Nytt hem i Sienna Hills underavdelning. Kan sova 22! Avslutad juni 2019. Helt nya sängar och alla möbler. 1 kung, 5 drottningar, 2 tre stapel våningssängar och 2 soffa sängar. Spelrum uppför trappor med bordtennisbord och biljardbord. Backs upp till Sienna Hills park som inkluderar stort fotbollsplan, lekplats, stänkplatta, b bollplan och picknickbord. Huset har stort bord som kan sitta 12, 4 i baren och ett hopfällbart bord till plats 6 ytterligare. Gemenskapsbassängen är inte färdig än, men tillgången till Washington County community center är tillgänglig för 2. 75 per person per dag. Great place for a large group!

We had a great time! This was a wonderful home for a family to gather and visit. Love the double washer and dryer! Great amount of beds!

Washington, UT home

We rent with VRBO for all of our family trips. This home was by far the best we have stayed in. The location was great, the home was very clean, comfy beds, equipped with everything we needed for family meals, and they thought of everything. There were beach towels, life vests, folding chairs and tons of extra towels!Fabulous home for a large family gathering.We rented it for our daughters graduation from Utah Tech.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. I loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms there were - each family unit in our group had their own place to sleep and get ready. Love how close it to the park and anything you'd need to shop for. Appreciated the clear communication with the owner. My sister-in-law's father just happened to book the same house for their Christmas family gathering - after staying there with us she said she's looking forward to being there again.

Grandma's 80th Celebration

This property functioned well for muktiple families. Location made for easy access to St George as well as the surrounding areas including Zion's. Communication regarding any questions was prompt and gelpful.

Our recent weekend at this house was absolutely perfect for our large group! We were in town for a softball tournament, and accommodating 21 guests across five families can be a real challenge, but this home handled it effortlessly. Each family enjoyed their own dedicated rooms and private restrooms, which was a huge convenience and made our stay incredibly comfortable.A massive bonus was the inclusion of two washers and two dryers. This was an absolute game-changer for a group of athletes, allowing us to easily keep up with laundry throughout the weekend!The game room was a fantastic addition, providing endless fun and relaxation for everyone after our games. Beyond the great amenities, the host was truly excellent and highly communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed from start to finish.The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat, and the house itself was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a smooth group vacation.The only small suggestion we have for future guests, especially those planning to cook for large groups, is to bring large pots as the pots we had available were limited. Overall, this house far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for any large group looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-managed rental!

Great place

This was a perfect home for our group. Every family had a bathroom and bedroom, plus the older kids had a bunk room. We had a blast using the boogie boards in the garage as well!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area

The house was very clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade games. The game room was fun for all. We enjoyed going to the lake and using the kayaks. The swimming pool was walking distance and very fun for the kids as well. It was too hot to go hiking, but it’s close to many hiking places. The seven bedrooms was perfect for our size family.

Golf Trip Rental

We rented this house for a golf trip for 8 guys in April 2024. The house was perfectly appointed and had plenty of space for our group. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were more than enough kitchen amenities for the entire group. The house was centrally located, which came in handy for getting to and from our courses. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive. More than anything, communication with the owner was outstanding. John was always willing to accommodate our special requests and it was very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for a ideal vacation.

Family get together

The house was well stocked with enough and then some for our family to enjoy. The pool while a little chilly, understandable at this time of year was great for the kids to enjoy. We did not get to enjoy the park on this trip but it was close by and looked great. It was centrally located for some nice hikes, shopping, and the center of town.
