Bo på den vackraste stranden i världen på Panama City Beach helt ny 5-stjärniga lyxhotell badort. Du kan njuta av allt som du kan tänka dig och drömmer om. Två 4200 m² lagunpooler med badtunna, pool sida Tiki barer, inomhuspool, Roman Spa, ångbad, bastu, hälsosam bar, enorma gym, 7 snabba hissar och täckta gångvägar från parkeringsgarage till huvudbyggnaden. Resort har också ett spelrum och imponerande biograf med stadion sittplatser. Njut av de vackraste stränderna och gnistrande smaragdgröna vattnet.

Vår enhet ligger på 8: e våningen och har nya möbler i ett sovrum (king size-säng och TV). Vardagsrummet är smakfullt inrett, TV LCD, DVD och bäddsoffa. Det har bekväma matbord med 6 stolar. Hänförande utsikt från 8: e våningen finns soluppgång, solnedgång, tidigt på morgonen delfiner, vit sand och blå himmel. Fullt utrustat kök med granit räknare.

Tidewater ligger i hjärtat av Panama City Beach, inte för långt finns alltid Shipwreck Island vattenpark och Ripleys Tro det eller inte museum, det är kul för alla åldrar !! Den nya Pier Park är bara gångavstånd bort! Det är shopping, restauranger och underhållning komplex för alla familj. Det finns en hel del nattklubbar ligger runt inklusive klubb La Vela, den största nattklubben i USA. De flesta turister njuta av färska ostron och skaldjursrestauranger. Det är goda nyheter för fiskare, eftersom stranden piren är bara ett gångavstånd! Omkring några mil bort finns St. Andrews State Park, är det stycke vilda liv inklusive alligatorer, vilda djur och sällsynta fåglar. Om du letar efter romantisk dag kan du njuta av båttur till Shell Island och simma med delfiner. Alla familjer kan ha kul i Zoo World och Gulf World ligger nära lägenheten. Om du känner dig trött från alla roliga och underhållning bara koppla av på stranden och njuta av ljummet vatten i Mexikanska golfen.

The elevators in the building need major renovation,but it appears as though upgrades are in process - the wait for elevators,and having to walk down (and a couple of times 'up') stairs to 2nd floor were not fun. This, of course, is The Association's fault, NOT Jolanta's - The Association neglected necessary upgrades for too long.The Unit that we rented was exactly as described,and fit our needs perfectly. Our host, Jolanta, was a pleasure to work with and takes pride in her Unit.

Very accurate listing

Spring Break vacation 1 week stay. We had several families in other units. This one was very well stocked with supplies and clean/ well kept compared to the others. Appreciated the beach chairs provided due to the high cost of renting beach loungers. Would highly recommend this unit to others.

Great location, amenities and staff. Jolanta the property owner was easy to communicate with and sincerely wanted our stay to be the best. We will be back again!

Relaxation at its finest

The stay at this condo was excellent and the amenities that came with the resort were very enjoyable if I say so myself. Everything was pretty much excellent, my only complaint may be that there was sand all over the kids beds when we got there and in other places as well as dust collecting on some shelves and stuff but other than that all went very well and Beach access was a breeze. You will need a bracelet or door code for the actual doors to gain access to the Condominiums in the Resort when you first arrive. I think they open at like 9am which Jolanta was kind enough to let us in just that early! Driving from Indiana, that was certainly a nice perk.

Very pleasant stay

The unit and the property were as represented in the listing. Very friendly staff. There is some streetscaping ongoing in front of the building, but that is a minor annoyance. Unit was very clean, plenty of linens, plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen for those who want to cook and plenty of wine glasses for those who don't. Panama City Beach is much quieter and less crowded this time of year. We had a great time.

Perfectly Relaxing

We so enjoyed our week of relaxation with the balcony beach view. When we weren’t on the beach relaxing we were on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze.

Great condo

Very nice stay and condo was great had everything we needed plus had all beach stuff so that’s a plus . We will be back . Only downside was the elevators like many other resorts gonna have to use stairs a lot, no fault to the condo owner that’s a resort issue that should be fixed . But other than that it was great

Celebrating Anniversary

My wife and I decided to go to PCB to celebrate our 39 anniversary at the last minute. We found the listing for a one bedroom at tidewater resort at the right price. The host was fantastic and was very friendly and helpful! She answered our email and text in timely manner. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was excellent which we spent a lot of time sitting out there enjoying the scenery. Thanks again Jolanta and we plan on coming back again!

