Med sin högsta toppplats, erbjuder The Carriage House enastående utsikt över Toccoa River Valley på alla sidor. Denna tvåvåningshus har välvda tak, ett mysigt stort rum och enastående arkitektur.

Fastigheten är INTE lämplig för högljudda fester och omogna gäster.

Det övervåningen sovrummet har en queen-size säng och glasdörrar som vetter mot ett privat däck. Bottenvåningen sovrum är tillräckligt avskilt från den övre nivån, vilket skapar en idealisk miljö för två par / familjer. Båda sovrummen har egen TV och volymkontroll för stereoanläggningen.

Det stora rummet erbjuder det väsentliga avslappnande: bekväma lädermöbler och en stor platt-TV. Det fullt lastade köket erbjuder rostfria apparater och gourmet. I matsalen ger ett långt matbord i bänkstil rymliga och trevliga måltider.

Vagnshuset erbjuder två däck på övre plan, som ger perfekta utrymmen för att titta på vilda djur, koppla av med en bra bok eller ta soluppgången i öster eller solnedgången i väster.

Nedsänkt i sitt eget separata däck ger den sju personers badtunna den ultimata avkopplingen. En sten uteplats med vedeldad eldstad och picknickbord gör det bästa av utomhusliv.

När du bor på The Carriage House har du tillgång till flera lokala funktioner. Njut av ett dopp i den uppvärmda poolen i marken som är öppen från maj till oktober. Och se till att dra fördel av öringfiske i världsklass på den berömda floden Toccoa (vi äger över tusen fot av flodens fasad).

Perfect!

We loved everything about the cabin and the property. It was a perfect family vacation. The kids loved the pool and the river trails. The parents loved coffee on the balcony and evenings in the hot tub. Great location too!

Best cabin ever!

Fun adventure

My husband, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. We had everything we needed and the hiking trail down to the river was a fun challenge. It was also nice to be in the beauty of the mountains while being close to places to eat and shop.

Super Clean and Great Location

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights for our annual summer cabin/fishing trip. Was soooo clean especially for a pet friendly place and so close to downtown Blue Ridge, Tubing, and hiking but felt so secluded on the property. All the amenities such as the hot tub and pool made it even better. Would definitely recommend! Great little vacation away from home!

Great location

The property offered everything that was promised. The cabin was very clean with great amenities. It was only 7-10 minutes from downtown (actually 7-10 minutes, a lot of listings exaggerate their close proximity to downtown). We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

Had a great time on a short 2 night stay! Great location near the river & near everything you want to do but still out of town. Kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub! Greg was great! No problems!

We absolutely loved it

Super great place to get away. The cabin was awesome, had everything we needed. The whole property is wonderful. The pool is awesome. We had it to ourselves most days. Truly a great place, we absolutely loved it, and the owners are great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Quick Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. We wish we had booked it for three nights instead of just two. The cabin was just right for our family of four adults and one baby. We had plenty of room to spread out but also gather together to eat. This was our first time using VRBO but we will definitely try it again.

Beautiful and Comfortable

We had an amazing time during our stay. The cabin was great, and it was fun to step right out and throw some discs in the disc golf baskets. Our dog also enjoyed the trip. We were close to everything, but it was also very peaceful. We had everything we needed for a quick getaway. We would love to come back when we can stay longer.

This was our first time visiting Blue Ridge, GA but it won’t be our last.

We had a great, relaxing time in Blue Ridge. The cabin was perfect for my family. Very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing, exploring the property, playing basketball, the fire pit making s’mores swimming in the pool, and playing billiards every night. We definitely want to come back.

Peaceful and beautiful

The property was gorgeous. The views were beautiful including waking to a gorgeous sunrise. The kitchen was great, the furniture was comfy, and the walking/hiking was beautiful. Wifi was 10/10, zoom had no issues.

Nice getaway

We wanted to get away from Atlanta for the weekend and this property was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool that is shared between all of the properties as the pools in Atlanta hadn’t opened yet due to covid. We liked going into town to eat dinner and enjoyed Grumpy Old Men Brewery one night, too.

Oregonian Greg Spencer initially discovered the Blue Ridge area on a backpacking trip to the Cohutta Wilderness in the 1980’s. A short time later, enamored of the area, and the incredible recreational opportunities, Greg began to explore the potential for purchasing raw mountain land, and developing uniquely designed and hand-crafted cabins, taking full advantage of stunning views and a quarter mile of Toccoa River frontage.

During the 1990’s Greg built a small cabin, The Riverside Cabin, on the Toccoa River, and envisioned a larger house that he later built on the ridge above: The Toccoa House, completed in 2000. Next came The Carriage House in 2002, and the in-ground, seasonally heated swimming pool in 2007. The Grey Heron House, was completed in late 2007, the The Toccoa Riverfront Cabin was completed in 2016.
