Tre View är en ljus och modern ett sovrum, fristående bilaga kopplad till familjens hem (sover 2) i den lugna byn Connor Downs. Vi ligger nära den pittoreska hamnstaden St Ives och bara 5 minuters bilresa från stranden, perfekt för att surfa, njuta av solskenet eller ta en promenad längs kuststigarna och njuta av den fantastiska utsikten över St Ives Bay. Tre View har gott om parkering.

sovrum:
Det dubbla sovrummet är placerat på första våningen på framsidan av huset. Det har renoverats för säsongen 2018.
Den innehåller en ekgarderob och byrå. Intill sovrummet finns en wc och handfat.

badrum:
Det rymliga helt nya badrummet ligger på bottenvåningen, det är fullt utrustat med wc, elektrisk dusch och handfat.

Kök:
Kökens kök ligger på första våningen med utsikt över St Ives. Fullt utrustat med elektrisk ugn, kyl / frys, diskmaskin, vattenkokare, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, strykbräda och strykjärn.

Vardagsrum:
Den rymliga och ljusa lounge / matplatsen på första våningen ligger på första våningen med utsikt över St Ives och Towans. Det finns en mycket bekväm bäddsoffa, platt-TV / DVD och eldstad.

Beautiful. Good place to start daytrips.

It was really as nice as the other evaluations said. We really enjoyed our stay there. We had milk in the fridge when we arrived there and the neighbour's cat waited for us every evening.

A lovely annex

The place is lovely and clean and lots in place for corona. I was a little nervous to travel due to the virus but on entering the property, we were left with hand sanitizer and cleaning products which put my mind at ease. The owner was lovely as was the annex and a great location. Would definitely recommend

Brilliant

Tre view is modern, clean and very well equipped. It is a really nice place to stay. We loved it so much. Great local shops and the beach is just a few minutes away. We would definitely come back. Owners left milk and biscuits on our arrival which was a nice touch. You would not regret staying here.

Great value

Great value for money. Good peaceful location. Well equipped and comfortable. Friendly greeting upon arrival. Visited Blue Reef Aquarium - a little small for the cost but has some great tanks. County Skittles was a gem of a place for kids when weather poor. Need to book in advance Gwithian is just a gorgeous location for beaches, cliff views and walks and seal spotting.

Lovely stay

Clean, spacious and modern flat with everything we needed for our stay. Within walking distance of the local pub and small shop and only a short distance by car to Hayle and St Ives. Also close to the train station at St Erth. Lovely views from the rear of the property. We did manage to walk to the coast over fields but the footpath wasn't very well signposted! Lovely stay and we hope to return.

Amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay. Really well located. Short drive to fabulous beaches. All mod cons (except washing machine but there is a very reasonably priced launderette in Hayle if needed.) Highly recommend the local pub, The Turnpike Inn for food. 5 minute walk away. Christine was a very welcoming host and on hand if needed. Would definitely stay again.

High quality accommodation in a lovely location

Fantastic stay close to St Ives

We had a fantastic stay last week at Tre View. The flat was very clean and Covid compliant and was very well equipped for our week. We arrived to tea and biscuits set out as well as all the basic necessities like soap, hand sanitizer and washing up liquid. The flat has its own parking space and is located just out of St Ives. We spent the week exploring the local villages and towns. St Ives is very busy at this time of year and the location meant we could dip our toes in but come back to peace and calm. Christine was very welcoming and communication has been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks for allowing us to make many happy memories with our young toddler.

Very Comfortable

We stayed for a week in July 2021 and found the annex to be well equipped, nicely furnished and kept to a high standard. The hosts were friendly yet unintrusive. Good location, a short car distance from the sandy beach and numerous points of interest. Apparently, it's possible to walk to the beach in about 30 minutes, but that requires knowledge of the area as there is no road / pavement as such that leads to the beach.

We moved down to Cornwall from Lancashire in the autumn of 2010.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love living in this area of Cornwall. Being so close to a 3 mile long beautiful beach is such a bonus and as we love coastal walking we are very spoilt.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The flat is just a 5 minute drive to the beach but it is an easy walk too where you can enjoy relaxing in one of the beach cafes with amazing views.
With the flat being mainly on the first floor, we love the light and views that this afforded, making it an ideal place to chill in an evening.
