De som är ute efter en bijou-lägenhet vid Gulffront kommer att uppskatta de många fördelarna med "Sea You Again". Välvda tak och ett praktiskt sovloft för tre extra gäster maximerar utrymmet i detta två sovrum, tre badrum 1 680 kvadratmeter gömställe. Blue Tide är ett litet komplex av 18 enheter som ligger på en av de högsta sanddynerna söder om Scenic 30A. Denna mycket eftertraktade västra ändenhet har fri utsikt över solnedgången från privata balkonger på båda nivåerna. Servera perfekta kylda glas vin från vinkylen i den våta baren och rostat en vacker dag i paradiset. Vardagsrummet är inrett i coola blues och pastellfärger, vilket ger en nick mot viken från bukten inramad av skjutdörrar från golv till tak. Den rymliga vardags- / matplatsen har en öppen spis och trägolv. Det öppna köket har vita skåp, rostfria apparater och en central öfrukostbar för avslappnad middag eller prat med kocken. Dörrar öppnas från vardagsrummet på balkongen som har en egen privat ingång till strandpromenaden. Därifrån ger de vita sandstränderna, den glittrande smaragdgolfen och orörda sanddyner oändliga läckerheter för naturälskare och badhandlare. Dessa lägenheter är trevligt belägna mellan Camp Creek Lake och Alys Beach, och ligger bra för strandpromenader, fiske, bad och cykling i det omgivande området. Best stay yet

Of all our trips down, this was the best condo we have stayed in! So much thought went into making the place feel cozy . We finally didnt have a bed that killed our backs, bedding was great, kitchen had more than 2 pans, etc. We will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful family christmas vacation in paradise!

Pros: location,cleanliness,amenities, view and easy walk to beach. Dolphins were in front of the condo daily. Cons: small issues like washing machine front falling off and code to door didnt work.

Perfect location. Perfect House.

This is our second stay at Blue Tide condominiums. They are right on the beach located between Rosemary and Seaside. We absolutely love the location. 9B is such a great condo! It's beautifully decorated. Because it's on the end the master bedroom has large windows on two walls and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and they provided toiletries, coffee, and other goodies for the first couple of nights. There were also a couple of bikes that we used to ride to Rosemary. Check in was easy. Bedrooms both have king sized beds which was great. And the kids loved the loft. We even got to use the fireplace because it was cold the first couple of days. We will definitely be returning to Blue Tide and this condo next year!

Perfect beachfront property with extra-special views being the corner unit. Fabulous! The 30Avacay team is very helpful. Beach chairs included; bring your own beach towels… and round (basket) coffee filters. Great eats at Florida Fishhouse and Canopy Grille.

Rental was just as described and perfect for our family of 6. Just steps to the beach and a beautiful view. We decided to stay one extra day and they were quick to reply and accommodate that. Unfortunately, when we stayed the ocean did have terrible seagrass/seaweed (making it hard to even get in the water some days)...it was all up the coast that week we stayed.

Great vacation.

Unit is well laid out, bright and welcoming. A few minor things would have helped but didn’t damper our stay. Could use a large pot for cooking pasta etc, dishwasher bottom rack kept falling off the track. Floors can be slippery, especially stairs (maybe carpet treads). Units that can sleep 6 should get two parking spaces, it was hectic union arrival. Location is great, beach is fantastic and Frankie was super helpful in setting up chair service for us. This is our second year at Blue Tides and overall would come again!

Beautiful condo! Great location, main floor layout is great for bigger parties. Could use a little upgrading with bedroom furniture, carpet etc. but would definitely recommend!

So beautiful

Breathtaking views of the gulf from most windows. Fully stocked, actually they had everything you could possibly need! Great Beds, very comfortable! Chair set up was so nice! I really liked the steps to the beach from the back of the house. Most places you have to go out front to get to the back. It made perfect sense! Would definitely return!

Incredible location

We loved our stay. We booked last minute and had a great time. The unit is beautiful, nicely furnished, well stocked and being able to walk from the deck to the beach was incredible. We usually rent houses along 30A and have to walk a while to the beach. This was a game-changer. There are some things that need to be addressed, which we shared with the management company. Nothing worth mentioning here.

Beautiful view and location

We loved our stay. The condo is spacious and the views are beautiful. Just steps down to the beach. The bikes were nice too. Easy ride to The Hub on 30A.

We absolutely loved this rental and will definitely be back. Super clean and easy to communicate with the owners. Great beach access and we loved the balconies in the mornings and evenings! The beds were also very comfortable!

Perfect location

Plenty of space for family, lots of room for having friends over for dinner. Nothing beats the beachfront view, from two stories. Best of all is the "mudroom" when you enter the front door, where you can park beach chairs without hauling them into the living area. We had friends staying in the same building, which made gathering on the beach each day easy and convenient. I would definitely return.

Wonderful spot!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and being right on the beach was perfect. We bikes and walked to restaurants and shopping in both directions and would absolutely stay there again! Beautifully decorated and a fully stocked kitchen.

Fall Break

The property was almost exactly as advertised. The inside is lovely and the distance to the beach can’t be beat. Amazing sunrises and sunsets, quiet/respectful neighbors. We had an amazing time. The only critique I would give is the sliding doors are hard to open(especially for the kids) and handles were broken. I do believe they are being fixed though. We will definitely be back!

Virtually everything about this property was as advertised and wonderful - Blue Tide should choose a different chair/umbrella service. But the unit and location were fantastic!

Location awesome... property needs tlc

We so loved the location of the property & loved the decor. Unfortunately the property felt dirty, simply touching the blinds, the furniture.... The bathrooms were all clean, but things like the bedding are just worn out. The screen doors are all off their tracks, the windows don’t open so you can’t get the cross breeze. Was rather disappointed.
