Casa Javea Sands är en nyrenoverad bungalow / radhus på La Isla Complex i Javea / Xabia.
"Casa Javea Sands" är en fastighet med 3 sovrum. På bottenvåningen Den har ett rymligt sovrum med dubbelsäng med badrum som är ett VÅTTRUM med hjul i dusch. Det finns också köket som leder till en bakre terrass, matsal och vardagsrum som leder till den främre privata trädgården och andra terrassen. Överallt är möblerad till en hög standard med komfort och kvalitet för dig att njuta av vår semester.
UPSTAIRS, har ett kung sovrum med privat solterrass / balkong och ett tvåbäddsrum. Ett andra badrum / dusch finns också på första våningen.
(Observera att tvåbäddsrummet och kungens sovrum / balkong och det andra badrummet är på övervåningen så att det inte finns rullstolar.)

Denna fastighet med självhushåll har alla moderna apparater och faciliteter du kan förvänta dig av en högkvalitativ semesteruthyrning för att säkerställa att du tillbringar maximal tid på att njuta av din semester och minsta tid på att göra uppgifterna. WIFI i alla rum. Alla rum har stora fönster med inbyggda myggnät. Vi har tre terrasser med utemöbler, solstolar och en grill, så att du kan sitta eller äta ute och njuta av det fantastiska vädret. Vi har luftkonditionering / värme i alla rum och takfläktar. Loungen är utrustad med en platt-TV (satellit), DVD-spelare och CD-spelare med iPod-dockning. Det finns ett urval av böcker, DVD och brädspel. Köksutrustningen inkluderar: elspis med ugn, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl-frys, brödrost, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare, smoothie maker, juicer och allt redskap och porslin du behöver för din vistelse.

Wir hatten erholsame und schöne Ferien. Wohnung war sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wohnung ist mit vielen Gegenständen und Möbel verstellt daher etwas eng. Viele Moskitos.

AVOID / TERRIBLE / DO NOT TRUST / DECEITFUL

I’ve never left a review in over 20 years of booking villas, but I feel I have to in this case to prevent other people getting treated the same way we did at this property. It was truly horrific. If you book this place this is what you can expect: 1. The owner contacted me the day before we were due to check in and said we'd only booked for 2 adults. We’d actually booked for 4 adults and 2 children. The owner was just simply trying to increase the price that had been booked nine months prior. 2. She messaged me on WhatsApp about this, and not on this website which I found really strange? She was clearly messaging me outside of the website to avoid detection from HomeAway. 3. The owner asked for the passports of my children on WhatsApp. I had to make her aware that I would never give the details of my children to anyone on WhatsApp. I was extremely concerned that she asked for childrens passports. 4. The owner then asked for the addresses and passports of the adults staying at the property on WhatsApp. It transpired that she was not entitled to ask for such things, especially over WhatsApp. She was being deceitful. I'm therefore very concerned why the owner was asking for things she's not entitled to? Also – do you really want your address and passports to be sent to someone over WhatsApp? You’re just opening yourself up to fraud. 5. The owner denied us access to the property because a case had been opened against her because she had tried to raise the price of the property the day before we were due to check in. This was one hour before we were due to check in. My elderly parents were not allowed into the property in 35 degree heat. 6. I received the below message on this website from owner: "it is only a reflection of your values and personality so please no need now for any of your reasons" I have no idea why someone would say such nasty things. It also shows that the owner is clearly not interested in anyone’s views. It demonstrates that she makes her own conclusions and takes no other information into account. 7. The owner refused to give us our deposit back. We broke nothing. We reported everything that was wrong on the second day. The property was a state – nets falling off walls, handles coming off doors, showers not working. The owner was clearly using our money to try to fix things that we simply falling apart. If you’re reading this, please listen to us and DO NOT BOOK this property – I promise you you’ll regret it

Excellent localization, internal swimming pool with lifeguard, very close to the shop and most of all only 5-7 minutes’ walk to the beautiful sandy beach, friendly and easy communication with manager - all of this makes our family holidays unforgettable.

Wheelchair accessible villa in perfect location for exploring beautiful Javea!

