Hotel overall was pretty good The breakfast was okay My husband love the grits My granddaughter love the waffles and the bacon was crispy. Only one problem we saw a roach but other than that this is a great hotel

Check in Host was very polite, friendly and personable.The room was clean.The bed was very comfortable. The free "hot" breakfast was one of the items that drew us in... but we wwre a little disappointed with it. The lobby was very crowded (good for the hotel)... but needs more seating. They offered egg patties, biscuits and gravy... however, there was no sausage or bacon to make an egg sandwich if you wanted to.They did have waffle maker which was nice.

Anniversary Trip

The stay was great the staff was very friendly. The lady that was the cook was exceptional the food was hot and tasty. There was a variety every day. The only down side was we never got a visit from the cleaning crew to tidy our room and refresh our towels but other than that the staff and stay was a great experience. I highly recommend

Great little place

The room was clean. Place was kept up and nice. But, it was very loud and noisy. Walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors talking clearly. Overall, it is a great lower priced place to stay in.

Nicely updated hotel with very clean big rooms.

We had a great experience overall. Hotel looks like it was recently remodeled with nice large rooms and very clean inside and out. Centrally located with shops and restaurants very close by. The only down side to our stay is that we had a room ovelooking the courtyard and pool which looked great. But they booked a party in the courtyard and had loud music with a DJ until 9:30 at night. We couldn't even here the TV in our room. We finally had to call the front desk to complain because we could not sleep with the loud noise of music and loud talking from people at the party. Half an hour after we spoke to the front desk the music was turned off but the loud talking of the party goers kept going. This was a big disappointment.

Not for us

Check in took over 30 minutes. One person on for lots of people waiting to check in. Room was very outdated. Lots of bugs in room. The walls not well insulated and could hear noise on all sides. Pool was very cloudy and filled with bugs. No towels at the pool site for guests. We actually left a day early because of the conditions. On the positive side a great location near lots of restaurants and shopping.

Spacious room, clean and quiet.

No complaints about the room at all. Very comfortable and clean. Check in smooth. Wanted to be in historic downtown area, but this was a fraction of the cost and Ubers/ Lyft drivers were readily available.

Wonderful Property

Very nice rooms, clean and well decorated. I LOVED the beds! Great location and easy access to all the equestrian centers. Only downfall is you can hear traffic really well. So just bring a loud fan with you. But we will definitely stay again!

Was a great place to stay but the floors were dirty and several nights we had people talking loud outside our room. Called the front desk and they were the only one working. So they could not do any thing. Needs nighttime security!

Beautiful accommodations

The room was clean and beautifully updated. The staff very friendly. It was unfortunately noisy. There was a lot of parking lot traffic and people walking past the room, hardly slept.

Truncated stay

The pool was shut down. They said the pump was broken. We had maid service two days and then no towels, beds not made. Clever horse culture design throughout hotel. Moved out a day early and paid for a second hotel.

Clean beautiful room

This place was very nice. Front desk ladies were pleasant and funny. Stayed with my 2 best friends for 1 night on our way to St. Pete's. I would definitely like ty stay here another time when I can stay longer!

Employees very accommodating and friendly . Pool and elevator non functional. Too many cigarettes butts in parking lot in front of room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast as advertised.
