Lovely home from home

This property has a gorgeous pool and lots of different areas so we could all have the space we needed. Greca and Pietro were kind and helpful. A beautiful cake and bottle of homemade limoncello were most welcome.surprise

Beautiful pool, wonderful hosts

Walking distance to a lovely beach. On arrival the hosts shared drinks with us and we had a beautiful cake and a bottle of limoncello given to us during our stay. A short drive to the better restaurants. Ants invaded the kitchen several nights but this is a common problem that we managed. Overall a wonderful family holiday. Thank you

Super nice place for family vacation

We had a very warm welcome from Greca and her husband. They use the house themselves as a weekend home, the upstairs appartment is a rental. The interior is a tiny bit dated but very clean and tidy, everything is in place and we really liked the place. Approved ;-)

Perfect quiet setting

An amazing 10 day break that we will never forget. On arrival we received an extremely pleasant and warm welcome from greca and her family who showed us round the villa and answered all our questions about the local area. It was a really nice touch to find that Greca had made cake for our stay and during the visit we never really saw them again, it was very private and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The villa itself is the entire first floor with 3 bedrooms, all of which were immaculate, and everything else you might need for self catering purposes including a BBQ. The villa is located in a quiet private area and the nearest beach is within a 10-15 mins walk. The shops and most restaurants are a bit further away and so I would definitely recommend hiring a car for your stay. The views and beaches in the immediate area are simply out of this world with so many to choose from, we visited a different beach location everyday of our stay. I would definitely recommend this host and location, we are already planning our return.

Our stay at the Villa was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had gone above and beyond to ensure our vacation was unforgettable. The villa itself was immaculate, radiating a sense of comfort and cleanliness that set a wonderful tone for our stay. It was evident that the hosts took great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. Not only was the villa clean, but it was also thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could desire for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen, fully equiped rooms, and inviting pool area left no room for want. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They welcomed us with a feast that surpassed our expectations, immediately making us feel like treasured guests. Throughout our visit, they offered invaluable local recommendations and guidance, enhancing our experience of Villasimius-Geremeas. The hosts' unwavering support was the highlight of our stay. When we faced issues with our rented car, they came to our rescue, managing the problem with grace and efficiency. Perfekt für Familien

Eine Unterkunft, die sich super für größere Familien eignet. Es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten und einen großen Pool. Die Betreuung der Vermieter war sehr gut.

Familienferien

Tolle und grosszügige Unterkunft für eine Familie,v.a. auch wenn man nicht nur den Rummel sucht sondern auch "zuhause" mal einfach nur relaxen will. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub bei netten Gastgebern

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen auf Sardinien. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig, das Bad neu gemacht und wirklich schön. Wir waren froh, dass man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand waren. Nur am Rückweg den Berg wieder hoch zu laufen, hätten sich die Kinder gerne gespart. Ich fand es nciht schlimm. Dafür hatte man seine Ruhe, konnte am Grundstück ein bisschen Basketball und Tischtennis spielen sowie den Pool genießen. Greca und Ihre Mann waren sehr nett, haben sich um alles gekümmert und als Willkommensgruß einen leckeren Zitronenkuchen sowie selbstgemachten Limoncello bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen.

Greca & Pietro sont des hôtes charmants

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. L'endroit est très calme et n'est pas loin du village pour faire ses courses. Greca et Pietro sont charmants et parlent italien, merci encore Greca pour le cake et les beignets. Superbe piscine, très bien entretenue. Endroit à conseiller sans hésiter. Merci xxx Eine

Super tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, sind sehr nett von Greca und Pietro empfangen worden! Haben nach dem uns alles gezeigt worden ist, ein Willkommens Getränk bekommen und einen super leckeren selbst gemachten Limoncello von Greca getrunken. Ein tolles Haus und ein super schönen Pool, der sehr gehegt und gepflegt wurde von Pietro, durften wir unser nennen!

Rundum zufrieden

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter. Im gesamten Grundstück steckt viel Liebe und alles ist bis ins Detail durchdacht. Wunderschöner Kinderspielplatz und sehr sehr großer und vor allem sauberer Pool. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es empfiehlt sich trotzdem ein Auto da die Gegend mehrere Traumstrände zu bieten hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Super schöne Urlaubsanöage

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön ! Wir wurden total herzlich von der Gastfamilie empfangen 😊 So wie die Familie einen begrüßt das habe ich noch nie erlebt, total herzlich und liebevoll! Der Ort ist auch schön gelegen, ca 15 min Fußweg dann erreicht man bereits einen schönen Strand in der Nähe des Hauses. Wichtig ist wenn man mehrere Strände außerhalb sehen möchte, dass man mit einem Auto dort ist. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, der Pool war super groß und auch sauber. Und es das WLAN hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch für Kinder war dort ein reinstes Paradies aus Spielzeugen und einer Kinderspielfläche und Schaukeln.