Casa Javea Sands is a beautifully decorated holiday villa in a perfect location for exploring all of Javea. Our son is a wheelchair user so Anna arranged the hire of a shower chair to use in the wet room downstairs which was perfect for his needs. We hired a car for the week and visited the breathtaking coves with crystal-clear water and the cliffs with scenic viewpoints with lovely restaurants to enjoy. We would definitely recommend Javea to friends and family for a beach holiday.

Woning erg steervol en centraal gelegen.

Javea is een vakantieoord dat alles heeft. Voor ons miste het alleen een beetje de authenticiteit zoals Valencia of Alicante dat hebben. Casa Javea Sands is heel volledig en erg steervol ingericht. Het zwembad is rustig (tov het strand) en fijn. Helaas mag je er niet met n balletje spelen. De ontvangst door de gastvrouw was prima. Al gauw kreeg het contact echter een andere toon toen wij doorgaven dat de stroom steeds uitviel en de wifi niet werkte. De reactie was dat dat anders zelden voorkwam. Geen ‘wat vervelend’ oid. Toen we lieten weten dat de rolhor niet meer goed functioneerde was de eeste reactie een beschuldigend: een van jullie zal er wel te ruw mee zijn geweest. Ik heb laten weten dat ik de reacties onnodig en onterecht beschuldigend vond. Het ging voor mij erg ten koste van het gastvrije gevoel. Helaas. De stroom- en wifi-problemen bleken trouwens lokaal en tijdelijk.

The property was beautifully decorated and full of quality special touches.great bathrooms good kitchen air conditioning wi fi lovely front terrace with barbecue. Access to a really big pool.In a quiet spot but only a few minutes walk to beach the bars and restaurants. Owners are very helpful . this property is special and way above average holiday rental in Javea we have stayed in.

Fabulous house, can't recommend enough!!

We were a family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children) who stayed here for 10 days in August 2015. The house is stunning. Beautifully clean and personally decorated with little luxuries and every amenity you could need. A short walk to the beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby and a very quiet communal pool on site. The owners make every effort to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and are extremely helpful with any queries you may have. We loved this place so much we want to go back again as soon as possible and can't recommend it enough!!

First Class Holiday

I and my two friends stayed here for two weeks. We found the house in an excellent location close to Arenal Beach, the local shops and bars. This was important as two of us are wheelchair users so fetching and carrying shopping over long distances is not practical (especially in the heat we had during the time we were there). The house is wheelchair friendly with step free access to the ground floor and garden. The large wet room ensured plenty of space to move around. The kitchen was well stocked with a wide range of equipment; enough to prepare the most complex of meals! Our hosts could not have been more helpful with practical suggestions and tips for places to visit and where to eat.

Most stylish wet room I've ever seen!

Javea is a great place and we have been going there for 7yrs. However always in a villa and needing a car. NOT HERE, this place is right where you wanna be in terms of location absolutely no need for a car. As I use a wheelchair accessibility and location is almost impossible to find together but this place is perfect. Anna the owner answered all my questions and more re access, really helpful. Inside you would never know it was designed to be used by a wheelchair user no sign of anything medical which I love! The bathroom with walk in shower is STUNNING, not huge but it's perfect! There is another bathroom upstairs which I didn't see of course:) . Downstairs double bedroom is styled with Moroccan influences it's really got attention to detail- very nice that goes for the whole place. It wasn't warm enough for me to swim but the pool looked really great with palms trees and shrubs everywhere . I hope to return in September !

Amazing Location!

What a place this is. Only had 5 nights but wished it had been 5 weeks! The downstairs bathroom is amazing as it's like being in a spa! The Spanish tiles all over the walls are mesmerising so artistic. It is exactly how the ad describes in all ways. An easy 5-7min stroll to the wonderful Arenal beach .Parking directly outside property. Really great accommodation .See you again!

Best ever holiday!

We stayed at this fantastic townhouse/bungalow for Christmas 2014. Everything was brand new. Everything we could have needed was there. Compleat luxury! Electric juicer even! A free welcome pack of Fresh fruit /water & a bottle of wine greeted us when we arrived from the airport. As a person who cannot walk to far I am always looking for holiday let's with no steps and fantastic location this place is by far the most stylish place I've ever stayed in! Everything on the ground floor level I needed. No need for a car. We loved it so much we have already booked for August this yr! Thank you for an amazing Sunny Christmas.
