This cottage was perfect for our week vacation! Tom was super communicative and explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely come back. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cottage was equipped what you need.

Dennis Port Cottage

We had a great stay! The cottage was nicely updated and very clean. The location was perfect for our visits to the various towns in Cape Cod.

Perfect cottage for our cape getaway!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay, the house was clean and comfortable. We love to hop around to different towns and beaches so the central location was perfect, made it easy to go anywhere on the Cape. Would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful week @ Dennis Cottage

Tom & Chris’s cottage was a perfect space for our Cape getaway. We loved the location, ease of accessing Dennis beaches-ocean and bay side. The cottage was exactly as pictured- very clean and comfortable! We especially enjoyed the back yard and deck space. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect for my family of three! It is conveniently located near many restaurants, beaches, and (most importantly) places to get ice cream :) Outdoor shower made it easy to wash off post-beach day. Highly recommend this home!

Great Vacation Cottage

This is my family’s 2nd year staying at this cottage! Centrally located to all different types of restaurants, beaches, and places to get ice cream. We frequented Sea Street Beach which is only about a 3 minute drive. We also went to Mayflower Beach which is about a 20 minute drive. Tom was easy to communicate with. Another great vacation in the books!

Perfect Getaway

This house was a perfect solution to a vacation away from home! Close to the beaches and restaurants, very updated and clean, and no issues at all! Tom was easy to access and provided plenty of information. Highly recommend if you'd like to stay away from a hotel and close to the water!

Perfect location for exploring all of the Cape!

My mom is an avid gardener, and she’s always wanted to attend the Cape Cod Hydrangea festival. This cottage was the perfect jumping off point to explore all of the Cape, from Falmouth to Chatham and I’ll points in between. We even took a drive up to Provincetown! This little cottage provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
