Perfect location and well-equipped unit. We really appreciated the separate suites with bathrooms. We could easily walk to town or to our conference at Beaver Run. Excellent spot!

Convenient slopeside location

We enjoyed being right beside the Quicksilver lift for easy ski access. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable for our small group of adults, but would be great for up to three couples as well.

A once great place (I'm guessing)

I'm sure that this place used to be really nice, however it's not in great shape. I really liked the design, the location, and the layout. The floors were dirty, the kitchen sink faucet wasn't attached to the counter top, one of the toilets was constantly running and wouldn't flush, and the dishwasher was falling apart. It's a shame because the place is really well designed, but I expected more

We had to time showers carefully. Advertised to have Comcast cable, but that never worked, even after their expert fixed it.But overall, a great unit in a great location.

Two complaints were that Internet was very spotty (but its the mountains!), and the Water heater, i think, in garage ran late at night so basement bedroom was noisy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely townhouse with a great location. We would definitely stay here again. The 3rd, basement bathroom is a bit small. Was fine for us and something to consider. Unfortunately, we had an issue and the internet was not working which was challenging for a few of us that had to work. The management company was responsive and tried to fix it, ultimately couldn't and needed comcast to come. They did provide a refund for the issue. Great management company to work with and a lovely townhome.

Could have been amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so excited to arrive in beautiful Breckenridge. Upon arrival, I noticed right away that the carpet was new but every rug in the unit was very dirty. We discovered rugs in front of toilets had not been cleaned or changed between guests. When flipped over they had stains on them and a few were wet. Ugh. The throw pillows throughout the unit need to be discarded. They have seen better days and are filled with stains- most notable blood and some unidentified larger ones on throws that we don't want to know what they are. This really grossed us out. We removed all throw pillows and rugs and put them in a pile. I told the rental company immediately and they seemed to care and told me they would be coming to clean or bring new ones the next day, but we never heard from them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description accurate. About a 5 minute walk to the lift; and close to Breck Village and The Mag. The property was clean and well-maintained. We had to call management to figure out the downstairs bedroom thermostat.The management was sensational; my texts were returned immediateley with a solution.I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.We enjoyed snowmobiling with Good Time Adventures and our dinner at Aurum.

Prime Location

Excellent location! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, small appliances, and utensils you might need for cooking meals. The condo is very spacious as well! Be prepared to bring your own pillow if you like firm pillows.

Amazing Location

First off I would like to say that my family and I have bounced around many different houses and condos every year for the past 12 years. Definitely not new to Breck (mountain or town). Here are my takeaways… 1. The location was perfect! Simple 3 minute walk to the snow! And a very short ski to the quicksilver lift. Which takes you to the middle of Peak 9 and from there you can ski to the Mercury Chair, Beaver Run Chair, Peak 8 Super Connect or jump right on the Peak 10 lift (Falcon Chair) 2. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Coffee had two options. Pot and Keurig. 3. Living room was a very nice chill spot with Large Smart TV and fire place which was perfect after a long day of skiing. 4. Garage parking: this is a must for us, because we bring our small trailer to hall all of our gear. Parked the trailer inside and truck in the parking lot which was never full. 5. Easy walk into town, huge fan of Crepes A la Cart! Don’t worry the line from the steps is less than an hour but totally worth the wait. 6. Communication is key, every little question I had the manager was quick to answer. 7. On site washer and dryer. Huge bonus! Anyways, I’m sure the family has more positive things to say, but I’ll leave you with this. We will be back next season! Merry Christmas The Hays Family.

Cedars 38 First Chair Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sheets, pillows and towels should be replaced...towels are way too thin, pillows are of an inferior quality. Please leave appliance instructions out on the kitchen counter. I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee maker for about 45 minutes. Only found the appliance instructions the next day in the back of a closet in the kitchen. Deck furniture should have been wiped was quite dusty. I had to buy coffee filters (which I left for next guests) but those should be supplied, as well as a starter pack of coffee.

Beautiful mountain getaway

We had such a fun family getaway! Enjoyed all of the mountain scenes, saw the troll, boys went mountain Climbing - girls went shopping also rode a train about two hours away. Went to cowboy mine and enjoyed the swimming pool! House was fully furnished and had washer dryer. Nice appliances.
