Villa CC är en del av Royal Flamingo Villas, en 7. 5 tunnland stor egendom som sträcker sig från Intracoastal till Ocean. Ett ledningskontor på plats är öppet måndag till lördag från 9:00 till 5:00.

Villorna erbjuder delade bekvämligheter inklusive: en uppvärmd pool, hushållstjänster på vardagar och 300 fot privat övre strand med trappor för att komma åt den nedre offentliga stranden och havet. Den intracoastal sidan erbjuder shuffleboard och härlig utsikt över båtarna som går förbi.

Villa CC är konventionellt beläget bara en kort promenad till antingen den övre stranden och havet, poolen eller intracoastal. Det är på den perfekta platsen!

Holiday trip

The villa was wonderful! We enjoyed both beaches and shuffleboard over on the inlet side. The canopies on the upper beach were perfect when the wind was abundant. We walked to some extremely great restaurants!

Nice job place, close to beach

Overall a good stay, bit of an issue with check in but owner did a good job handling it. Nice location to beach and downtown Ft Lauderdale, plenty of shopping, restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the communication with host Sandy and thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the property.The location was perfect—convenient to local attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Great Stay

This is a great property run by a great host. Sandy provided great communication about our upcoming stay with us and had everything lined up exactly as advertised. There were four in our family and there was plenty of room and the convivence to beach (walk) and shopping and restaurants (1 mile) made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property and host

Wonderful place to stay!!

The location was fabulous, and it was a very convenient walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Sandy's place had all the amenities of home, and it was very clean. The communication with Sandy was excellent during the entire process. I would definitely recommend Villa CC to anyone looking to vacation in Hillsboro Beach.

Best of both worlds

We loved the Villa, that was big enough to feel comfortable but small enough to feel cozy. We enjoyed the large green space to throw the football around and really appreciated the proximity to the pool and beach area. Very pleasant stay and Sandy was a great host. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Truly special place to stay on the beach

Everything about the Royal Flamingo bungalow community is special from the friendliness of the host and local staff to views of the intercostal, beach and pool within a few feet in either direction. Sandy was a flexible and responsive host. The place is spotless and well maintained. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen, lounge chairs and shade on the private beach. We had a terrific time with our grandkids and look forward to returning.

Beautiful property,very quiet beach area with a busier area and plenty of resteraunts within a 5 minute drive. Good fishing on the intercoastal side,good communication. I truly cant think of one negative thing about this property!! We cant wait to come back❤️

We think the Villas are the perfect vacation place. Villa CC is centrally located within the property - just steps away from the beach, the pool and the intracoastal. Lots of nearby restaurants and activities mean you can be as busy or as restful as you wish.