The elevators are absolutely terrible.

The condo itself was great. Clean. The property owner has very clear and friendly communication, she is great! No issues whatsoever with the condo itself or the owner. BUT…But Tidewater…. we were there for 10 days and two elevators were “closed for maintenance” the whole 10 days. Forcing everyone into the others. This overcrowded them awful. Trying to go to the beach or the parking garage was a nightmare. Only one elevator had working ventilation that whole time. The rest of them (that work) you’ll almost suffocate in them from the humidity and stale air. The outdoor showers as you come in from the beach to rinse the sand off of yourself, only half of those work. That’s a minor thing to us but we did want to include it in this review. Now for the positives; the air conditioning in our condo worked phenomenally, there was plenty of parking and it seemed safe even at night. The staff seemed friendly and like they tried their best to do a good job. Really our only big complaint was the elevator situation. The pool and hot tub were clean. The lobby and hallways were clean as well. I rate Tidewater at 3.5/10 and the condo itself at 9/10

Great condo

The condo was great for our family of 4. Close to all attractions. Owner communicated very well with us. She left plenty of bathroom supplies (towel, toilet paper, ect) which was nice bc we didnt have to go buy extra. Would definetly recommend this condo to everyone. Only negative, which isnt a fault of owner, is the elevators can be extremely slow and you can wait a while for it.

Annual beach birthday

overall GREAT TRIP, GREAT LANDLORD GREAT EXPERIENCE. However, We didnt really care but Bed room TV was broken, landlord responded very quickly & extended our checkout until 5pm. The moisture made everything feel wet and caused a musty smell, the decor by front entry way was covered in mold! We cleaned it & bought candles for smell.. i would recommend DAMP RID!

Room great!! Everything you need!

Elevator is my only complaint too big of a building with not enough elevators..... The room was perfect! Pool was great! Literally nothing missing in the room but wait time on elevator was insane... Owners were easy to contact and very nice. Will stay again. 8th floor easy enough to take stairs for most things.

Amazing Family Time

This was our second time staying and it was just as nice as the first time. The only issue was the elevators which the owner can’t do anything about. One of the parking deck and one I the building were under maintenance. So that made waiting longer. Just get on one and ride was our way of dealing with it or take the stairs. Great stay and will book again.

Shirt spring trip

Condo was tastefully decorated and all supplies needed were there. I couldn’t get the sliding doors on the balcony to open but once. The bedroom was on the street side of the beach and the street noise was loud. The bedroom curtains weren’t wide enough to block out all of the light.

PCB Visit

Beautiful view from balcony. Balcony furniture in terrible shape making it difficult to enjoy the sunsets (part of the reason I rented the unit). Interior a bit dated but ok. Owner very proactive in staying in touch which was impressive. 1:00 pm check in a plus.

This place was AMAZING. the pictures do NO justice. The only complaint is like everyone else mentioned (with has nothing to do with the property owner) was the elevator wait times. We had waited 2 hours for the elevator when we were checking out. My fiancé had to carry all of our stuff including a wagon down 6 flights of stairs 😭 but the condo itself is phenomenal. Fully stocked with everything you need. 10/10!! Oh & the king bed is SO comfortable.

When busy on holidays elevator ARE an issue

Elevator wait times ranged from 10- 30/45 minutes and if they weren’t full you were lucky. Had to use the stairs a lot…. Not cool for higher level condos. Parking at night was exceeded somehow, had to find somewhere else to park outside of parking garage. All vending machines were on the 1st level. Book with caution…. especially when it’s a busy time of the year.

Great Place

Great place to stay. Room was very clean!!! Nice location near Pier Park. Only downside would be EXTREMELY LONG elevator wait times (mostly on weekend). We even waited 30 min before we were able to squeeze in the elevator one time. Recommend filling out the registration form and paying online Parking/arm band fee prior to arrival. It will save you some time with check in. Our bands were not ready until a couple of hours after arrival due to the “system” being down. Owner of condo room was very responsive and even had our room ready prior to original check in time!

All Elevated Except the Elevators

The property was wonderful. There was a broken, leaky cup that we threw away. Nobody would have guessed that though. Only realized it when we poured milk in it. Everything was great EXCEPT the elevator wait times. A couple of them were down for maintenance. The ones that were operational took FOREVER!!! That was the only negative, but it was a big one! We could not take the stairs like the young ones could, so we had to wait. Fix those, and yuu will be perfect!
