Enhet nr 8-304 är en hörn, så det finns utökat lanaiutrymme med en Screened in Lanai med högvinklade tak och flera avkopplingsområden. Det är extremt privat och har en känsla av att vara i en tropisk skog. Stora träd bryter mot östra sidan av utvecklingen, vilket gör att enheten har svalare temperaturer från ytterligare nyans än andra i komplexet.
Bottenvåningen har en stor öppen planlösning, med ett fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum, Lanai, Master Back Bedroom med eget badrum. Det finns en badkar / dusch kombination badrum utanför sovrummet som har egen king size-säng.

Du hittar ett annat sovrum som har försvunnit väggar som är shoji dörrar som skiljer sovrummet från vardagsrummet. Queen size-säng här! Bredvid det är ett annat badrum med en duschkabin och en staplad tv��ttmaskin / torktumlare i det badrummet. Detta sovrum öppnar direkt på Lanai!

Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club är en gated community av bostadsrätter. Det finns tre professionella stil tennisbanor med nattbelysning; en tennis proffs finns dagligen för lektioner eller spel förbättring coaching.

Lovely home away from home

Very spacious - bigger than expected! Pool was great, although busy at times. Grills were nice. Road noise was only negative but after about 11pm it quieted down.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as you see in the pictures. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. There were six adults in our party and everyone had comfortable beds to sleep in! Knutson & Associates kept us well informed and checked if we needed anything or how they could make our stay better! Close to Keauhou Shopping Center and 15 minutes to Kona town. Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

Everything was perfect but we were disappointed in the beach. We just traveled to other beaches. Loved the keyless entry which made it easy for everyone to come and go. Did not like the big black ants in the loft. Yes we would use Virbo again. Thank you

This place was beautiful and conveniently located. There was no AC so it stayed pretty hot inside but overall it was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Very Nice Condo. We enjoyed our stay

We really liked the condo, very spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed to prepare most of our own food. The only negatives were: The close proximity to a main road. The noise really picked up about 5:30 am. and continued all day. We had at least a couple of large cockroaches every day, and a few small ones. Maybe fumigatation would help?

Surprisingly spacious

We loved this place, it was spacious, clean and full of character. The huge lanai was a real highlight, with fly screens all around to keep the bugs out. It easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 kids and the outstanding communication from property management made our stay really easy. The grounds of the resort were very spacious too, the kids loved the pool. As other reviewers have mentioned, worth noting there is no aircon and no lift for those who need their creature comforts, but we knew that before booking. There were lots of fans around to keep us comfortable so this wasn’t an issue for our group at all.

Great place for the family

We loved this property. It was very spacious and had plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The beds were comfortable also and there were lots of great amenities on the property. The kids loved the pool and we also loved walking down to the ocean in the evenings to watch the sunset. The staff were also very friendly and attentive and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They were not friendly - they reviewed us bad for laundry which was already done well - house wasn’t even damaged and they falsely claimed all of that - I won’t recommend .

Amazing!

This property was amazing to stay at! The property managers were great at requests - helpful and kind about it. The townhouse itself was great. We Alaskans really appreciated the air conditioning in many of the rooms. There were 6 of us staying there and we were quite comfortable. We also enjoyed that it was close to the pool.

Nice place , have stayed at the KSRC many times, never this place It’s huge!! Lots of comfortable beds, bathrooms for everyone, nice kitchen, Hawaiian Vacation style living. Great pool for rough days in the beach, and the snorkeling at the beach is only 10 minutes away. Have a great Christmas!

Family vacation

This was a wonderful choice for our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of eight. It was a close walk to a beach and snorkeling area. Also a close drive to area, restaurants, and attractions. The grounds were well kept. Plenty of parking. Very nice pool. The whole rental process was easy and there was good communication.

Beautiful property

We loved this condo! The screened in lanai was amazing and the roominess was fantastic. My only suggestion is to put black out curtains in the loft upstairs. With there being no AC, the loft got to about 92 degrees every day even with fans and windows open or closed and my poor kids struggled to take naps/ fall asleep at night because of the heat in the loft.

Loved the expansive lanai and the open plan and ceiling fans kept the temperature very comfortable even on a warm day. The close proximity of the ocean, beach, Hawaiian historical setting, not to mention the pool, made our stay extra special. Very comfortable and inviting and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.
