Denna Gulf Front dröm är en två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet som ligger inom gångavstånd från Hang-Out! Du kan gå ut från komplexet till höger på stranden. Det finns en utomhuspool som ligger i mitten av komplexet för dig att njuta av.

Denna lägenhet är perfekt för familjer! Inuti enheten finns det två rymliga sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en fullstor säng och två enkelsängar. Alla sovrum och vardagsrummet har TV. Satellit-tv och internet finns för din underhållning när du inte är ute på stranden. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten för din bekvämlighet, om behovet av tvätt uppstår under din vistelse. Alla reservationer som görs före den 1 oktober för vintersäsongen (januari och februari) kräver minst 60 dagar (två månader). Fun time at beach condo

We had a great time at the beach condo. It’s steps from a beautiful white sand beach. We enjoyed the heated pool. The condo was comfortable and well decorated.

Perfect location

This condo is in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of may restaurants and shops. We loved the view of the ocean while sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 and 2 little dogs. The only suggestions I have would be the need for some new pots and pans, they really were not fit for cooking in. Overall, we loved the condo and the location and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Excellent

Perfect spot. Walking distance to many food places, shops, the beach, and entertainment. Plenty of room for family, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in condo, and comfy beds. Balcony is perfect to sit and enjoy your coffee, or listen to the band at the Hangout after dinner. Great view.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the Gulf. There are adequate chairs and tables on the balcony but the balcony is in disrepair, chipped paint, outside door frame all rusted, tape on screen door. The interior of the condo has low ceilings with watermarks in the kitchen. The wall you first see upon entering had drywall compound covering it and had not been painted. The microwave makes a terrible sound when used. The sliding doors to the balcony did not lock, property management came and fixed one of the two, we put a piece of wood in the track of the other. I would not recommend this rental unless significant repairs and upgrades are done.

Great Location!!!

This was a nice condo and wonderful location. We were able to sit on the balcony and listen to the music at the Hangout. There where a ton of restaurants in walking distance.

Great location!

Not only is this right on the beach, it’s just a couple of blocks from the Hangout, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

Great View!

This is a very nice unit, with a great view of the gulf! Lots of beds - great for a large family. Well cared for and updated interior. Comfortable furnishings, great place. The complex is a bit older, has a pool (not heated), no hot tub and no other amenities. Also, be sure to bring EVERYTHING you need - salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.

We loved our stay here, two years in a row. We loved the updated colors and decor. We had a great view, great parking . Did I mention , we were close to “Everything “. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great stay.

Overall we were very happy with this unit! Cute place and extremely convenient to the beach and everything else! Indoor living furniture wasn’t super comfortable, but the bed was great! Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud, but we chose not to complain. Recommend bringing salt, pepper, coffee pods or filters, and any other cooking spices if you think you’ll need them. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay; Allows large dogs

Communication was excellent; Check-in was a breeze; place was clean and the extras provided were more abundant than the usual—-such as laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, plenty of towels and bedding; all the entrances to the units are outside—there is not a building you go into; there’s elevators and stairs; the units and balconies are at an angle allowing for more units to have full on ocean view; it’s only 3 story’s tall if I recall —so it you’re looking for that high rise ocean view this is not the place for you; but I particularly loved being on the 2nd floor and having a full ocean view while also feeling closer to beach level; since this is always a big question I want to know—-the bedrooms and bathroom are towards the street side of the condo—so no bedroom ocean views—only balcony, living room, dining area and some from the kitchen—-but these are all one large open area so it’s not like anything is blocked off -it just that the glass doors placement makes the view easier to see from the living room and dining room; I loved that the place had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -as usually a 2 bedroom only comes with 1 bathroom; the master bedroom had a king bed and attached bathroom; the 2nd bedroom had a full-size bed and bunk beds with the bottom one being full size and the top twin; 4 of us and 1 dog stayed here and we had plenty of room; the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway as well as a laundry area with stacked washer and dryer; the living room also had a sofa bed; if you want a location with everything nearby this is the place —food -groceries-shopping-Waffle House 💕, places to hang out-it is in the mix of all of that; we all loved the decor; we also loved that this unit had no weight or breed restriction on dogs so we were able to bring our larger size dog (so many that allow dogs have weigh restrictions of only 25 or 30 lbs once you read the fineprint-our dog is a good 75 lbs); there’s not a huge space to walk your dog for potty breaks but there is definitely enough and clean up bags are provided by a trash can; we loved this place and will definitely stay again!

Great location for kids

The condo was great for our family of 4. You can walk to restaurants, The Hangout, retail stores, etc. Take your own paper products and spices, none in the condo. The balcony was great and we did have a good beach view.

Very cute place on the beach!

This was in a great location on the beach plus walking distance to the hangout and other shops. The place was very cute and we had a view of the road, shops and the beach! Would stay here again!

Nice stay but not luxury

My husband and I stayed at Regatta for the Hangout Festival. We've been to Hangout Festival several years and stayed at other condos within walking distance, but this was the closest condo to the festival (in my opinion). Great location! And we choose this condo because it allows up to two pets -- thank you for being pet friendly!! The condo was spacious and everything as included from the original listing. They did provide travel shampoo/conditioner/bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. There was liquid hand soap in bathrooms, and a new sponge and dish soap in kitchen. Plenty of bath towels, but no beach towels (which is normal). My only qualms are that the condo did smell of pets and slightly like mildew. It seemed the mildew smell disappeared some after turning the AC cooler. And the overall building needs some updates; the pool looked kind of gross and the railings and walkways outside the condos on each floor looked a little dangerous (maybe wood rot?). I didn't let my dog walk on the outside floorboards bc I was afraid she would get a splinter. There isn't a whole lot of grass for dogs to potty, but I guess that's expected at the beach. Overall, the condo served its purpose and everything seemed to be in working order.

At the beach.

This location is fabulous. Great place for a small family to vacation. The place is very well furnish and decorated. It had every kitchen utensil needed. It was a very easy check in and check out. The condo needs a little touch up work in painting and the plumbing fixtures in the guest shower were loose.. Overall, we had a really fun time.

Could have been more transparent

We love the Regatta. The location could NOT be better. The views from our condo were breathtaking. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. I will give them a five out of five in all of those categories. My concerns were: I received a message from the agent a few days before our arrival that the elevator was broken. I informed her that this was a problem for my elderly husband. I received a response that the elevator was working. Then I received another message that it was broken. She had no response to my concern. Then she told me the condo was on the second floor, implying that we would only have to walk up one flight of stairs. When we arrived, the entire complex was a construction zone. There was heavy equipment parked everywhere; there was tape around half of the building, and we couldn’t use one staircase.There were a number of men working on the roof which lasted until after nightfall. The “first floor” of the condo is actually the second floor, and we were forced to walk up TWO flights of stairs each time we left. I told her it would be a problem, and it was. I just feel like I was misled by the agent.

Great Location

Perfect pet friendly condo in great location. Great views from the balcony and we were able to walk to many restaurants from the condo. Loved the beach decor and washer dryer in unit.
