Stugan är också fullt möblerad, med ett sovrum som innehåller två fulla sängar, futon i huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och badrummet. Kök med kylskåp i full storlek, mikrovågsugn, spis och ugn. Vardagsrummet har 2-i-1 ping pong / biljardbord. Njut av s'mores vid eldstaden ligger under stugan med utsikt över sjön och bryggan.

Bekvämt beläget cirka en mil från en offentlig båtramp. Golfbanan Hideout ligger 2. 4 miles away. Det är en välskött 18-hålsbana. Wild Duck Marina ligger 8 km bort och erbjuder livemusik, mat, gas och andra sjöbehov. En liten livsmedelsbutik, Big Gs Foods, är 5. 8 miles away och en närbutik, E-Z Mart, är 6. 9 miles away. Lake trip

The house and cottage fit our family perfectly, and the dock was great. The house is on a nice quiet cove making swimming and kayaking easy. Would definitely rent again!

Best Place on Lake Brownwood

Great communication with host. Clean lodging, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. Loved the fire pit and easy access to swim in lake.

Great getaway

House was clean and fully stocked with essentials. Enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was quite and peaceful.

Quiet and well kept, with a great layout for a multi-generation family stay

We especially loved the multi-deck setup outdoors, and the fenced-in patio kept our small, elderly dog safe while she was outside enjoying the scene. Kayaking at dusk was such a peaceful pleasure!

Great Lake house

Good property, couple of issues with plumbing and kitchen but owner responded very quickly. We’re allowed to check out a little late due to family issue. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!!!

We had a great time. The dock is awesome, my pontoon boat fit like a glove. Beds were really nice and comfortable, kitchen was very well equiped. Next year we will bring the grandkids since there is so much room. Book it and enjoy a good time!!!

Celebration on the lake

We have family that live a few houses down and came to celebrate a 50th birthday. This was a super convenient place for half of us to stay! Plenty of room for everyone. With 3 small kids (4 and under), we loved that everything on the porch was gated. Plenty of fun in the water and in the cabin.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the grounds were beautiful. Our teenage kids loved the cabin. Taking the kayaks out in the morning was a treat. The only con was being highly allergic to cats. The house was very clean, but there was evidence of a cat being in the house at some point.

Weekend Getaway

We came for a boat reunion and to enjoy lake life with good friends. The house was even more than what we expected! We very much enjoyed the house and the location was great. The dock is actually brand new and very nice ( not like what was pictured) there were actually many updated features that are not as pictured on the listing. With eleven people the added cabin was great for the older kids and we all had enough space. Would definitely stay again!

Lost a rod and reel last year !!! Found it this year!!!

We were there last year and while fishing I looked away only to look back and see fishing pole 10 feet away from the boat and sinking, I like to fish in small coves. Well we went back this year and the water is down a little , low and behold we found my rod and reel half buried in mud ,,,, gonna take it home and see if I can refurbish it ,,, This place is awesome new grill and flat grill outside and friendly neighbors,,, we will be back again next year with a large group of 12 ,,, Grandkids love playing off the dock. Don’t take our dates ,,, you will have a great time here!!!

Loved it

The house and cabin are both nice and clean. As noted in other reviews the freezer in main house has strong fish smell but its not really that big of a deal. The little fenced yard is perfect for pets. They have a blackstone and regular grill so cooking out is nice under the big porch. The dock is nice but does have a broken board on the swim platform on the left hand side. The owner is nice and quick to respond to any questions or problems you may encounter. Plenty of parking for friends and family and room to sleep them all. It was perfect for our vacation and we would definitely rent it again!

Nicest place on the lake

This place is awesome , kids loved the dock and jumping off it , swimming and most of all the little caught fish, my grandson first time fishing out did us all perch catfish and 31/2 lb bass . We had both boats with us and the pontoon boat looked like they built the dock for it , the speed bait tied right on,,,, All I can say is this is a great place to bring your family. Don’t rush to book it I want it again before the summer is over !!! The owners are awesome and returned my call very quick !!!

Perfect size for bigger families

The property was very well maintained for it being an older home. We worried the AC units wouldn’t keep the cabin cool but I was the lucky one to sleep in there with all the boys and I FROZE :) Great problem to have when it’s so hot and humid out. We also took our dogs with us and the small fenced in yard by the main house worked perfectly for that. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness but only because the main fridge had a fishy smell - my mom suggested putting a cup of coffee grounds in there and that helped tone it down. However, the cabin had a refrigerator as well so we were able to use it for a cake and other items that we didn’t want to ruin. Problem solved! Other than that everything was wonderful - we enjoyed it so much!

Best Place on Lake Brownwood

Great location, Very Clean, Great Parking, and Great time. This is the third time I have rented this lake house and it has been great every time. This is great location for a family get-a-way or plenty of beds & space for business trip. Great outdoor fire pit and relaxing deck looking out over the lake.
