Clean and across the street from the beach

This was a wonderful vacation property for several reasons: Pros ‱ Communication with the owner, Gary, was great. The keyless entry was seamless and Gary was always available via text/email. ‱ Beach was literally across the street. We walked with our 3 and 4 year olds and it took us not even 5 minutes. The owner left several items for the beach which came in handy including a beach umbrella, tons of sand toys, beach chairs (both adult and smaller ones), and a cart to haul everything in. ‱ Property was super clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly at all times. Washer and dryer worked perfectly and there were tide pods/dryer sheets, which was really nice! ‱ House was well stocked with cooking spray, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, detergent, dish washer soap, and even a vacuume, which we used. We also purchased a few items for the house and left them for future guests! ‱ Pool area was wonderful! Tons of beach/pool towels, and the pool was very warm. We liked the bathroom downstairs-it saved our kids trips from going back upstairs. We also liked that there was a mini-fridge and bar sink in the bar/pool area. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend this property. Gary was great to deal with and we couldn't have been happier!

Perfect Fort Myers Beach Vacation spot!

Beautiful & very clean house. Awesome heated pool in the back with a beautiful lanai to eat, drink & hangout. Short walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, cooler & beach toys to take to the beach. We loved grilling out and eating in the screened in patio. Perfect for a family, but would also be perfect for an adults get away! We can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect location

This place has everything you need. A tropical, private pool and a quick walk to a (not busy) beach. We loved this place and will be back next time we come to Fort Myers!

Hard to Come Home

Our stay was wonderful! It was perfect for everyone from our 5-year-old to grandma. There was so much to do, but leaving the pool was hard. The house was stocked with everything anyone could need. I highly recommend!

Great location, great property, great owners

Great house near the beach, inter coastal, marina and Publix. Quick bike ride to Town Square. Super cute backyard pool and entertaining area. We loved it!

Great location and house.

7 adults stayed at the house. A few local friends stopped by for the pool. Pool area is private and relaxing and was great for our group to hang out. Outdoor bathroom very convenient Lots of amenities. House is clean and well maintained. Host checked in mid stay. Would stay there again. Lower level bedroom has slight musty smell which might be a concern for someone with allergies but did not bother us.

Great Place

Clean comfy rental with everything you need. The tropical surroundings of the heated salt water pool provided a relaxing oasis after a day at the beach. Mid Island location ideal, with beach access just steps away from the house.

Fun Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation and the house suited all of our needs. We were a family of 7 and fit all of us comfortably, they were 3 private bedrooms with a pullout sleeper and a blowup mattress. The location was great, short walk to Publix and very close to the beach. The beach wasn’t overly crowded and has very nice walking sand. Please check the cupboards before purchasing things you may need as there are many things that are provided. Gary was wonderful to work with and was very responsive. We would definitely rent again and loved the location and Ft Myers Beach.

Wonderful Beach Vaca

This property is so beautiful! The backyard pool deck is where we spent most of our time and it’s hard to leave behind. It’s a private oasis!! Gary was attentive, honest and a host to the fullest. We will definitely re-book to enjoy it again!

Family vacation

Great rental property on Fort Myers Beach. The pool area is fantastic. While not on the beach still very close walk on quiet street with beach access. More beach toys and supplies than you could need. The house is loaded with supplies, check it out before you go shopping. Only con we experienced was sleeping arrangements. The house has 3 bedrooms and would sleep 6 comfortably. There is a couch and a roll out but not really appropriate for 8 adults as represented on VRBO. Was fine for our family with small children.

Amazing family vacation home

We just spent 5 nights here with our 3 grown children and their significant others. The house was great with lots of room for all of us! The pool/patio is amazing and we spent every evening out there. Location is perfect, easy quick walk to the beach and quiet residential area but still a quick easy drive to anywhere on Estero. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back!

Lovely house

Wonderful house! Everything was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the spacious open concept living room/kitchen and the screened in dining area. The pool was spectacular as was the outdoor living space. The beach was just across the street. If you're thinking of visiting Ft. Myers Beach area, this is the place to stay!

Absolutely perfect!

This property was more than the description. It was very quiet, clean, with many amenities not mentioned. We loved all the little touches from decor to fun beach vibes throughout the place. The pool was a great place to relax after hitting the beach. The cart and beach chairs made the short walk to the beach even easier. Gary was very easy to reach and was extremely helpful. We took his advice and hit up some of the restaurants he mentioned. We will be back!

Great location. 2 blocks to the beach and about 3 blocks to the store. Great set up and the outside pool is where we spent most of the afternoon being shaded throughout the day.

great outdoor pool area and very close to the beach

We are a family of six with 3 adult girls and one 9 year old boy. We all had a great time. It was perfect for what we were looking for. A very nice pool area to relax and close proximity to the beach. The owner, Gary, was very attentive and asked a couple of times if we needed anything. He was a great host. There are so many places to see however if we come back to Fort Meyers Beach again, we will check this place out again.
