The house was very clean and the host was super friendly and easy to to reach out to. The house depending on traffic is less than 11 minutes away from Busch gardens so it lies in the perfect location if you’re planning on going to the parks. Home was right in the middle of everything, we enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

The only reason I did not give this property and ‘excellent’ was the mattresses/pillows/bedding. The mattresses need to be replaced and the pillows were foldable. Also of note, is the first amenity listed is “hot tub.” There is not a hot tub. When you scroll down into more details (which I did not do before I booked), it does specify that it is a jetted tub inside the house, so we were disappointed, but not a deal breaker. Everything else about the house and location was exactly as stated and shown. The location is perfect if you’re visiting USF or Busch Gardens especially. Super clean!

Everything was great at the place.....except the bed felt hard as a rock. We spent half the day feeling awful from lack of sleep. But the place was fantastic, the location was good, and I loved the fact you can watch the security outside the house. Overall a great place...just need to fix the bed situation.

Great place in great proximity to Tampa!!

Place was super clean, plenty of room for the 7 people we had staying there (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler). Host was very responsive, and helpful. The only critique I have is that we could have used more towels and blankets / comforters.