Vacanza perfetta

Immobile situato in una zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde e vicino alle più belle spiagge, dotato di tutti i confort (piscina, parco giochi, una bella tavolata esterna con barbecue). E che dire dei proprietari, due persone veramente fantastiche e di cuore, all'arrivo ci hanno dato il benvenuto con una bella birra fresca, e una volta entrati nell'immobile abbiamo scoperto che ci hanno preparato una torta e ci hanno fatto trovare una mini spesa per i primi giorni. Ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo parte della loro famiglia. Grazie ancora per la disponibilità e per la bellissima vacanza Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi cerca tranquillità e vuole godersi il mare delle più belle spiagge.

Séjour et accueil au top !

Nous avons été accueilli merveilleusement bien par Greca, Pietro et leurs enfants. Cadre très agréable, proche de la mer (à pied), super piscine avec plongeoir, bien entretenue ! Logement bien équipé. Propriétaire très agréables, accueillant et toujours près à rendre service, Nous avons passé un excellant séjour. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !!! Merci à eux ! Einfach nur wunderbar.

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden, und das herzliche Verhältnis ist bis zum Schluss geblieben. Warmherzige, hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Vermieter nebst der ganzen Familie, saubere Wohnung, große Terrasse, und sehr gepflegter Pool, es wurde darauf geachtet, dass man seine Privatsphäre hatte und dennoch ein Gefühl für die sardische Gastfreundschaft bekam. Danke für die wunderbare Zeit!

Warm welcome in beautiful rural setting

The accomodation is the whole of the fully independent, first floor of the owners home, accessed by external stone steps. It offers 3 good sized air conditioned bedrooms, full bathroom and compact kitchen/lounge area. The outside space is extensive and great for families. The accomodation is well equipped and rustic in nature. The pool is large and exceptionally clean. The owners were only in residence for a couple of days during our stay, very unobtrusive, warm and welcoming. Our stay was in late October, some local amenities were closed as we were ‘out of season’ nonetheless we found everything we needed within a few kilometres, lovely restaurants, beautiful white sand beaches with crystal clear waters and a well stocked supermarket just a 7 minute drive away. We would strongly recommend a car. The only issue we had was with the wi-fi however Umbaldo was on hand via WhatsApp to help sort this out without fuss.

Super schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern verbracht. Super nette Gastgeber und tolle Familie mit super Hilfsbereitschaft ( Leihwagen). Man muss wissen daß das Haus ziemlich weit oben liegt wo man eine tolle Aussicht hat, allerdings eine spannende Anfahrt weil es ziemlich steil ist. Ohne Leihwagen nicht zu empfehlen, da in der Nebensaison wirklich viel schon geschlossen hat und man etwas weiter fahren muss fürs einkaufen oder ein Eis. Gute Ausstattung mit Spielgeräten, vorhanden sind: Tischtennis Platte, Basketball Korb, schaukeln, Boccia, Fahrgeräte für kleinere Kinder. Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung ist allerdings rustikal.

Vivement recommandé !

Propriétaires accueillants discrets et bienveillants. Villa propre, au calme, avec clim dans les chambres, belle terrasse avec BBQ, belle piscine et le tout très joliment entretenu. Plage à 10-15min à pied mais une voiture est indispensable pour se ravitailler et parcourir les alentours. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette villa et merci encore à Greca, Pietro, Ubaldo et Elisabeta.

Déception

Déçus d'arriver dans un appartement étriqué pour passer des vacances à deux familles. L'annonce propose une villa avec jardin , et piscine mais nous nous retrouvons dans un appartement au dessus de la maison de la propriétaire où tous les extérieurs sont à partager. Des communications avec la propriétaire précédant notre séjour nous mentionnaient pourtant le contraire (piscine privée entre autre). Cette location est de ce fait très chère pour les prestations. Les mentions de l'annonce sont totalement erronnées , il serait plus honnête de notifier "appartement au-dessus du propriétaire" ou "appartement chez l'habitant". La beauté d" l'île nous a permis (malgré tout ) de passer de bons moments.

Super nette Vermieter😀

Wir haben uns bei Greca und Piedro sehr gut aufgehobenem gefühlt😀 wir wurden mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und eigenem Rotwein empfangen. Auch der selbstgemachte Limoncello war der Hit- den haben wir im Verlauf des Urlaubs mit Greca getrunken. Die Anlage mit dem Pool war wunderschön- lediglich der Meerblick (nur von der oberen nicht fertigen Terrasse) als auch die Entfernung zum Meer waren nicht so wie angegeben. Das gemeinsame Areal wurde insbesondere von unseren Jungs und den Enkeln der beiden zum Fußballspielen genutzt. Unsere Jungs haben es geliebt 😀 Zu Fuß ist es mit Kindern relativ weit zum Strand. 20 min Fußweg. Tolle Aussendusche mit Blick in die Berge 😍 Die obere Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick und ist sehr luftig- aber leider nicht wirklich schön gemacht und ohne Sitzmöbel. Die Terrasse am Haus ist wunderschön und mit einer Grillecke versehen.
