it’s the pool that and the pool takes all the headlines. It really does give you your own little bit or paradise. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Exceptionnel

Super sĂ©jour dans la villa de Joao. La maison est trĂšs propre et trĂšs fonctionnelle. L’extĂ©rieur est juste magique. Nous avons adorĂ© la proximitĂ© de Lisbonne et des plages. Joao est un hĂŽte exceptionnel. Merci pour tout Joao. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Close enough to highway for traveling around and secluded for peace and quiet.

As it is in title, property is located in secluded place in small town with beautiful old castle but still close to all main highways connecting south, north and east of Portugal. The surround of house is all green trees and bush you expect in this climate and providing privacy when you take a sunbath or swim in the pool. The interior of the house is exceptional. We have spend there an unforgettable two weeks vacation in Portugal.

Magnifique

Séjour vraiment agréable au calme, maison trÚs grande accueillante on a manqué de rien. La cuisine extérieur et la piscine au top on a passé des moments fabuleux en famille. On a adoré le cadre entouré de vignes. Le propriétaire est avenant et fais tous pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Bravo continuez.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé quinze jours trÚs agréable dans la maison de JOAO.L a maison est trÚs spacieuse et trÚs bien équipée .Le coin piscine est top ! Propriétaire trÚs attentionné ; Les plages prÚs de Sétubal sont dignes de la Corse... Merci pour tout !!

Wonderfull vacationhouse

This holiday villa is really heaven on earth! The house and the rooms are very spacious and are provided with an airco system. We spent most of the time in the pool area, in the pool house is a large kitchen, wirh everything you need, outside is a barbecue and a pizzaoven, the only thing what's missing is hot water in the pool house. In the middle of our 2 week holiday came a cleaning lady, to change the sheets and towels, and clean the house, the poolboy came, and a company came to do the garden. This is a very nice house located in the center of nature, i would recomend this house to everybody who likes a nice and quiet holiday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette ferme. Nous avons pu visiter une partie de Lisbonne. La propriété n'est pas trÚs loin de la mer. Nous conseillons cette location pour les personnes désirant visiter le centre du Portugal. La piscine est trÚs agréable avec son pool-house.
