Great stay!

We loved our stay at this cabin. Very clean and provided everything you’d need for your stay. The pool and hot tub were a great treat to use after hiking and exploring the area. Would stay here again!

Perfect family cabin

Perfect family cabin for relaxation and fun after a day in the mountains. The cabin was very clean, better in person than in the pictures and can not beat the location. The children loved having a pool to swim in and parents enjoyed the hot tub. The free tickets were a nice perk and easy to use. We will book this cabin again for our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Amazing cabin

Loved the property, absolutely adorable cabin with plenty of space and well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and we loved the downstairs room with the pool table. Great location and a beautiful property.

Awesome place & location!

Great experience

Great experience. Very clean and great location. Owner was nice and easy to get in touch with. My children are five and one and they had a blast. Plenty of room for my family of four,plus my mother in law and aunt. Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

Totally wonderful. Clean,close to everything. I would stay again.

Cabin is more than great.pool wonderful even if it cold outside.convenient everything you need. But be prepared bring your things to use also. Kitchen is great!!!! Anyway be prepared to enjoy. See you again.

Early summer getaway

Very nice cabin located in a neighborhood only minutes from the Parkway. The cabin is located at the far end of the development making it very quiet. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed swimming in the community pool. The main attractions of Dollywood Parks is only a 10 min drive and it was easy to get to all the restaurants and shows. Great cabin for couples or families with children. We made use of several free ticket deals through the app to various parks and shows.

Relaxing Family Getaway

The cabin was very nice. Clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. We brought our daughter for her 16th birthday along with her older sister. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool table and games were an added bonus. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast on the porch while taking in the view and fresh air. I have cancer so this was the first opportunity we have had for family time this year, so we treasured each moment. There is a washer and dryer but we did not use it.

Good and fast communication with agent when we had issues getting the access code. Cabin at nice location close to all amenities. Cabin was very clean and whilst there was nothing materially wrong with it, it could warrant some upkeep on the outside such re-staining the wood, the deck and cleaning outside windows etc. The rear of the cabin is secluded in a mix of trees and tall vegetation. Area was very quiet. Internally, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Very nice walk in shower in upstairs master. The master bed seemed to have an issue with box spring sinking. The hot tub was nice and clean. The indoor pool was cleaned/maintained but needs a deep clean - a lot of built-up water limescale deposits all over the surface and sides. As regular pool users, this was off-putting. Also, the pool has a makeshift bubble wrap cover. - the blue dye from the color of the cover reacts with the chlorine and colors the water blue.

Pool was the only issue

We’ve stayed at several properties with an indoor pool in the smokies. Unfortunately, this property maintains a pool temp between 78 and 84. If you’re from the south and plan a stay here in the winter, don’t plan to use the pool bc it’s freezing! The listing doesn’t give you this information so you’ll pay the extra money for the pool and won’t be able to enjoy it. Other than that, property is gorgeous.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but the cabin was lacking all the things that bring comfort to your stay. Beds are hard and pillows are terrible. Make sure to bring EVERYTHING with you because you are just renting an empty cabin without even chairs on the porch to enjoy the outdoors. The furniture everywhere is hard and the sofa upstairs is so torn up you can’t sit on it without it scratching you.

Loved the toiletry, laundry and dish detergent boxes..The biggest complaint we had was in the middle of the night at 2:50 AM. Alarms started going off that scared us. We had no idea where they were coming from. Finally, we found a pest monitor on the counter. We unplugged it, but there was still one going off outside. It happened in the middle of the day around three and again in the middle of the night the next night.. we never could find the one outside, but it was very terrifying to wake up to that sound. It sounded like an alarm that someone was breaking into your home. There was not a note stating what the pest monitor was. We had to ask Chat GPT what the electric box was. If you are going to have those type of alarms, you need to let your rentals know beforehand that they may be going off and what to expect. It took me the next day for my heart to stop racing. I will recommend this house if you can get the pest alarm or whatever the alarms are outside taken care of..
